The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
compared with the prior art, the washing nursing bed with the multi-form structure has a plurality of forms, when the washing nursing bed is normally used, a patient can directly lie on the nursing bed for maintenance, when the patient needs to move, the fixing device can be unfolded, the bed body folding device is not limited, the patient can fold and change the form, finally the bed body folding device can be converted into a wheelchair state, then the vehicle body can move by using the moving device, the patient sitting on the bed body folding device can move according to actual needs, the convenience is effectively improved, the patient does not need to be subjected to the process of being carried by a person or moving by himself from the nursing bed form to the wheelchair form, the condition that the patient is uncomfortable to the body is effectively avoided, in the wheelchair state, the patient can conveniently use the automatic nursing washing mechanism in the toilet device to independently complete the toilet process, and the patient does not need to rely on other people, so that a large amount of trouble is reduced.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
referring to fig. 1 to 16, the present invention provides a washing care bed with multiple forms, a bed board 1, a bed head baffle 2 disposed at the rear end of the bed board 1, two symmetrical falling prevention boards 3 disposed at the left and right sides of the rear of the bed board 1, a left bed board seat 4 disposed below the bed board 1, and a right bed board seat 5 disposed at the right side of the left bed board seat 4; the upper surfaces of the rear parts of the left bed plate seat 4 and the right bed plate seat 5 are respectively provided with a support plate 6, and the bed plate 1 is arranged between the upper ends of the left and right support plates 6; pulleys 7 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the left bed plate seat and the front end and the rear end of the right bed plate seat; a splicing notch 8 is arranged on the bed board 1; a bed body folding device matched with the split notch 8 is arranged in the split notch; the front end of the bed body folding device is fixed with the front end of the bed board 1 through a fixing device; the lower surface of the bed body folding device is provided with a toilet device; and a moving device matched with the toilet device is arranged below the toilet device.
The bed body folding device comprises a fixing plate 9 arranged in the middle of the splicing notch 8; the rear end of the fixed plate 9 is hinged with a backrest plate 10; the front end of the fixed plate 9 is hinged with a leg rest 11; the front end of the leg rest 11 is hinged with a pedal 12; the front end of the pedal plate 12 is provided with an inclined baffle plate 13, and the front end of the inclined baffle plate 13 is inclined towards the front upper direction.
The toilet device comprises a vehicle body 14 arranged between the left bed plate seat 4 and the right bed plate seat 5, and the vehicle body 14 is arranged on the lower surface of the fixed plate 9; a front vertical plate 15 is arranged between the lower surface of the front part of the fixed plate 9 and the inner wall of the lower side of the front part of the vehicle body 14; a rear vertical plate 16 is arranged between the lower surface of the rear part of the fixed plate 9 and the inner wall of the lower side of the rear part of the vehicle body 14; the left side and the right side of the lower end of the rear vertical plate 16 are provided with transmission seats 17; the lower part of the transmission seat 17 is provided with a shaft hole 18; the middle part of the side wall of the front side of the lower end of the rear vertical plate 16 is provided with a bearing seat 19; the bearing seat 19 is provided with a bearing hole 20 coaxial with the shaft hole 18; a double-shaft motor 21 is arranged between the bearing seat 19 and the right transmission seat 17; the right end of the right motor shaft of the double-shaft motor 21 passes through the shaft hole 18 on the right transmission seat 17 to the right; the left motor shaft of the double-shaft motor 21 is connected with a worm 22 through a coupler; the left end of the worm 22 sequentially passes through the bearing hole 20 and the shaft hole 18 on the left transmission seat 17 to the left; the right end of the motor shaft on the right side of the double-shaft motor 21 and the left end of the worm 22 are provided with a first transmission gear 23; the upper ends of the transmission seats 17 are provided with second transmission gears 24 meshed with the first transmission gears 23; the middle part of the lower end of the front vertical plate 15 and the middle part of the lower end of the rear vertical plate 16 are provided with a connecting hole 25; a front vertical frame 26 is arranged on the front side of the front vertical plate 15; a rear vertical frame 27 is arranged at the rear side of the rear vertical plate 16; the rear side wall of the lower end of the front stand 26 and the front side wall of the lower end of the rear stand 27 are provided with fixing holes 28 coaxial with the connecting holes 25; a first rotating shaft 29 is arranged between the connecting holes 25 on the left side and the right side; the front end of the first rotating shaft 29 passes through the front connecting hole 25 and penetrates into the front fixing hole 28, and the rear end of the first rotating shaft 29 passes through the rear connecting hole 25 and penetrates into the rear fixing hole 28; the front vertical plate 15 is provided with a first oblong hole 37 and a second oblong hole 38, the upper end of the first oblong hole 37 is communicated with the lower end of the second oblong hole 38, the upper end of the second oblong hole 38 is inclined towards the upper left, and the upper end of the second oblong hole 38 vertically extends upwards to form an eighth oblong hole 39; the rear side wall of the front vertical plate 15 is provided with a first long round groove 40 parallel to the first long round hole 37 and a second long round groove 41 parallel to the second long round hole 38, the upper end of the first long round groove 40 is communicated with the lower end of the second long round groove 41, and the upper end of the second long round groove 41 vertically extends upwards to form a fifth long round groove 42; a supporting plate 43 is arranged between the front vertical plate 15 and the rear vertical plate 16; the upper surface of the supporting plate 43 is provided with a supporting pad 44; the lower surface of the supporting plate 43 is provided with a fixing frame 45; a fourth bevel gear 50 meshed with the third bevel gear 36 is arranged on the front side wall of the right end of the first long slat 48; the first lath 48 is provided with a third oblong hole 51; the front end of the second sliding shaft 47 sequentially passes through the eighth oblong hole 39 and the third oblong hole 51 forward and is provided with a front limiting head 52 attached to the front side wall of the first oblong plate 48; a fifth bevel gear 53 is arranged at the rear part of the first rotating shaft 29 and is positioned between the rear vertical frame 27 and the rear vertical plate 16; the right lower corner of the rear vertical frame 27 is provided with a right lower rotating hole 54; the rear vertical plate 16 is provided with a fourth oblong hole 59 and a fifth oblong hole 60, the upper end of the fourth oblong hole 59 is communicated with the lower end of the fifth oblong hole 60, the upper end of the fifth oblong hole 60 is inclined towards the upper right, and the upper end of the fifth oblong hole 60 vertically extends upwards to form a ninth oblong hole 61; The moving device comprises a driving motor 89 arranged at the left side and the right side of the rear end of the inner wall at the lower side of the vehicle body 14; the shaft end of the motor shaft of the driving motor 89 penetrates out of the vehicle body 14 and is provided with a rear wheel 90; front wheels 91 are arranged at the left and right corners of the front side of the lower end of the vehicle body 14; a rear limiting piece 92 is arranged between the lower parts of the support plates 6 at the left side and the right side, and the front edge of the rear limiting piece 92 is contacted with the side wall at the rear side of the vehicle body 14; the left and right ends of the rear stopper 92 are located higher than the rear wheel 90.
The fixing device comprises locking arms 93 arranged on the left side and the right side of the front end of the bed board 1, and the locking arms 93 incline towards the front upper side; the front end of the locking arm 93 extends out of a locking head 94 towards the direction of the inclined baffle 13; the left tapered end 94 is attached to the left side wall of the front end of the inclined baffle 13, and the right tapered end 94 is attached to the right side wall of the front end of the inclined baffle 13; an outer chute 95 is arranged on the outer wall of the front end of the right end of the left lock head 94 and the outer wall of the front end of the left end of the right lock head 94; the upper and lower side groove walls of the outer chute 95 are provided with symmetrical outer limit grooves 96; the left and right ends of the side wall of the front side of the inclined baffle 13 are provided with an inner sliding groove 97 opposite to the outer sliding groove 95; the groove walls at the upper side and the lower side of the inner sliding groove 97 are provided with inner limit grooves 98 which are symmetrical with each other, and the inner limit grooves 98 are communicated with the outer limit grooves 96; an upper sliding block 99 matched with the outer sliding groove 95 is arranged in the outer sliding groove; the front end of the upper slide block 99 is provided with an upper push plate 100 which is attached to the side wall of the front side of the lock head 94; upper limiting blocks 101 matched with the outer limiting grooves 96 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the rear end of the upper sliding block 99.
The automatic nursing and cleaning mechanism comprises sliding rails 102 arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper surface of the lower lifting seat plate 65; a toilet bowl 103 is arranged above the lower lifting seat plate 65; the front side and the rear side of the lower surface of the toilet bowl 103 are provided with movable sliding blocks 104 matched with the sliding rails 102; the upper end surface of the toilet bowl 103 is provided with an annular caulking groove 105; a sealing seat 106 with a ring shape is arranged above the toilet 103; the lower surface of the sealing seat 106 is provided with an annular bulge 107 matched with the caulking groove 105; the upper end surface of the sealing seat 106 is provided with an annular garbage bag fixing groove 108; a ring-shaped pressing plate 109 is arranged above the sealing seat 106; the lower surface of the pressing plate 109 is provided with a pressing part 110 matched with the notch at the upper end of the garbage bag fixing groove 108, and the pressing part 110 is annular; the upper surface of the pressing plate 109 is provided with a ring-shaped toilet pad 111; a garbage bag 112 is arranged in the toilet bowl 103; the mouth of the garbage bag 112 upwards passes through the sealing seat 106 and enters the garbage bag fixing groove 108 through a gap between the lower end surface of the pressing plate 109 and the lower end surface of the sealing seat 106;
