The irrigation ditch with the water blocking and drainage function according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing assembly (11) for fixing positions of the two sliding rails (4), wherein the fixing assembly (11) comprises a contact plate (111), a second sliding plate (112) and a right-angle rod (113), the contact plate (111) is arranged at the lower left side of the baffle plate (1), the second sliding plate (112) is arranged at the right side of the bracket (101) in a sliding manner, the contact plate (111) moves upwards to be in contact with the second sliding plate (112), the right lower opposite sides of the sliding rails (4) are respectively provided with the right-angle rod (113), and the upper parts of the right-angle rods (113) are respectively inserted into the second sliding plates (112), and at the moment, the springs (94) are in a compressed state.
