Therefore, after the rotating speed of the servo motor is increased, the rotating speed of the screen 17 is increased, so that the frequency of the left-right swinging of the spray head 10 is greatly increased, the cleaning liquid remained in the spray head 10 can be thrown out, the cleaning liquid is prevented from remaining in the spray head 10, and the technical problems can be effectively solved.
Further, the number of teeth on the driving gear 18 and the number of teeth on the driven gear 19 are different and not in integral proportion. through the matching of the elastic ring 25 and the two tilting rods 24, the surgical tool with a rotating shaft design can be fixed at multiple positions, namely under the elastic action of the elastic ring 25, the front end of the surgical tool is fixed, and meanwhile, the two handheld ends of the surgical tool are respectively pressed and fixed with the two tilting rods 24, so that the surgical tool is very firmly fixed, and the situation that the surgical tool cannot shake during centrifugal motion can be effectively guaranteed;
