All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive work based on the embodiments in the present specification belong to the protection scope of the present specification.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an account data processing system for a medical clinical trial project. The billing data processing system for the medical clinical trial project may include a client and a server. The client may be an electronic device with network access capabilities. Specifically, for example, the client may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a digital assistant, a smart wearable device, a shopping guide terminal, a television, a smart speaker, a microphone, and the like. Wherein, wearable equipment of intelligence includes but not limited to intelligent bracelet, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent glasses, intelligent helmet, intelligent necklace etc.. Alternatively, the client may be software that can run in the electronic device. The server may be an electronic device having a certain arithmetic processing capability. Which may have a network communication module, a processor, memory, etc. Of course, the server may also refer to software running in the electronic device. The server may be a distributed server, and may be a system having a plurality of processors, memories, network communication modules, and the like that cooperate with one another. Alternatively, the server may also be a server cluster formed by several servers. Or, with the development of scientific technology, the server can also be a new technical means capable of realizing the corresponding functions of the specification implementation mode. For example, it may be a new form of "server" implemented based on quantum computing. In some implementations, the clients may include an assistant client and a reviewer client.
Referring to fig. 2, the present description provides a medical clinical trial project billing data processing method, which may be applied to a server, and may include the following steps.
Step S110: receiving a reference expense information acquisition request which is sent by an assistant client and is attached with an item identifier and an implementation party identifier; wherein the item identifier is indicative of a clinical medical item and the implementer identifier is indicative of an item implementer for the clinical medical trial item.
Upon receiving the baseline cost information acquisition request, the server may send preconfigured baseline cost information for the corresponding clinical trial item and the implementer to the assistant client to create the cost group. The management and settlement of the cost of the clinical trial item can be achieved according to the cost group.
The assistant client may be a client operated by a staff member who develops the medical clinical trial project. In particular, the staff member operating the assistant client may be a clinical trial assistant. The clinical trial assistant may create a cost group based on the received business voucher or the general bill and benchmark cost information corresponding to the business voucher or the general bill. The business voucher may be a Chinese Invoice or a payment notice (invoke) in a non-Chinese area. The general bill may be a detail for recording transaction information.
The reference charge information acquisition request may indicate an instruction for requesting reference charge information. The reference cost information acquisition request may be accompanied by an item identifier and an implementation identifier, and is used to determine target reference cost information. In some embodiments, the reference cost information acquisition request may be accompanied by a specific identifier for acquiring the specific reference cost information. The specified reference cost information can be acquired through the specified identification.
The item identifier may be used to represent the medical clinical trial item. The implementer identification may be used to represent a project implementer for a clinical trial project. Wherein the implementation may be referred to as hub, etc. An implementer may be a facility for conducting the clinical trial project. Specifically, the institution may be a licensed pharmaceutical enterprise or a hospital. There may be a plurality of implementing methods for developing clinical trial projects. Each of the parties may also have multiple clinical trial projects being developed. Therefore, the item identifier and the implementer identifier can accurately determine the benchmark expense information corresponding to the target clinical test item of the target implementer.
The receiving of the reference cost information acquisition request with the project identifier and the implementer identifier sent by the assistant client may be obtained by the server after the assistant client sends the request to the server. In some embodiments, after the server sends the partial data, the assistant client sends the reference fee obtaining request to the server. Specifically, for example, the server may receive billing data sent by the server of the implementer. The server may send the billing data to the assistant client first. After receiving the bill data, the operator of the assistant client may request the server for the corresponding reference fee information according to the bill data. Wherein the billing data may be information for representing a bill for a fee of the clinical test item that has been developed.
Step S120: providing preconfigured benchmark cost information for the project implementer to the assistant client; wherein the reference charge information includes corresponding entry information and reference charges.
After receiving the request for acquiring the reference cost information, the server may send the corresponding reference cost information to the assistant client according to the identification information attached to the request for acquiring. The assistant client may create a fee group based on the baseline fee information.
The baseline cost information may be pre-configured cost information for the practitioner and the medical clinical trial project. Wherein the reference charge information may include entry information and a reference charge. Specifically, the preconfigured benchmark cost information may include visit items in the developed clinical trial items, examination items corresponding to the visit items, and corresponding benchmark costs required for developing the visit items and the examination items. Wherein the benchmark cost may be used to represent a projected cost of developing a corresponding visit item or inspection item.
The item information may be a charge item involved in the process of developing the clinical trial item. Specifically, the entry information may include visit item information, examination item information, or other charging item information related to the clinical trial item. The other charge item information related to the clinical test item may be a travel item with a vehicle travel fee, a labor item with a labor fee, and the like. Accordingly, the reference charge information may further include reference charges corresponding to the entry information, such as reference charges for visits, reference charges for inspection items, and the like. In some embodiments, the plurality of inspection items may form an inspection item information group, the entry information may further include an inspection item information group, and the reference charge information may further include a reference charge for the inspection item group corresponding to the entry information as the inspection item.
Wherein the reference charge information includes a reference charge that may be a predicted charge corresponding to the entry information. Specifically, the reference cost may represent, for example, a predicted cost of visits in a clinical trial project, a predicted cost of an examination project. In some embodiments, the estimated cost may also represent a contract cost for each item of information in a contract with an implementer.
The method for providing the preconfigured reference fee information for the project implementer to the assistant client may send the corresponding reference fee information to the assistant client after receiving the data request, and the reference fee information is processed and displayed by the assistant client. The server can also match the benchmark expense information corresponding to the implementing party and the clinical test project in the database according to the project identification and the implementing party identification. The corresponding baseline cost information is then sent to the assistant client.
Step S130: establishing a charge group according to a charge group establishing instruction aiming at the bill data sent by the assistant client; the fee group comprises entry information included in the bill data, reference fees corresponding to the entry information, and bill fees included in the bill data.
The assistant client, upon receiving the baseline cost information, may create a cost group from the billing data. Based on the fee group, the fees generated by a plurality of implementing parties of the clinical trial project can be managed and settled conveniently. In which billing data issued by different parties may have certain differences. For example, the formats are different. By converting the billing data into a fee group, billing data of different implementers can be better compatible. Further, the payment process may vary from region to region. For example, in some regions or countries, for example, in china, a general bill in which transaction details are recorded may be used as the bill data. Corresponding invoices can be obtained after payment is carried out through the bill data, and the invoices can be used as business certificates. However, for other countries or regions, such as the european and american countries, a payment advice (invitice) or a Debit advice Note (Debit Note) may be used as billing data. Accordingly, no corresponding invoice is generated after payment. Thus, for different billing data and payment flows, it is possible to manage uniformly by creating fee groups. To facilitate the management and settlement of fees incurred by multiple implementers of a clinical trial project.
The billing data may be used to represent a portion of project information and corresponding cost information that has been developed by an implementer in a clinical trial project. The billing data may be a business certificate including an Invoice and a payment notice (Invoice), or may be a general bill recorded with transaction details. The billing data may include entry information and billing costs for the corresponding entry information. Wherein the billing fee may represent an amount of money to be paid to actually develop the contents of the entry information. Wherein the entry information of the bill data may be the same as the entry information of the reference charge information. The charge information corresponding to the entry information of the bill data may be the same as the reference charge corresponding to the entry information of the reference charge information. Of course, the charge information corresponding to the entry information of the bill data may be different from the reference charge of the reference charge information. Accordingly, the entry information of the billing data may also indicate a developed charge item among the clinical trial items. In particular, the entry information may include visit information, examination item information, or other charge item information related to the clinical trial items. The other charge item information related to the clinical test item may be a travel item with a vehicle travel fee, a labor item with a labor fee, and the like. In some embodiments, the billing data may correspond to a portion of project charges that an implementation has developed. Accordingly, the charge information of the billing data may be project charges provided by the implementer based on entry information for the corresponding billing data that has been developed. In addition, the billing data may also include the item identification and the implementer identification.
In some embodiments, the reference cost information corresponding to the bill data may be formed according to the bill entry of the bill data matched with the same entry information and the corresponding reference cost.
The charge group may be a charge combination including the billing data and reference charge information corresponding to entry information of the billing data. The fee group may be used as reference information for payment of a bill fee. In some embodiments, the entry information of the billing data included in the fee group may be a plurality of examination items. Accordingly, the fee group may include a plurality of inspection item names, reference fees of the inspection items, and inspection item fees corresponding to the plurality of inspection items. Wherein the billing cost may include the inspection item cost. Of course, the fee group may also include a base fee for the inspection item, a total base fee generated from the base fee, and a billing fee representing a total cost of the bill. In the fee group, the reference fee information and the bill data can be clearly determined to be different based on the bill fee and the reference fee of the inspection item, so as to be used for auditing and payment. In addition, in some embodiments, the billing data may also include a plurality of visit items and cost information corresponding to the visit items. Correspondingly, the charge group can comprise the visit item included in the bill data and the charge information corresponding to the visit item, and the reference charge of the visit item included in the reference charge information of the corresponding visit item.
The expense group creation instruction may be received from an assistant client for creating a specified expense group instruction. Wherein, the creating instruction can be accompanied with bill data information. Specifically, for example, the billing data may be sent by the implementer to the assistant client via a third party server. The operator of the assistant client may select the reference charge information corresponding to the bill data from the reference charge information provided to the assistant client by the server according to the obtained bill data to form the charge group creation instruction. Accordingly, the fee creation instructions may be used to create fee groups.
The method for creating the fee group can be created according to a bill data instruction sent by the assistant client. Wherein the charge group creation instruction may be accompanied by billing data information. The reference charge corresponding to the entry information in the billing data may be matched in preconfigured reference charge information based on the entry information in the billing data. The charge group may be formed by binding entry information of the billing data with a corresponding reference charge and a billing charge. Specifically, the method for creating the fee group may be to create a data table for recording the fee group in a database. The data table for recording the fee group may be a field having entry information and a field corresponding to a billing fee of the entry information and a field corresponding to a reference fee. Wherein, a field of the entry information may record an ID of a preconfigured examination item, or an ID of a preconfigured visit item. Accordingly, the reference charge field may be a reference charge of a corresponding examination item or visit item in the preconfigured reference charge information. In addition, the billing charge field may be filled out according to the input of the client. In some embodiments, the method of creating the fee group may also include adding an unnecessary billing fee field to a pre-configured data table for recording the reference fee information. The server may receive the billing cost of the client's corresponding entry, populated in the data table. Meanwhile, the server may record the ID of an entry belonging to one fee group.
Step S140: in the event that the billing data is not a business voucher, associating the cost group with a business voucher provided by the project implementer after payment of a billing cost corresponding to the cost group to the project implementer.
The business voucher can be an invoice issued and collected by all units and individuals in China in purchasing and selling goods, providing or receiving services and engaging in other business activities. Of course, the service voucher may also include a payment notice (invoke) or a Debit Note (Debit Note) for determining the cost of the project in non-china. In some embodiments, the billable data in the payment process may be a general bill. Wherein the common bill may not be a business voucher. Accordingly, a fee group may be created based on the general bill and the corresponding reference fee information. After payment is made according to the fee group, a service certificate, such as an invoice, corresponding to the fee group and provided by an implementation party can be acquired. After the business voucher is obtained, the expense group can be associated with the business voucher, and the business voucher can be used for performing operations such as enterprise internal reimbursement, declaration to a tax bureau, and retention of charging items.
The method for associating the expense group with the service certificate provided by the project implementer can be that the service certificate is added into the expense group in the form of an attachment. In some embodiments, the method for associating the fee group with the service credential provided by the project implementer may also be to uniquely identify the fee group and the service credential stored in the server, respectively. And establishing an incidence relation between the unique identifier of the expense group and the unique identifier of the service certificate. For example, an association data table may be constructed. Each record in the association relation data table may have a unique identifier of the service credential and a unique identifier of the fee group, and represents the fee combination service credential having the association relation.
In various embodiments provided herein, billing data for different parties may vary somewhat. Specifically, for example, the format of billing data may vary from one implementation to another. The implementation mode of the specification can enable the bill data with the entry information to be uniformly managed by creating the charge group corresponding to the bill data of the implementation party, wherein the charge group is different from the charge group corresponding to the bill data of the implementation party. Further, the payment process may be different for the implementers in different regions. For example, payment in china may be first paid and then invoiced. The European and American countries may pay directly based on payment advice (Invoice). In the embodiment of the present specification, the fee group is created by the billing data, and the clinical trial items may be paid based on the fee group. And based on the business certificates corresponding to the payment processes in different regions, the business certificates can be associated with corresponding fee groups in different payment stages so as to be suitable for the payment processes of different region implementing parties, and the convenience of bill settlement of clinical medical test projects is improved to a certain extent.
In some embodiments, the medical clinical trial item ledger data processing method may further include: providing the cost group to a reviewer client of the clinical trial project; and adding the expense group into a to-be-paid bill to execute the payment of the bill expense corresponding to the expense group under the condition of receiving an audit passing instruction aiming at the expense group.
The fee group may be created by the assistant client according to an operation of the operator. Wherein the operator may be a clinical trial assistant. Therefore, in the process of creating the fee group, the information of the fee group may be wrong, or the information of the fee group does not meet the requirements of the sponsor of the clinical trial project. Therefore, after the expense group is created, the expense group can be sent to the client of the auditor for auditing, so that the accuracy of the information of the expense group can be ensured.
The reviewer client may be a client for receiving instructions for operation of a reviewer of the clinical trial project. The auditor of the clinical test project can be a project manager of the clinical test project or a clinical inspector of an undertaking side of the clinical test project. In addition, the auditor client can be used for receiving audit information of auditors for the expense groups.
The audit pass instruction can be an instruction which is sent by an operator of the auditor client to the server when the audit pass of the fee group is passed. After receiving the audit pass instruction, the server may add the fee group to the list to be paid to perform payment of the bill fee corresponding to the fee group.
The outstanding invoice may include a plurality of fee sets. Wherein, the plurality of fee sets can include the fee set associated with the service voucher. Of course, the plurality of fee sets may also include fee sets without associated business credentials. Wherein the pending payment statement may include a generation fee group for a time period. In particular, the payment list may be a set of fees generated within a month. In some embodiments, the implementer may settle the fee based on a predetermined time node during the development of the clinical trial program. Accordingly, the implementer may also generate corresponding billing data based on the completed charging items after developing the completed partial items. The server, upon receiving the billing data, may create a corresponding fee group based on the billing data. And the created corresponding expense group can be handed to an auditor client for auditing, and the expense group can be added into the bill to be paid after the auditing is passed. And after the preset time node is reached, the server can send the bill to be paid to the client of the auditor for approval. After approval, the financial staff may follow the pending payment statement to perform payment of the bill fee. In some embodiments, the predetermined time node may also be a point in time when the clinical trial project is completed.
In some embodiments, the medical clinical trial item ledger data processing method may further include: and receiving benchmark expense information set for the project implementing party included in the clinical test project by the client side of the auditor of the clinical test project.
The benchmark cost information of the clinical test project can be set by sending the auditor client of the clinical test project to the server after receiving the operation of the operator of the auditor client. The auditor can set the reference charge information in a targeted manner according to the project actually developed by the implementing party and the rate information of the region where the implementing party is located, so that the expense group can be created based on the reference charge information and the bill data after the project is developed.
The method for setting the reference cost information for the project implementer included in the clinical test project by the auditor client can be that the auditor client receives input information of an operator and sends the input information to the server, so that the reference cost information of the corresponding input information is generated. The input information may include entry information and a reference charge, among others. Of course, the method for setting the reference fee information for the project implementer included in the clinical test project by the auditor client may also be that the auditor client requests the server for the reference fee template and displays the reference fee template on the auditor client. The reference fee template may be reference fee information including a plurality of pieces of entry information and reference fees corresponding to the pieces of entry information, which is configured in advance and is common to a plurality of implementing parties. The operator of the auditor client may import the benchmark cost template. And, on the basis of the standard fee template, modifying the entry information in the standard fee template and the standard fee corresponding to the entry information. Specifically, the modification mode may be operations of adding, deleting a check item, visiting an item, traveling an item, and modifying a corresponding benchmark fee. And adjusting the reference expense template to generate reference expense information of the corresponding implementing party. Additionally, the operator of the reviewer client may be a clinical reviewer.
In some embodiments, the reference cost information may also include basic contract information, payment reminder information, budget, rate information, and the like, with the implementer. Correspondingly, the operator of the auditor client may enter the contract basic information first in the process of setting the benchmark expense information of the project implementer included in the clinical trial project. Such as an account opening row, a contact, etc. Then, the operator can configure payment reminding to remind payment for different time nodes, so that the stability of cash flow of multiple parties developing clinical test projects is guaranteed to a certain extent. Then, the auditor client can receive the operations of modifying, deleting and adding the reference expense template by the operator. And finally, submitting the audit after entering budget and rate information. And after receiving the instruction of the client of the auditor, the server can generate corresponding reference cost information. Wherein, the client receiving the audit can be a client of the project manager.
In some embodiments, baseline cost information for project implementers included with a clinical trial project may be set according to a baseline cost template. Wherein the reference fee template may be preconfigured. In particular, the benchmark cost template may be a universal benchmark cost template configured by the project manager for all implementers involved in the clinical trial project. The basic charge template can include an access information template, an inspection item information group template and the like. In the process of configuring the standard fee template, the project manager may configure only the entry information of the standard fee template, or may configure the entry information of the standard fee template and the corresponding standard fee template. The project manager may first enter an interview template. The visit template can comprise information such as the number of visits, examination items developed in each visit period and the like. For example, an interview template can include a screening session and blood routine items that the screening session needs to develop. The client may then receive the calculation rules of the money, tax rate and management rate corresponding to the multiple implementers of the project and the multiple implementers, and may also set the approval rules corresponding to each implementer. Thereafter, the client may also receive specific examination items, for example, a red blood cell examination item, a white blood cell examination item included in the blood routine item. And, for specific inspection items, grouping can be performed to ensure that there is a connection between the same group of inspection items. The contact can be the same management rate of the same group of check items, so that the problem of repeatedly setting the rate of charge can be avoided to a certain extent, and the configuration efficiency is improved. After the project manager completes the configuration operation, the client may send the configuration information to the server to generate a benchmark expense template.
In some embodiments, the step of receiving benchmark fee information set by the auditor client of the clinical trial project for the project implementer included in the clinical trial project includes: providing the access data of the project implementer to the auditor client; wherein the interview data represents an interview in the project implementer conducting the clinical trial project; receiving inspection item information configured for the visit data by the client of the auditor and reference cost corresponding to the inspection item information; wherein the entry information includes the examination item information.
The auditor client can receive the operation of the reference fee information set by the operator for the implementer. Accordingly, the server can receive the operation of the reference expense information set for the implementation party sent by the client of the auditor so as to set the reference expense information of the corresponding implementation party.
Visits by different implementers in a clinical trial project and the examination projects included in each visit may be different. Therefore, the server can receive the visit data sent by the client of the auditor. Wherein the interview data may represent an interview in the project implementer conducting the clinical trial project. The visit data can comprise the number of visits, the names of the visits, the benchmark fees corresponding to the visits and the like.
Correspondingly, the server can also receive the check items corresponding to each visit sent by the client of the auditor. Specifically, for example, the configuration information that the auditor client can send may be a blood routine examination item including a red blood cell count and a white blood cell count and a physical examination item including height and weight under the first visit. In addition, the configuration information sent by the client of the auditor may also include a reference fee for each corresponding inspection item. The benchmark expense information corresponding to the implementer can be set by establishing the binding relationship between the visit data corresponding to the implementer, the inspection item information corresponding to the visit data and the benchmark expense of the inspection item information.
In some embodiments, the medical clinical trial item ledger data processing method may further include: providing a preconfigured set of inspection item information to the auditor client; wherein the inspection item information group includes a plurality of inspection item information; correspondingly, the step of receiving the examination item information configured for the visit data by the auditor client and the reference cost corresponding to the examination item information includes: and receiving the binding relationship between the visit data configured by the client of the auditor and the inspection project information group and the reference cost corresponding to the inspection project information.
The examination item information may indicate information of an examination item developed in a clinical trial item. The examination items may include height examination items, weight examination items, red blood cell count examination items, and the like. In some embodiments, the inspection item information may further include a specific requirement, cost, and the like of the inspection item. A plurality of inspection item information may form one inspection item information group. Wherein a plurality of inspection item information groups may have the same attribute. In addition, the examination item information in the plurality of examination item information groups may be frequently present simultaneously in the clinical trial items. For example, an examination item information group named "blood routine" may include a plurality of examination item information. The examination item information may include a red blood cell count examination item, a white blood cell count examination item, and the like. The check project information group is bound with the visit data, so that the condition that a plurality of check project information are bound with the visit data repeatedly can be avoided, and the efficiency of the benchmark expense information set for the project implementation party included in the clinical test project by the auditor client of the clinical test project is improved. In addition, in the process of configuring the attributes of the inspection item information group, the inspection item information can determine the attributes of the corresponding inspection item information by acquiring the attributes of the inspection item information group, so that the operation time for repeatedly configuring the attributes is reduced to a certain extent, and the configuration efficiency is improved. Wherein the attribute of the inspection item information group may include tax, management fee, etc. of the inspection item information in the inspection item information group.
In some embodiments, the step of receiving benchmark fee information set by the auditor client of the clinical trial project for the project implementer included in the clinical trial project includes: and receiving rate information set by the client of the auditor for the item information of the project implementer.
Different entry information for the clinical trial project implementer may correspond to different rate information. Of course, the rate information corresponding to the plurality of entry information may be the same. Therefore, the auditor client can also receive the rate information corresponding to the entry information in the process of the benchmark fee information set by the project implementer included in the clinical test project. Correspondingly, the server can also receive the rate information sent by the client of the auditor so as to form reference rate information of the corresponding implementer. The rate information may include tax rate information, management rate information, and the like.
In some embodiments, it is relatively cumbersome to configure the corresponding rate information for each item information in turn. Accordingly, the entry information can be grouped. Accordingly, a plurality of item information may form an item information group. Item information belonging to the same item information group may have the same attribute. Accordingly, rate information of corresponding entry information in the entry information group is determined by configuring the rate information of the entry information group, and efficiency of setting reference charge information can be improved.
In some embodiments, the medical clinical trial item ledger data processing method may further include: adding the expense group into an expense list to be paid; the invoice to be paid further comprises entry information independent of a fee group and fee information corresponding to the entry information.
In some embodiments, the implementer may also provide entry information independent of the fee group for collection to the sponsor. Accordingly, the to-be-paid invoice may further include entry information independent of fee groups and fee information corresponding to the entry information. Therefore, the server can also add entry information independent of the expense group in the process of adding the expense group into the expense list to be paid so as to be suitable for different payment processes.
The charge group-independent entry information may be entry information including only an access charge. Correspondingly, the auditing client can provide a selection control of the payment list type in the process of adding the entry information independent of the expense group into the to-be-paid expense list. Wherein the payment bill type may include a fee group and entry information independent of the fee group. The approval may be submitted after the user uploads a file of the corresponding payment statement type. In the event of approval, payment may be made to the implementer. Or, in case of failure of the approval, adjusting the corresponding fee information. After the service certificate for payment is acquired, the service certificate can be uploaded. In some embodiments, the service credential may also be associated with a corresponding fee group or entry information independent of a fee group.
Referring to fig. 3, the present disclosure provides a method for processing billing data of a medical clinical trial project, where the medical clinical trial project includes a project implementer; the method can be applied to a client; the billing data processing method of the medical clinical trial project may include the following steps.
Step S210: billing data including entry information and billing costs for project implementers is received.
Billing data including entry information and billing costs for project implementers is received and corresponding cost groups may be generated. The cost of the clinical test item can be managed and settled based on the cost group, and the convenience of payment of the clinical test item is improved to a certain extent.
The method of receiving billing data for the project implementer, including the entry information and billing cost, may be receiving billing data sent by the server for display on the client. Wherein the client may be an assistant client. The operator of the client may create a fee group based on the billing data. In some embodiments, the billing data may be received by the implementer through a third party server. Specifically, for example, the billing data may be obtained by the client through the mailbox server.
Step S220: acquiring reference expense information pre-configured for a project implementer; wherein the reference charge information includes corresponding entry information and reference charges.
After the client receives the baseline cost information, a cost group may be created from the billing data. Based on the fee group, the fees generated by a plurality of implementing parties of the clinical trial project can be managed and settled conveniently.
The manner of acquiring the reference cost information preconfigured for the project implementer may be that the client acquires the billing data through a server of a third party and then sends the acquired billing data to the server. The billing data may be accompanied by an item identifier and an implementation identifier. The server may return reference charge information corresponding to the billing data to the client according to the billing data. The client side obtains the reference expense information pre-configured by the implementation party. Of course, the billing data may also be sent directly to the server by the implementer. The server can send the bill data to the client, and an operator at the client can obtain the corresponding reference cost information from the server according to the bill data. In some embodiments, the server may also determine and send corresponding benchmark cost information to the client based on billing data. The client thus acquires reference charge information preconfigured for the project implementer.
Step S230: creating a fee group corresponding to the billing data; the charge group comprises entry information of the bill data, reference charges corresponding to the entry information of the bill data, and the bill charges.
The payment process may vary from region to region. For example, some regions may use the recorded transaction details as general billing data. The corresponding invoice can be obtained after payment is made through the billing data. However, for other regions, a payment advice (Invoint) or a Debit Note (Debit Note) may be used as billing data. Accordingly, no corresponding invoice is generated after payment. Thus, for different billing data, it is possible to manage uniformly by creating fee groups. To facilitate the management and settlement of fees incurred by multiple implementers of a clinical trial project.
The method for creating the fee group corresponding to the billing data may be that the client receives all the reference fee information sent by the server and then displays the reference fee information on an interactive page of the client. The client may receive a selection operation of the reference cost information by the operator based on billing data. After the operator clicks and determines, the client may send the corresponding reference fee information to the server to request for creating the fee group based on the selection operation of the operator. On the basis, the client can also receive the bill cost of the entry information corresponding to the reference cost information, which is input by the operator. And sending the bill cost to a server to generate a cost group. In some embodiments, the server may identify the billing data, for example, entry information and billing cost of the billing data may be determined by image recognition techniques. In addition, the server may match the entry information of the billing data with the reference charge information, generate a charge group to be confirmed, and transmit the charge group to the client. The client may present the fee group to be confirmed in an interactive page. And, upon receiving the confirmation designation of the operator, sends to the server to create the fee group.
Step S240: submitting said cost group so that said billing costs of said cost group can be associated to a business voucher after being paid.
After the fee group is submitted, the payment process can be continued, so that a service certificate can be obtained after the bill fee of the fee group is paid. And, the business credential can be associated with a fee group for completing a payment process. The expense group associated with the business voucher can be used for tax auditing and reimbursement.
The method for submitting the expense group can submit the expense group to an auditor for auditing. Specifically, the client may send the information of the fee group to the client of the value auditor. And after the client of the auditor receives the confirmation instruction, the payment can be carried out. Of course, the method for increasing the fee group may also be directly submitting the fee group to the financial staff. Through the financial client, the billing fees may be paid to the corresponding implementers for the fee groups.
In some embodiments, the step of submitting the fare group may include: submitting the fee group to a reviewer client for payment of the billing fee of the fee group after review is passed and association to a business voucher.
And submitting the expense group to an auditor client, and paying the bill expense of the expense group after the audit of an operator of the auditor client is passed. And, billing costs may also be associated with a business voucher.
In some implementations, the billing data in the payment process may be a general bill. Accordingly, a fee group may be created based on the general bill and the corresponding reference fee information. And after payment is carried out according to the expense group, a service certificate which is provided by an implementation party and corresponds to the expense group can be obtained. After the business voucher is obtained, the expense group can be associated with the business voucher, and the business voucher can be used for performing operations such as enterprise internal reimbursement, declaration to a tax bureau, and retention of charging items.
In some implementations, the billing data in the payment flow may be a payment advice (invoke). Wherein the payment advice (invoke) may be a business voucher. After the expense group is created, a payment notification (invoke) may be first associated with the expense group and then used to pay the billing fee. The fee group may also be associated with the business voucher after payment of the billing fee.
