The conventional medical detection unit 24 includes a general medical instrument, a blood pressure measuring instrument, a blood glucose meter and a dynamic blood pressure recorder, which are arranged in a centralized manner, and the general medical instrument, the blood pressure measuring instrument, the blood glucose meter and the dynamic blood pressure recorder are respectively connected to the portable computer through serial ports or a 5G network. The carriage 12 is also provided with hospital infection prevention and control facilities including a disposable mask, a hand bag, a sharps box, a washing-free hand sanitizer, a disinfection paper towel, a medical garbage can, a household garbage can and the like, so that infection prevention and control measures are strictly implemented in the whole process for ensuring the safety of detected athletes, aseptic operation is executed, disinfection isolation details are emphasized, and zero cross infection of test inspection is ensured.
The embodiment of the invention integrates the examination, consultation and treatment into a whole in the mobile medical vehicle, integrates the examination and detection equipment commonly used by athletes, utilizes the 5G communication technology, integrates HIS, LIS, PACS, a remote consultation system and the like in hospitals, can be suitable for various conditions, ensures the detection safety and high efficiency, realizes the flexibility, convenience and quickness, is convenient for daily training guarantee, can also respond to emergencies, can improve the training effect, has reasonable equipment layout in a carriage, avoids the interference among equipment, and increases the actual utilization space of the carriage as much as possible, so that the mobile medical vehicle disclosed by the embodiment of the invention not only can be applied to the health detection of the athletes, but also can be applied to the common medical detection.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.

Claims (10)

1. A system for detecting and evaluating motor functions of an athlete, the system comprising:
the mobile medical vehicle is internally provided with a function detection module and an evaluation module, the function detection module is used for collecting medical health data of a person to be detected, the evaluation module comprises a portable computer, and the function detection module transmits the collected medical health data to the portable computer;
the cloud server is used for receiving and storing the medical health data uploaded by the portable computer, and/or analyzing the medical health data according to health standard data uploaded in the cloud server in advance and generating a detection report, and the portable computer synchronously receives and displays the detection report;
and the hospital terminal is used for receiving and storing the detection report sent by the portable computer based on the 5G network, and/or generating a diagnosis suggestion according to the analysis and diagnosis of the detection report by the specialist related to the hospital, and sending the diagnosis suggestion to the portable computer based on the 5G network.
2. The motor function detection and evaluation system according to claim 1, wherein: the portable computer obtains, stores and stores the basic personal information of the mobilization from the two-dimensional code containing the basic personal information of the athlete through a code scanning gun, the cloud server receives the basic personal information uploaded by the portable computer and performs one-to-one integration with the medical health data according to the basic personal information to generate a detection report containing the basic personal information of the athlete and the medical health data, the cloud server is further used for receiving the diagnosis opinions uploaded by the portable computer, summarizing the detection report and the diagnosis opinions to generate a medical report containing the detection report and the diagnosis opinions, and the portable computer synchronously receives and displays the medical report and prints the medical report through a printer.

the medical examination vehicle comprises a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body is provided with a vehicle head and a carriage in traction connection with the vehicle head, a detection area and an evaluation area are sequentially formed in the carriage along the direction from the tail part to the head part, a corridor communicated with the detection area and the evaluation area is arranged in the carriage, and an entrance and an exit of a person to be examined and an entrance and an exit of a medical care worker are respectively formed in the corridor on the carriage;
the functional detection module comprises a cardiopulmonary function detection unit, an ultrasonic medical detection unit, a physiological biochemical detection unit and a conventional medical detection unit which are arranged in a detection area, wherein the cardiopulmonary function detection unit, the ultrasonic medical detection unit, the physiological biochemical detection unit and the conventional medical detection unit are arranged on one side of a corridor, and a power supply is distributed in a carriage and is respectively connected with the cardiopulmonary function detection unit, the ultrasonic medical detection unit, the physiological biochemical detection unit and the conventional medical detection unit through lines;
the evaluation module comprises a portable computer arranged in an evaluation area and a mobile 5G network access unit used for bearing satellite communication facilities, the portable computer is connected with a power supply through a circuit, and the portable computer is connected with the function detection module through a serial port or a 5G network, wherein the portable computer is in signal connection with a terminal of a rear hospital based on a 5G network to form bidirectional communication.

the system comprises a physiological and biochemical detection unit, a blood lactate detection unit and a control unit, wherein the physiological and biochemical detection unit comprises a dry biochemical analyzer, a dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, a whole blood cell analyzer, a urine analyzer and a blood lactate detector which are arranged in a centralized manner, the dry biochemical analyzer, the dry fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, the whole blood cell analyzer, the urine analyzer and the blood lactate detector are respectively connected to a portable computer through serial ports or a 5G network, a pretreatment platform is arranged on one side of the physiological and biochemical detection unit, and a microscope and a centrifuge are arranged on the pretreatment platform;
the general medical detection unit comprises a general medical instrument, a blood pressure measuring instrument, a blood glucose meter and a dynamic blood pressure recorder which are arranged in a centralized manner, wherein the general medical instrument, the blood pressure measuring instrument, the blood glucose meter and the dynamic blood pressure recorder are respectively connected to a portable computer through serial ports or a 5G network.
