the flushing mechanism comprises a first liquid storage tank (10) arranged in the nursing box (1), a liquid storage cylinder (16) arranged at one side of the sputum suction cylinder (15), and an infusion mechanism arranged between the first liquid storage tank (10) and the liquid storage cylinder (16), wherein one end of the infusion mechanism is connected with the liquid storage cylinder (16), the other end of the infusion mechanism is connected with the first liquid storage tank (10), and the infusion mechanism is used for conveying cleaning liquid in the first liquid storage tank (10) to the sputum suction cylinder (15) through the liquid storage cylinder (16);
the liquid suction mechanism comprises a second liquid storage groove (9), one end of the liquid suction mechanism is connected with the second liquid storage groove (9), and the other end of the liquid suction mechanism is connected with the sputum suction cylinder (15) and is used for sucking out the cleaning liquid in the sputum suction cylinder (15) and conveying the cleaning liquid to the second liquid storage groove (9);
