s3: placing the assembled combination of the terminal post 2, the sealing element 3 and the top cover plate 1 on a fixed table, enabling the sealing element 3 to abut against the matching protrusion 13 of the top cover plate 1, enabling the lower surface of the terminal post 2 to be supported, and pressing the sealing flanging 23 of the terminal post 2 from top to bottom;
s4: the compressed sealing flange 23 and the top cover plate 1 are in a parallel state or are reversely buckled on the matching bulge 13 on the top cover plate 1, so that a further sealing effect is realized
S5: the lower plastic part 4 and the top cover plate 1 are combined together in an ultrasonic welding mode and the like.
The second assembled state is as follows:
s1: sleeving the sealing element 3 on the terminal post 2;
s2: the pre-assembled terminal post 2 and the sealing element 3 are loaded into the post fitting hole 11 from the upper part (namely, the side far away from the battery core) of the top cover plate 1;
s3: placing the assembled combination of the terminal post 2, the sealing element 3 and the top cover plate 1 on a fixed table, enabling the sealing element 3 to abut against the annular bulge 12 of the top cover plate 1, enabling the upper surface of the terminal post 2 to be supported, and pressing the sealing flanging 23 of the terminal post 2 from bottom to top;
s4: the compressed sealing flanging 23 and the top cover plate 1 are in a parallel state, or are reversely buckled on the matching bulge 13 on the top cover plate 1, so that a further sealing effect is realized;
s5: the lower plastic part 4 and the top cover plate 1 are combined together in an ultrasonic welding mode and the like.
The top cover assembly of the present embodiment has the following advantages:
firstly, the method comprises the following steps: under the condition that the top cover component does not occupy pole piece filling in the battery core, the terminal overall height is reduced by utilizing the vertical space of the pole matching hole 11 of the top cover plate 1, so that the overall height of the battery core is reduced, and the volume energy density of a module or a battery pack is favorably improved;
secondly, the method comprises the following steps: the electric connector 5 can adopt a planar design, so that the problems of cost rise and development period caused by punch forming of a three-dimensional structure are solved.
The invention also discloses a battery, which comprises the top cover assembly and the shell, wherein the battery core is arranged in the shell, and the top cover assembly is buckled on the shell.
The battery of the invention has the top cover assembly, so that the inner space of the shell is abundant, a battery core with a higher size can be placed, and the energy density of the battery is higher.

the lower plastic part (4), the lower plastic part (4) is attached to the lower surface of the top cover plate (1);
the electric connecting piece (5) is attached to the lower plastic piece (4) and connected with the terminal pole (2); wherein:
the first connection surface (221) and the second connection surface (211) are respectively located on both sides of the top cover sheet (1).

8. A method of assembling the header assembly of any of claims 1-7, comprising:
sleeving the sealing element (3) on the terminal pole (2),
the terminal pole (2) and the sealing element (3) which are assembled in advance are installed into the pole fitting hole (11) from the upper part or the lower part of the top cover plate (1);
and connecting the lower plastic part (4) to the bottom of the top cover plate (1), and installing the electric connector (5) below the terminal pole (2).
9. The assembly method of the top cover assembly according to claim 8, wherein after the fitting of the terminal post (2) and the seal member (3) in advance into the post fitting hole (11) from above or below the top cover sheet (1), further comprises:
after the terminal pole (2) is assembled, the sealing element (2) and the top cover piece (1) are placed on a fixed workbench, so that the upper surface/the lower surface of the terminal pole (2) is supported, and the sealing flanging (23) of the terminal pole (2) is pressed from top to bottom so as to be pressed on the sealing element (3).
