Abstract
The invention discloses an active oxygen disinfection material, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate composite salt, 2-3 parts of sulfamic acid, 11-22 parts of citric acid, 20-33 parts of sodium chloride, 18-25 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 12-16 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 8-16 parts of sodium bisulfate and 2-5 parts of magnesium sulfate. Compared with the traditional method, the preparation method of the active oxygen disinfection fresh-keeping cloth has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, the active oxygen disinfection fresh-keeping cloth can be used for multiple times, bacteria and viruses in the air can be killed in the using process, and various fungi and moulds on the surfaces of the bacteria and the viruses which are contacted with the bacteria and the viruses can be killed and can also be quickly killed and growth can be inhibited.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of disinfection, and particularly relates to a preparation method of active oxygen disinfection fresh-keeping cloth.
Background
Epidemic situation outbreaks on a large scale in the world since 2020, epidemic prevention becomes a national big matter, and when going out or entering public places, a mask must be worn to become a rule that each city must obey; there is a great demand for high-efficiency sterilizing or disinfecting cloths in the laboratory and medical fields.
The non-woven fabrics used by the existing mask are mostly disinfected by disinfection and sterilization equipment, although the disinfection and sterilization mode can disinfect and sterilize germs on the non-woven fabrics, the disinfection and sterilization mode is only temporary, the non-woven fabrics enter a virus environment after disinfection and sterilization, and the non-woven fabrics are also polluted by viruses and cannot be used for a long time or used for many times; therefore, the active oxygen disinfection material and the preparation method of the active oxygen disinfection fresh-keeping cloth which can be used for multiple times, can kill bacteria and viruses in the air in the using process, and can also quickly kill and inhibit the growth of various fungi and molds on the surface of a touch object have important application significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art and provides a preparation method of active oxygen sterilizing and fresh-keeping cloth.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the active oxygen disinfection material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate composite salt, 2-3 parts of sulfamic acid, 11-22 parts of citric acid, 20-33 parts of sodium chloride, 18-25 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 12-16 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 8-16 parts of sodium bisulfate and 2-5 parts of magnesium sulfate.
Preferably, the potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate complex salt is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 99%, the citric acid is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 99%, the sodium chloride is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 95%, the sodium bicarbonate is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 98%, the sodium hexametaphosphate is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 94%, the sodium bisulfate is 95%, and the magnesium sulfate is food grade in use standard and has a purity of 99%.
Preferably, the preparation process of the active oxygen disinfection material comprises the following steps: (1) taking potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate composite salt, sulfamic acid, citric acid, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium bisulfate and magnesium sulfate according to a raw material formula, and respectively placing the raw materials in a drying oven at 100 ℃ for 23-25 hours;
(2) and (4) after drying, taking the components according to the mass part ratio, mixing and stirring the components, and mixing the components to obtain a finished product.
A preparation method of active oxygen disinfection fresh-keeping cloth comprises the following steps:
s1, crushing the active disinfection material by using a high-speed crusher, and then screening by using a screen mesh with the aperture of 80 meshes;
s2, drying the screened active disinfection material powder;
