When the partition pressure in the operation and maintenance partition is greater than P1, the operation and maintenance personnel are extracted from the surrounding operation and maintenance partition, so that the partition pressure of the operation and maintenance partition is reduced, if the partition pressure in the operation and maintenance partition exceeds P1 after the operation and maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance partition are extracted, the extraction is cancelled, the operation and maintenance personnel with a longer extraction distance are selected, and therefore the partition pressures of the operation and maintenance partition and the surrounding operation and maintenance partition are ensured to be less than or equal to P1.

the operation and maintenance personnel library records operation and maintenance personnel information;
and the interaction module is connected between the operation and maintenance model and the operation and maintenance personnel and comprises an assignment task, equipment state feedback and maintenance progress feedback.
2. The electric power operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance personnel information comprises:
the operation and maintenance personnel mark the adequacy equipment in the information of the operation and maintenance personnel through theoretical learning, actual operation learning and field operation and maintenance;
the professional technical level is obtained by comprehensively calculating the theoretical learning achievement, the operation and maintenance times and the operation and maintenance types of the operation and maintenance personnel;
current positioning, wherein the current positioning adopts a real-time position of a satellite positioning operation and maintenance worker;
and the operation and maintenance pressure is obtained by calculating the task amount and the operation and maintenance types of the operation and maintenance personnel.
3. The electric power operation and maintenance management system according to claim 2, wherein the operation and maintenance category comprises:
