In this embodiment, the bottom of the forming frame 401 is clamped with a placing frame 409; the cut kidney bean instant coarse food grain bars are placed on the top of the forming frame 401, and are packaged after being cooled.

Claims (10)

1. A kidney bean instant coarse grain bar is characterized in that: the kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar comprises the following raw materials: kidney bean, millet, sorghum, corn, buckwheat, oat, red bean, mung bean, seasoning and purified water;
the kidney bean instant coarse grain bar is prepared from various raw materials in parts by weight in a metering mode, wherein 50-60 parts of kidney beans, 20-30 parts of millets, 10-15 parts of sorghum, 5-10 parts of buckwheat, 5-10 parts of oats, 2-3 parts of red beans, 2-3 parts of mung beans, 0.5-1 part of seasonings and 70-80 parts of purified water are mixed;
the manufacturing method of the kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar specifically comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding kidney beans, millet, sorghum, corn, buckwheat, oat, red beans, mung beans and seasonings of various raw materials into a mixing component, starting a grinding component, and grinding for 10-20min at a rotating speed of 60-80 r/min;
secondly, moving the formula ground by the grinding assembly in the mixing assembly in the first step from the mixing assembly to a heating assembly for further heating treatment, and introducing a certain amount of purified water into the heating assembly;
thirdly, moving the formula heated in the heating assembly in the second step from the heating assembly to a forming assembly for the next forming operation;
fourthly, forming the formula into a rod shape after the forming component in the third step is processed and formed, wherein the diameter of the rod shape is 2-3 cm;
fifthly, removing the formula formed in the fourth step from the forming assembly, and simultaneously intermittently cutting the removed and formed formula to form the instant kidney bean coarse food grain bar which can be eaten instantly;
fifthly, placing and cooling the kidney bean instant coarse food grain bars cut in the fourth step for a period of time;
and sixthly, packaging the kidney beans instant coarse food grain bars cooled in the fifth step by using a sterilized packaging box or packaging bag.
2. The kidney bean instant coarse grain bar according to claim 1, wherein the seasoning is one or more of salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and pepper powder.

The kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixing assembly (1) comprises a conical mixing drum (101) in a first step; the outer peripheral surface of the conical mixing barrel (101) is symmetrically communicated with a feeding connecting barrel (102);
the circumferential side surface of the conical mixing cylinder (101) is symmetrically matched with two movable discharging plates (103) in a sliding manner; the bottoms of the two movable discharging plates (103) are provided with movable gear bars (104); two symmetrical supporting plates (105) are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the conical mixing cylinder (101) below the movable discharging plate (103); a moving motor (106) is fixed at the top of the supporting plate (105); a moving gear (107) is fixed on an output shaft of the moving motor (106); the moving gear (107) is engaged with the moving gear rack (104).
4. The kidney bean instant coarse grain bar according to claim 3, wherein a flange sleeve (108) is communicated with the bottom end of the conical mixing barrel (101); a plurality of clamping sleeves (109) are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the top of the conical mixing barrel (101);
a semi-arc grinding wall plate (110) is fixed at the top of the movable discharging plate (103); the side surface of the semi-arc grinding wall plate (110) is communicated with an inclined feed inlet (111); the oblique feed inlet (111) and one end of the feeding connecting cylinder (102) are mutually attached intermittently.

The kidney bean instant roughage bar according to claim 4, characterized in that in the second step the grinding assembly (2) comprises a mounting disc (201); a plurality of clamping cylinders (202) are fixed on the peripheral side surface of the mounting disc (201); the clamping cylinder (202) is clamped with the clamping sleeve (109) and is in threaded connection with the clamping sleeve through a nut;
a rotary grinding cone (203) penetrates downwards through the top of the mounting disc (201); the rotary grinding cone (203) is in rotary fit with the mounting disc (201);
a driven gear (204) is fixed at the top end of the rotary grinding cone (203); a driving machine (205) is fixed at the top of the mounting disc (201); a driving gear (206) is fixed on an output shaft of the driving machine (205); the driving gear (206) is meshed with the driven gear (204).

The kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar according to claim 5, wherein the heating assembly (3) comprises a heating frame (301) in the second step; the top of the heating frame (301) is communicated with a fixed flange barrel (302); the fixed flange barrel (302) is in threaded connection with the flange sleeve (108) through a fixed bolt;
the top of the heating frame (301) is communicated with a plurality of water inlet pipes (303);
a plurality of fixing columns (304) are symmetrically fixed on one side of the heating frame (301); a plurality of telescopic rods (305) are fixed on the other side of the heating frame (301); the telescopic rod (305) penetrates through the heating frame (301) and extends inwards; and a material pushing plate (306) is fixed at one end of the telescopic rod (305) positioned in the heating frame (301).

The kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar according to claim 6, characterized in that two sliding frames (307) are symmetrically fixed at the bottom end of the heating frame (301); a limiting sliding rod (308) is fixed inside the sliding frame (307); the sliding frame (307) is slidably fitted with a cutting frame (309); a return spring (310) is fixed between the cutting frame (309) and the inner bottom of the sliding frame (307); the reset spring (310) is sleeved on the limiting sliding rod (308);
a cutting gear rack (311) is fixed at the top of the cutting frame (309); a cutting motor (312) is fixed on the other side of the heating frame (301); a gear lack (313) is fixed on an output shaft of the cutting motor (312); the missing gear (313) is meshed with the cutting gear rack (311).

9. The kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar according to claim 8, wherein a plurality of forming discharge barrels (403) are communicated with one outer side surface of the forming frame (401);
a transmission motor (404) is fixed on the other outer side surface of the forming frame (401); a driving wheel (405) is fixed on an output shaft of the driving motor (404);
a spiral transmission piece (406) penetrates through the other outer side surface of the forming frame (401); the screw drive (406) is rotationally engaged with the forming frame (401); the screw drive (406) is rotationally engaged in the forming ram (403);
a driven transmission wheel (407) is fixed at one end of the spiral transmission piece (406) positioned on the outer side surface of the forming frame (401); a toothed transmission belt (408) is connected between the driven transmission wheel (407) and the transmission wheel (405).
10. The kidney bean instant coarse food grain bar according to claim 9, characterized in that a placing rack (409) is clamped at the bottom of the forming frame (401).
