技术领域
本申请一般地涉及电视***，尤其涉及用于安排和选择喜爱的电视节目的电视调谐***。
发明背景
现在，有的电视机具有被称作为“喜爱频道”的特性。这个特性允许用户把被他的电视***接收到的一部分(不是全部)频道去编排成一份“喜爱频道”表。然后，该用户就能够利用电视***上的惯常的频道增减钮来滚动选择该用户刚才所选出的在喜爱频道表上的那些频道。有些***还允许用户增加灵活性，即允许用户改变喜爱频道表上出现的该些频道的次序。重要的是要注意这种电视***并不限制其包含在电视机之中，也可以在用户的其他电子部件(如通用遥控器、录象机、电缆盒、卫星接收机或单独一台电子式电视节目时间表盒)中实现。
电视***中另一个常见的特性是一个“最后频道”钮。按下此钮，电视***不是调谐到现正观看的电视节目而是立即调谐到刚才所出现的被调谐频道。连续按下最后频道钮将在利用电视***所选的最后两个频道之间跳来跳去。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面，一种电视控制***包括：一个调谐器，根据频道选择输入从多路频道电视信号中选择一个频道，所述多路频道电视信号载有一组接收到的频道的信号；一个存贮器，该存贮器包括一个喜爱频道表，该表包含一个频道识别符的清单，每个频道识别符对应于所述的该组已接收频道的子集中的一个频道；一个喜爱频道输入装置，用于安排和选择喜爱频道；以及一个与调谐器、存储器和喜爱频道输入装置可通信地联结的控制器。该控制器包括：当喜爱频道输入装置被激活第一预定时期的时候，将对应于正被调谐器调谐的频道的频道识别符加进喜爱频道表的装置；以及当喜爱频道输入装置被激活第二预定时期的时候，将对应于正被调谐器调谐的频道的频道识别符从喜爱频道表中消去的装置。

具体实施方式
正如图中所示，本电视***包括一个电视显示器10，它经过射频、基带视频、S视频或其他通常方式与电视接收机12相连。该电视接收机12可能是电视机的一部分，也可以与电视显示器结合在一起或者被在任一个与电视显示器相连的用户电子设备中。这些电子设备可以是比方说电缆盒、录象机、卫星接收机(C波段或直接卫星)或一台单独的电子式电视节目时间表设备。该电视接收机包括一个电子式电视调谐器15，它被一个微处理控制器11所控制，在多路频道输入端上(如在电视天线输出端、卫星天线输出端、电缆电视信号等等)所接收的许多信号中调谐出一个信号。微处理控制器利用存贮器13来工作。该电视接收机也包括一个遥控器14，允许用户向电视接收机发出命令，从发射机24至接收机26进行通信。遥控器包括频道增减键28、数字键30以及“喜爱”频道钮16。
在其他实施例中，调谐器15可以与微处理控制器11和存储器13分开，自成一体。这些其他实施例的一个例子是：微处理控制器11和存储器13置于电视机中，而***则利用录象机或外部电缆盒来作为电子式电视调谐器15。在这种具体装置中，在微处理控制器和该电子式电视调谐器之间至少要建立一路通信链路(如RF链路或红外线链路)。另一种方案是微处理器和存储器可以置于遥控器14中。
在看电视的时候，如果用户正看着一个频道，希望把它设定成一个“喜爱”频道，那么该用户就按下并保持喜爱频道钮，直至在电视屏幕的拐角落处出现一个图标18，它表示电视接收机已经认可将正编排的频道定作为一个喜爱频道。这个图标是用一般的屏上显示技术来将其显示在屏幕上的。屏上显示电路可以位于电视接收机12中，也可以位于电视显示器10中。在屏上显示电路被包括在电视显示器内的情况下，在电视接收机与电视显示器之间至少需要一路通信链路以便表示在屏幕上显示的内容(包括图标18)和时间。在其他方案中，图标的图像数据可以被贮存在电视接收机的存贮器中，也可贮存在与电视显示器相连的存贮器中。
用这个方法编排了两个和两个以上的喜爱频道之后，每次将喜爱频道钮按下一个短时间(快速按下此钮)，电视接收机就以循环的方式调谐到下一个所编排的喜爱频道。直接利用数字键或频道增减键或者利用喜爱频道钮每次调到喜爱频道时，喜爱频道的图标就出现在屏幕上一个相对短的时间。如果用户决定不再希望已经编排好的喜爱频道仍然编作喜爱频道，那么该用户利用按下该频道号或者利用频道增减键或在该频道被调谐之前快速按下喜爱频道钮等方法将电视***调谐到那个频道。决定不再作为喜爱频道的该频道一旦被调谐，用户要再次按下喜爱频道钮，不过现在要一直按持，直至在屏幕拐角处所示的图标消失。在本发明的一个具体实施例中，保持喜爱频道钮按下的时间低于1秒钟，微处理控制器便认为是“快速按下”。而保持该钮按下的时间为1秒或1秒以上才可认为该按钮被“按持”。
按照本发明的该***的另一个具体装置包括“喜爱节目”特性。可以在遥控器上再加一个钮，即喜爱节目钮20。当一个用户正在观看电视节目而此节目又是用户“喜爱”的演出之一时，用户可以按下并保持喜爱节目钮直至喜爱节目图标22(不同于上面描述过的喜爱频道图标18)出现在屏幕的拐角处(另外，该图标22可以位于屏幕上与喜爱频道图标不同区域或不同角落)。当一个喜爱的节目这样被选中时，电视***就不仅贮存当前所调谐的频道而且还存贮星期几、欲看节目的开始时间和结束时间。从那时起，电视***将把该节目的所在频道加到喜爱频道表中去，不过，只是在该喜爱节目正常播出的星期几和时间段中才加进去。在其他时间，该频道不会被加到喜爱频道表中。例如，如果一个用户选择了下面的喜爱演出：频道2星期一的晚8点至晚9点的节目，频道4星期一的晚8点至晚8点半的演出，以及频道7星期一的晚8点半至晚9点的演出，于是，在晚8点至晚8点半之间，喜爱频道表将包括至少是频道2和频道4。可是，在晚8点半至9点之间，频道4将从喜爱频道表中撤消，而频道7将加进喜爱频道表中。
在具有喜爱节目特性的优选实施例中，该***还包括一个电子式节目时间表，其提供包括在喜爱频道表中欲观看节目的开始时间和结束时间。已经包含在用户的电子设备中的一个简单的实时时间钟可以提供有关星期几的日期信息。具有喜爱节目特性的另一个具体装置从辅助信息中获得开始时间和结束时间，该辅助信息是作为扩展数据服务(“XDS”)的一部分信息在正在观看的节目的垂直消除期间(“VBI”)广播的。
作为最后两个具体装置的改进，当喜爱节目钮被按下并保持的时候，电视***从电视信号中的辅助信息或者从电子式节目时间表中检测现在正在播映的电视节目的剧名。然后，该剧名被贮存在喜爱节目剧名表中。此后，现在正在广播的所有演出的剧名与喜爱节目剧名表中的剧名进行比较，当剧名与喜爱节目剧名表上的剧名相符时，现正播映的所有节目的频道就被加到喜爱频道表中，直至这些节目结束。因此，例如，如果喜爱节目钮被按下并保持住，同时正在播映“我爱露茜”这一节目，那么，剧名“我爱露茜”或者是它的某个代号就贮存在喜爱节目剧名表中。此后，无论何时，当在任何一个频道播映“我爱露茜”时，正在广播“我爱露茜”的频道就被加到喜爱频道表中，直至“我爱露茜”这一节目结束。如果“我爱露茜”同时被多个频道播映，那么，在特定时间播映“我爱露茜”的所有频道都将出现在喜爱频道表中。因此，在任何时间，快速按下喜爱频道钮将会使正在播出“我爱露茜”的任一频道向用户播出。

Claims (9)

1.一种电视控制***，包括：
一个调谐器，根据频道选择输入从多路频道电视信号中选择一个频道，所述多路频道电视信号载有一组接收到的频道的信号；
一个存贮器，该存贮器包括一个喜爱频道表，该表包含一个频道识别符清单，每个频道识别符对应于所述的该组已接收频道的子集中的一个频道；
一个喜爱频道输入装置，用于安排和选择喜爱频道；以及
一个与调谐器、存储器和喜爱频道输入装置可通信地联结的控制器，该控制器包括：
当喜爱频道输入装置被激活第一预定时期的时候，将对应于正被调谐器调谐的频道的频道识别符加进喜爱频道表的装置；以及
当喜爱频道输入装置被激活第二预定时期的时候，将对应于正被调谐器调谐的频道的频道识别符从喜爱频道表中消去的装置。
2.如权利要求1的***，进一步包括对喜爱频道表中的频道识别符相对应的频道进行循环调谐的装置。
3.如权利要求2的***，进一步包括：
与控制器可通信地联结的装置，用于在电视屏幕上显示喜爱频道的图标；
当所述的调谐器调谐的频道对应喜爱频道表中的一个频道识别符时，用于显示喜爱频道图标的装置；以及
当调谐器调谐的频道不对应频道识别符时，以及当对应于正被调谐器调谐的频道的频道识别符被从喜爱频道表中消去的时候，中止显示喜爱频道图标的装置。
4.如权利要求2的***，其中存储器进一步包括一个包含有电视节目识别符的喜爱节目表，该***进一步包括：
一个喜爱节目输入装置；
当喜爱节目输入装置以第一种预定的方法操作时，将对应于被调谐器调谐的节目的节目识别符加到喜爱节目表中去的装置；以及
当喜爱节目输入装置以第二种预定的方法操作时，将正被调谐器调谐的一个节目的节目识别符从喜爱节目表中消去的装置。
5.如权利要求4的***，其中节目识别符包括正被调谐器调谐的节目的频道、日期、星期几、开始时间、结束时间和节目长度的一个子集。
6.如权利要求4的***，其中节目识别符包括正被调谐器调谐的节目的名称的表示。
7.如权利要求5或6的***，其中节目识别符是得自从电子式节目时间表***所收到的数据。
8.如权利要求5或6的***，其中节目识别符是得自***到电视信号中的数据。
9.如权利要求4、5或6的***，进一步包括加上频道识别符的装置，该频道识别符与这样的频道相对应：其上正在播出与喜爱节目表中的节目识别符相对应的节目，同时，这样的节目正在播出。
