Background
In the MEC system architecture, part of data (such as local monitoring information) sent by a terminal needs to be sent to a local network, and part of data (such as external information query) needs to be sent to an external network.
In the 5G research scheme, a Local Domain Name Server (DNS) may be added to a Local network, a terminal acquires a Local DNS address in a 3GPP bottom-layer communication flow, sends an address request to the DNS, and the DNS returns an MEC server address. The 5G belongs to a newly deployed network, and can increase network entities and modify flows of terminals and networks in bottom layer communication, while for the existing 4G and other networks, the difficulty of newly increasing network entities and modifying the flows of the bottom layer is higher, and the realization is not flexible enough.

14. An apparatus for discovering a multi-access edge computing, MEC, server, the apparatus being applied to the MEC server and comprising:
a second receiving module, configured to receive the location related information sent by the base station;
a second sending module, configured to send an address of the MEC server and the location-related information;
and the address of the MEC server and the position correlation information are used for establishing connection between the terminal and the MEC server.
15. An apparatus for discovering a multi-access edge computing, MEC, server, the apparatus comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 6 to 8, or to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 9 to 11, when running the computer program.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5, or carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 6 to 8, or carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 9 to 11.
