In addition, in a scene with strong knowledge, the efficiency of the current search scheme is low, the accuracy of the search result is low, and the user cannot quickly find the required knowledge content in the search result. Another embodiment of the invention provides an interaction and display mode, which can improve the search efficiency and is beneficial to a user to quickly find out the required knowledge content.
Such interaction and presentation methods will be described in detail below in conjunction with fig. 6-9B.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an interaction and presentation method according to another embodiment of the present invention. The interaction and presentation method of fig. 6 may be applied to an electronic device, such as the client system 120 of fig. 1. The electronic device may have installed therein an application related to the search, such as application 122. When the electronic device runs the application program, an interactive interface is generated on a display screen of the electronic device, and examples of the interactive interface include, but are not limited to, a search interface and a search result interface in various examples.
The interaction and display method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

In the embodiment, the search condition options are displayed according to the search terms instead of directly displaying the search results, so that the user can supplement the input search conditions, the reference information in the search process is increased, and the search efficiency is improved.
In other examples, the interaction and presentation method further comprises: according to the first selection operation aiming at the search condition option, the search condition of the knowledge content is determined, and the first search result matched with the search condition is displayed. Therefore, the search condition is selected from the search condition options, and the flexibility of inputting the search condition by the user is improved. Alternatively, the user may also input a search condition by inputting a keyword or a voice instruction for the search condition option. In one example, the electronic device may obtain the keywords and generate the search criteria. In another example, the electronic device obtains the voice command, and obtains the search condition corresponding to the voice command by sending the voice command to a server, such as the first resource server 132 or the second resource server 142.
Further, the electronic device may obtain the first search result by combining the knowledge content with the search condition. For example, the electronic device may obtain the second search result by searching the knowledge content, and then select data matching the search condition from the second search result as the first search result. For example, the first search result is obtained by reordering based on each search result in the list of second search results. Since the second search result is obtained by processing based on the knowledge content matched with the search term input previously, the first search result can be further obtained from the second search result, and the data processing efficiency is improved. The above-described process of selecting the first search result from the second search results may be performed locally in the electronic device, or may be performed in, for example, the search server 162.
It should be understood that the first selection operation described above may also be a click operation such as a single click, a double click, or the like; pressing operations such as long pressing, short pressing, and the like are also possible; touch operation can also be performed; a sliding operation in a specific direction, for example, an upward sliding, a downward sliding, a leftward sliding, a rightward sliding, or the like, is also possible.
Further, obtaining the input search term includes: in a search interface, an input search term is obtained. Correspondingly, according to the search term, the search condition options corresponding to the knowledge content are displayed, and the method comprises the following steps: switching from the search interface to a fourth search result interface according to the search term; and displaying the search condition options corresponding to the knowledge content in a fourth search result interface. The switching from the search interface to the fourth search result interface is beneficial to the user to further input the search conditions, and not only prompts the search terms, but also switches from the search interface to the fourth search result interface according to the search terms without changing the switching process of the existing search interface, thereby improving the configuration efficiency.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 7A, the search term entered in the search interface 710 includes a keyword, and a search criteria option is presented in the interface 720 based on the response of the search interface 710 to the search term, the search criteria option being visible to at least one search criteria, and in this example, the search criteria option includes four search criteria, i.e., criteria a-D.
Then, in interface 720, the user selects condition B from conditions A-D. Accordingly, after the selection is completed, the fourth search result interface may be entered or returned to the search interface 710 according to a confirmation operation or a wait operation after the selection operation, or according to the selection operation itself.
In the example of FIG. 7B, the electronic device switched from the interface 720 to the fourth search results interface 730, it being understood that the interface 720 can also be a state of the fourth search results interface 730, such as a state obscured by the interface 720.
Accordingly, in the fourth search result interface 730, the second search result of the keyword is presented together with the first search result, i.e., the portion above "condition B" is the second search result and the portion below "condition B" is the first search result.
In the example of FIG. 7C, after entering the fourth search results interface 730, the first search result may be presented based on a plurality of categories. For example, by categories 1-3, the first search result is presented. At this point, multiple categories are presented in the interface 730, for example, multiple categories are presented between the first search result and the second search result for dividing the area in which the two search results are presented. Specifically, category 1 is in a selected state, i.e., the current state, while categories 2 and 3 are in an unselected state, and accordingly, below each presented category, a first search result corresponding to category 1 is presented. At this time, the user may view the first search results corresponding to other categories, for example, the user performs an operation on category 3, accordingly, category 1 changes to the unselected state, category 3 changes to the selected state, and the first search results corresponding to category 3 are presented below each presented category.
It should be understood that the electronic device may obtain the first search result corresponding to each category from the search server 162 after the user selects the search condition, or may obtain only the first search result corresponding to the current category, and then obtain the first search result corresponding to another category from the search server 162 when the user selects another category.
More specifically, for the example of fig. 7A-7C, the "keyword" may be "cough" when the knowledge content corresponds to a medical scenario. The respective search conditions include, but are not limited to, "nature of cough", "accompanying symptom", and the like. More specifically, "cough nature" may include options of "less than 1 week", "2-3 weeks", etc., and "accompanying symptoms" may include "fever", "runny nose", "nasal congestion", "vomiting", etc.
Each category includes, but is not limited to, "total", "pneumonia", "upper respiratory infection", and the like. All here may be used to present a list of all first search results for a plurality of categories.
It should also be understood that when there is no classification, or the list of first search results corresponding to the "all" classification may include "what are the common ailments associated with coughing? "," how to treat cough? "and the like. The list of first search results corresponding to the "pneumonia" category may include "what symptoms are present in pneumonia? "how to judge the pneumonia? "and the like. The second search result may be encyclopedia information related to "cough," descriptive information or brief introduction of "cough," or the like.
In other examples, presenting the first search result that matches the search criteria includes: and displaying a plurality of classifications matched with the search conditions, and displaying a first search result corresponding to a selected classification in the plurality of classifications. Thus, multiple categories are beneficial for obtaining search results with higher matching degrees, and the user has the flexibility to further filter the search results.

In other words, presenting the fourth search result interface facilitates better guiding the user in selecting among the search criteria options because the user desires to present the search result interface after entering the search term, and the search criteria options may occupy at least a portion of the space in the fourth search result interface after the fourth search result interface is presented. In addition, the unoccupied space may present at least a portion of the second search results, thereby presenting more search results to the user. In other words, when the user finds the desired search result from the second search result, the user may terminate the selection of the search condition option, for example, the user may enter the expanded content of the search result by directly operating the control or the link corresponding to the desired search result.
In one example, the search criteria option may be placed above the fourth search results interface through a floating window having some transparency, such that the user may see more of the second search results through the floating window. In one example, the current selection operation for the search criteria option may be terminated when the user finds the desired search result through the floating window.
In another example, the search criteria option may obscure portions of the fourth search results interface through an opaque floating window while uncovering other portions to expose at least portions of the second search results.
In another example, a search criteria option may be presented in the fourth search results interface dynamically. Correspondingly, the option popup can be dynamically hidden, and a second search result matched with the knowledge content can be displayed. The dynamic popup window better guides the operation position of the user, and is favorable for better guiding the user to operate, so that the operation efficiency of the user is improved.
For the presentation of the search condition option, in one example, the search condition option may be hidden according to the determination of the search condition, for example, a popup in which the search condition option is retracted. In another example, the transparency of the floating window where the search condition option is located can be improved according to the determination of the search condition.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned terminating of the selection operation for the search condition option may also be implemented by an operation of a termination control in the search condition option, or by not selecting any one of the search condition options and performing a confirmation operation.
In other examples, the fourth search results interface includes a third area and a fourth area. The third region and the fourth region may partially overlap, or the third region and the fourth region may not overlap. It should be understood that the search condition in the selected state may be presented between the third area and the fourth area. Specifically, the third region may be located above the fourth region, or may be located below the fourth region. In this case, presenting the first search result matching the search condition includes: and in the third area, showing the first search result matched with the search condition. Accordingly, presenting a second search result matching the knowledge content, comprising: and in the fourth area, displaying a second search result matched with the knowledge content. In addition, in the case where the third area does not overlap with the fourth area, the first search result and the second search result are more reliably presented.
Further, in the case where the third area is located below the fourth area, the first search result is located below the second search result, in other words, the second search result matching the knowledge content may be presented from the top of the fourth search result interface, and the first search result may be presented below the second search result. Because the first search result is a search result which is more targeted for the search condition than the second search result, the display mode is more in line with the search logic of the user.
In other examples, the interaction and presentation method further comprises: and triggering operation by the options in the fourth search result interface, displaying the search condition options, and updating the search conditions according to the second selection operation aiming at the search condition options. In one example, the above popup may pop up again, the popup includes a search condition option, and the selected state of the search condition in the popup may be the current state or may be reset, that is, all the search conditions are reset as selected. Additionally, the second selected operation may be an operation with respect to a control at the first search result or at the presented current search criteria. The operations include but are not limited to click operations such as single click, double click, etc.; pressing operations such as long pressing, short pressing, and the like are also possible; touch operation can also be performed; a sliding operation in a specific direction, for example, an upward sliding, a downward sliding, a leftward sliding, a rightward sliding, or the like, is also possible.
Specifically, in the example of fig. 8A, in the interface 810, the user performs a second selection operation with respect to the area showing the current search condition, switches from the interface 810 to the interface 820, and in the interface 820, "condition C" is further selected on the basis of the selection of "condition B", or "condition B" and "condition C" are reselected in the unselected condition AD, thereby generating a new search condition, that is, updating the previous search condition.
Accordingly, in the example of FIG. 8B, after "Condition B + C" is selected in interface 820, a switch is made to a fourth search results interface 830. It can be seen that in the updated fourth search results interface 830, new first search results that meet "Condition B + C" are presented. Further, in the fifth search interface, the first space and the second space may be located at the top of the interface.
More specifically, in one example, the switching operation may be a downward sliding operation, and the switching from the fourth search result interface to the fifth search result interface is realized through the downward sliding operation, in other words, the highlighting of the first search result is realized through the downward sliding operation, and meanwhile, the second search result is not displayed.
In another example, the search result list of the first search result may be browsed by sliding up in the fourth search result interface or the fifth search result interface.
Further, in the fifth search result interface, the first search result may also be presented based on a plurality of categories. As the presentation space of the first search result increases, the number of categories presented may be increased. For example, in the fourth search result interface, the first search result and the second search result are presented, in which case, the first search result may be presented for one category, and the first search results corresponding to other categories may be hidden. Accordingly, after the fourth search result interface is switched to the fifth search result interface, the first search results aiming at the two categories can be displayed, so that the display efficiency of the first search results is improved.
Further, in the fifth search result interface, by sliding down, the state of displaying the first search result corresponding to the current category may be switched to the state of displaying the first search result corresponding to the next category, in other words, by sliding down multiple times, switching between different categories may be performed sequentially. As a specific example, the next category may be located on the right side of the current category, and when the current category is located on the rightmost side in the fifth search interface, the next category may be the leftmost category.
In addition, the list of the currently categorized first search results may be browsed by sliding upward in the fifth search results interface.
It should also be understood that the above-described downslip is merely an example of a switching operation, and that the switching operation may also be a leftward or rightward sliding when an upward sliding is used for a browsing operation. Alternatively, when the leftward or rightward swipe is used for the browsing operation, the switching operation may be the upward swipe or the downward swipe.

Referring to fig. 12, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the electronic device.
As shown in fig. 12, the electronic device may include: a processor (processor)1202, a communication Interface 1204, a memory 1206, and a communication bus 1208.

The intelligent device comprises one or more processors which can be the same type of processor, such as one or more CPUs; or may be different types of processors such as one or more CPUs and one or more ASICs.
The memory 1206 is used for storing programs 1210. The memory 1206 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The program 1210 may specifically be configured to cause the processor 502 to perform the following operations: determining knowledge content matched with the input search term; adjusting the image-text typesetting of the first search result interface according to the knowledge content; and highlighting the description information of the knowledge content in the first search result interface based on the adjusted image-text typesetting.
Alternatively, the program 1210 may be specifically configured to cause the processor 502 to perform the following operations: acquiring an input search term, wherein the search term is matched with knowledge content; and displaying the search condition options corresponding to the knowledge content according to the search terms.
In addition, for specific implementation of each step in the program 1210, reference may be made to corresponding steps and corresponding descriptions in units in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein again. It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules may refer to the corresponding process descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that, according to the implementation requirement, each component/step described in the embodiment of the present invention may be divided into more components/steps, and two or more components/steps or partial operations of the components/steps may also be combined into a new component/step to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.
The above-described method according to an embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or as software or computer code storable in a recording medium such as a CD ROM, a RAM, a floppy disk, a hard disk, or a magneto-optical disk, or as computer code originally stored in a remote recording medium or a non-transitory machine-readable medium downloaded through a network and to be stored in a local recording medium, so that the method described herein may be stored in such software processing on a recording medium using a general-purpose computer, a dedicated processor, or programmable or dedicated hardware such as an ASIC or FPGA. It will be appreciated that a computer, processor, microprocessor controller, or programmable hardware includes memory components (e.g., RAM, ROM, flash memory, etc.) that can store or receive software or computer code that, when accessed and executed by a computer, processor, or hardware, implements the methods described herein. Further, when a general-purpose computer accesses code for implementing the methods illustrated herein, execution of the code transforms the general-purpose computer into a special-purpose computer for performing the methods illustrated herein.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and method steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present embodiments.

Claims (12)

1. An interaction and presentation method, comprising:
determining knowledge content matched with the input search term;
adjusting the image-text typesetting of the first search result interface according to the knowledge content;
and highlighting the description information of the knowledge content in the first search result interface based on the adjusted image-text typesetting.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the descriptive information of the knowledge content includes a subject and brief introduction of the knowledge content, the adjusted teletext layout indicates that the first search result interface includes a light background area and a dark background area,
the highlighting of the description information of the knowledge content in the first search result interface includes:
highlighting a subject of the knowledge content in the light background area;
and highlighting the brief introduction of the knowledge content in the dark background area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the dark background areas are located below the light background areas.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein said highlighting descriptive information of said knowledge content in said first search results interface further comprises:
and displaying the picture corresponding to the knowledge content in the light background area.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the light background area is located above the dark background area.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein said highlighting descriptive information of said knowledge content in said first search results interface further comprises:
and displaying the extended information related to the knowledge content in the dark background area.
7. An interaction and presentation method, comprising:
acquiring an input search term, wherein the search term is matched with knowledge content;
and displaying the search condition options corresponding to the knowledge content according to the search terms.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
determining a search condition of the knowledge content according to a first selection operation aiming at the search condition option;
and displaying the first search result matched with the search condition.
9. An interaction and presentation device, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining the knowledge content matched with the input search term;
the adjusting module adjusts the image-text typesetting of the first search result interface according to the knowledge content;
and the display module is used for highlighting and displaying the description information of the knowledge content in the first search result interface based on the adjusted image-text typesetting.
10. An interaction and presentation device, comprising:
the acquisition module acquires an input search term, and the search term is matched with the knowledge content;
and the display module displays the search condition options corresponding to the knowledge content according to the search terms.
11. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus; the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction which causes the processor to execute the corresponding operation of the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
