According to the invention, as the lower abutting elastic body 38 abuts against the lower floating ring body 32 upwards, the upper end of the lower floating ring body 32 abuts against the periphery of the lower end of the upper floating ring body 31, the upper floating ring body 31 continuously rotates, when the screw teeth of the upper floating ring body 31 are in engagement with the screw teeth of the lower floating ring body 32, the upper floating ring body 31 can rotationally drive the lower floating ring body 32 to be in threaded connection with the inner part of the upper floating ring body 31 upwards, so that the lower floating ring body 32 enters into the inner part of the upper floating ring body 31, the lower sealing ring body 35 is driven to abut against the periphery of the lower end of the upper connector 1 upwards, a first seal realized by upwards floating the lower floating ring body 32 is formed, the lower floating ring body 32 does not have a space to continuously move upwards, the upper floating ring body 31 rotates downwards at the periphery of the lower floating ring body 32 when the upper floating ring body 31 is continuously rotated, the annular convex edge 36 is driven to move downwards in the lower annular groove 12, the annular convex edge 36 abuts against the periphery of the upper end of the upper sealing ring body 37 downwards, and a second seal realized by downwards floating the upper floating ring body 31 is formed.
