Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The energy-saving scheme in the prior art cannot ensure the full coverage of the mobile communication network, cannot accurately reflect the network coverage condition, and has low feasibility. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for configuring resources of a mobile communication network according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 110, obtaining a measurement report of a terminal corresponding to each cell; the terminal corresponding to each cell refers to a terminal using each cell as a serving cell.
Specifically, the measurement report is a main means for a network side to obtain terminal wireless information, and each terminal using each cell as a serving cell reports the measurement report at regular time, wherein the measurement report includes information of the serving cell and neighboring cells; the mobile communication network resource allocation device needs to acquire resource information in the network through information in the measurement report to allocate resources, so the mobile communication network resource allocation device needs to acquire the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell in advance.
And step 120, determining a common coverage cell group based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell.
Specifically, the co-coverage cell group refers to a set of a plurality of cells with overlapping network coverage. When all cells in the co-coverage cell group are simultaneously opened, energy waste is caused due to overlapping network coverage, and therefore resource allocation of the cells needs to be optimized. After the mobile communication network resource allocation device obtains the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell, the common coverage cell group can be determined according to the information in the measurement report.
Step 130, determining the function of each cell in the common coverage cell group based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell in the common coverage cell group and the opening priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group.
Specifically, the mobile communication network resource configuration device determines the functions of each cell in the common coverage cell group based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell in the common coverage cell group and the opening priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group, and the cell functions include a basic coverage layer and a capacity supplement layer.
And 140, configuring the resources of the common coverage cell group based on the load information of the common coverage cell group and the functions of the cells in the common coverage cell group.
Specifically, the mobile communication network resource configuration device can configure the resources of the common coverage cell group based on the load information of the common coverage cell group and the functions of each cell in the common coverage cell group, thereby realizing energy conservation on the basis of ensuring network coverage and capacity.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the common coverage cell group is determined through the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell, the coverage condition of each cell can be accurately reflected, the function of each cell in the common coverage cell group is determined based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell in the common coverage cell group and the opening priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group, the resource of the common coverage cell group is configured based on the load information of the common coverage cell group and the function of each cell in the common coverage cell group, and the energy conservation can be realized on the basis of meeting the requirements of network coverage and capacity.
Based on the above embodiment, the determining a common coverage cell group based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell specifically includes:
respectively judging whether signal levels of a serving cell and adjacent cells in a first measurement report and a second measurement report meet preset conditions or not based on the first measurement report of a terminal corresponding to a first cell and the second measurement report of a terminal corresponding to a second cell, and if so, judging that the first cell and the second cell are a common coverage cell group; the first cell and the second cell are adjacent cells; the first measurement report and the second measurement report are both multiple.
Specifically, for a first cell and a second cell which are adjacent to each other, a first measurement report of a terminal corresponding to the first cell, that is, a measurement report of a plurality of terminals using the first cell as a serving cell and the second cell as an adjacent cell, and a second measurement report of a terminal corresponding to the second cell, that is, a measurement report of a plurality of terminals using the second cell as a serving cell and the first cell as an adjacent cell are obtained, and whether signal levels of the serving cell and the adjacent cell in the plurality of first measurement reports and the plurality of second measurement reports satisfy a preset condition or not is determined, respectively, and if both the signal levels satisfy the preset condition, the first cell and the second cell are determined to be a common coverage cell group.
For a plurality of cells which are adjacent to each other, when the signal electric average of the serving cell and the adjacent cell in the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to any two of the cells meets a preset condition, the plurality of cells are judged to be a common coverage cell group. For example, A, B, C three cells are neighboring cells, and obtain measurement reports of terminals corresponding to the three cells, that is, a first measurement report of a plurality of terminals using a cell a as a serving cell, a B, C cell as a neighboring cell, a second measurement report of a plurality of terminals using a cell B as a serving cell, a A, C cell as a neighboring cell, and a third measurement report of a plurality of terminals using a cell C as a serving cell and a A, B cell as a neighboring cell, respectively determine whether signal levels of the serving cell and the neighboring cell in the plurality of first measurement reports, the plurality of second measurement reports, and the plurality of third measurement reports satisfy a preset condition, and if both the signal levels satisfy the preset condition, determine that the A, B, C cell is a common coverage cell group.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the signal levels of the serving cell and the adjacent cells in the first measurement report and the second measurement report meet the preset conditions or not is respectively judged through the first measurement report of the terminal corresponding to the first cell and the second measurement report of the terminal corresponding to the second cell, so that whether the first cell and the second cell are the common coverage cell group or not is judged, the coverage condition of each cell can be accurately reflected, and the common coverage cell group can be conveniently and quickly searched.
Based on the above embodiment, the preset conditions are:
the ratio of the number of the measurement reports of which the difference value between the signal level of the serving cell and the signal level of the adjacent cell is smaller than a first preset threshold value to the total number of the measurement reports is larger than a second preset threshold value; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
the ratio of the number of the measurement reports with the signal level of the adjacent cell greater than the third preset threshold value to the total number of the measurement reports is greater than a fourth preset threshold value.
Specifically, for a first cell and a second cell that are adjacent to each other, it is determined whether signal levels of a serving cell and the adjacent cell in the multiple first measurement reports and the multiple second measurement reports satisfy the above condition, respectively, and for the multiple first measurement reports, the serving cell is the first cell, and the adjacent cell is the second cell, where the above condition is: the ratio of the number of the first measurement reports with the difference value between the first cell signal level and the second cell signal level smaller than a first preset threshold u to the total number of the first measurement reports is larger than a second preset threshold v, and the ratio of the number of the first measurement reports with the difference value between the second cell signal level and the second cell signal level larger than a third preset threshold w to the total number of the first measurement reports is larger than a fourth preset threshold; for a plurality of second measurement reports, the serving cell is a second cell, the neighboring cell is a first cell, and the above conditions are: the ratio of the number of the second measurement reports with the difference value between the second cell signal level and the first cell signal level smaller than the first preset threshold u to the total number of the second measurement reports is larger than a second preset threshold v, and the ratio of the number of the second measurement reports with the difference value between the first cell signal level and the first cell signal level larger than a third preset threshold w to the total number of the second measurement reports is larger than a fourth preset threshold.
And when the signal levels of the serving cell and the adjacent cells in the plurality of first measurement reports and the plurality of second measurement reports meet the conditions, judging that the first cell and the second cell are the common coverage cell group. For the case of multiple cells adjacent to each other, the determination process is similar to the above steps, and is not described herein again.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the number of the measurement reports of which the difference value between the signal level of the serving cell and the signal level of the adjacent cell is smaller than a first preset threshold value to the total number of the measurement reports is larger than a second preset threshold value; and the ratio of the number of the measurement reports with the signal level of the adjacent cell larger than the third preset threshold to the total number of the measurement reports larger than the fourth preset threshold is taken as a preset condition, so that the co-coverage cell group can be quickly and accurately determined, and the subsequent resource allocation optimization process is guaranteed.
Based on the above embodiment, the determining the function of each cell in the common coverage cell group based on the measurement report of the terminal corresponding to each cell in the common coverage cell group and the starting priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group specifically includes:
determining the number of measurement reports of which the target cell meets the coverage requirement in the measurement reports of the terminals corresponding to the cells in the common coverage cell group;
if the ratio of the number of the measurement reports meeting the coverage requirement of the target cell to the total number of the measurement reports of the terminals corresponding to the cells is larger than a fifth preset threshold, taking the target cell as a candidate basic coverage cell;
and taking the cell with the highest starting priority in the candidate basic coverage cells as a basic coverage cell, and taking the rest cells as capacity supplement cells.
Specifically, in the measurement reports of the terminals corresponding to the cells in the common coverage cell group, the target cell may be a serving cell or an adjacent cell, the number of the measurement reports for which the target cell meets the coverage requirement in all the measurement reports of the terminals corresponding to the cells is determined, and whether the ratio of the number to the total number of the measurement reports of the terminals corresponding to the cells is greater than a fifth preset threshold y is determined, and if the ratio is greater than y, the target cell is used as a candidate basic coverage cell. And traversing each cell in the common coverage cell group, if a plurality of candidate basic coverage cells exist, taking the cell with the highest starting priority in the candidate basic coverage cells as a basic coverage cell, and taking the rest cells as capacity supplement cells. It can be understood that, when the cells in the common coverage cell group are traversed and no candidate base coverage cell meeting the condition is found, it indicates that the common coverage cell group does not have the resource configuration optimization condition, and the subsequent resource configuration optimization processing will not be performed.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, by determining the number of measurement reports for which a target cell meets coverage requirements in measurement reports of terminals corresponding to cells in the common coverage cell group, if the ratio of the number of measurement reports for which the target cell meets coverage requirements to the total number of measurement reports for terminals corresponding to cells is greater than a fifth preset threshold, the target cell is used as a candidate basic coverage cell, a cell with the highest start priority in the candidate basic coverage cells is used as a basic coverage cell, and the remaining cells are used as capacity supplementary cells, so that the requirements for network coverage and capacity can be met, and the cell can be used as a basis for subsequent resource configuration optimization.
Based on the above embodiment, the measurement report that the target cell meets the coverage requirement is a measurement report that the signal level of the target cell in the measurement report is greater than a sixth preset threshold.
Specifically, when the signal level of the target cell is greater than a sixth preset threshold, the target cell is considered to meet the coverage requirement, and a candidate basic coverage cell can be obtained according to the proportion of the measurement reports in the measurement reports, in which the target cell meets the coverage requirement.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the sixth preset threshold is set for judging whether the target cell meets the coverage requirement, so that the candidate basic coverage cell can be accurately positioned, and the basic coverage cell can be conveniently and rapidly determined subsequently.
Based on the above embodiment, the configuring the resources of the common coverage cell group based on the load information of the common coverage cell group and the functions of the cells in the common coverage cell group specifically includes:
keeping the basic coverage cells of the common coverage cell group in an open state all the time, and monitoring the load information of the common coverage cell group;
when the load of any one of the opened cells reaches the upper limit value, opening the highest-opening-priority capacity supplementary cell which is not opened in the common coverage group;
and when the load of any one of the opened cells is lower than the lower limit value and lasts for a preset period, closing the opened capacity supplementary cell with the lowest opening priority.
Specifically, no matter how the current network load is, the basic coverage cells of the common coverage cell group are always opened to ensure the basic coverage of the network, on the basis, the load information of the common coverage cell group is monitored, when the load of any one of the opened cells reaches the upper limit value, for example, the load of the basic coverage cell or any other opened capacity supplementary cell reaches the upper limit value, the capacity supplementary cell with the highest opening priority which is not opened in the common coverage group is opened, and when the load of any one of the opened cells is lower than the lower limit value and continues for a preset period, the capacity supplementary cell with the lowest opening priority which is opened is closed, so that the energy saving can be realized on the basis of ensuring the network coverage and the capacity requirement.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention monitors the load information of the common coverage cell group on the premise of keeping the basic coverage cells of the common coverage cell group in an open state all the time, opens the capacity supplementary cell with the highest open priority in the common coverage group when the load of any one of the opened cells reaches the upper limit value, closes the capacity supplementary cell with the lowest open priority when the load of any one of the opened cells is lower than the lower limit value and lasts for a preset period, and realizes the maximization of energy saving on the basis of ensuring the network coverage and capacity requirements.
Based on the above embodiment, the opening priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group is determined based on the current network site opening construction information and the frequency resource use information in the common coverage cell group.
Specifically, the mobile communication network resource allocation device can determine the importance of each cell in the common coverage cell group based on the current network site opening construction scale in the common coverage cell group and the frequency resource use information, and further determine the opening priority of each cell.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the opening priority of each cell in the common coverage cell group is determined through the current network site opening construction information and the frequency resource use information in the common coverage cell group, so that the reasonable configuration of resources can be ensured, and the maximization of energy conservation is realized on the basis of ensuring the network coverage and capacity requirements.
Based on any of the above embodiments, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a mobile communication network resource configuration apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes:
