Description

Multifunctional lubricating grease, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lubricating grease, and relates to multifunctional lubricating grease, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of industrial process, grease is used in large quantities due to its good friction-reducing and wear-resisting effects, and becomes an indispensable lubricant for industrial equipment.
The lubricating grease is prepared by blending mineral oil (or synthetic lubricating oil) and a thickening agent, is a thick grease-like semisolid, is used for a mechanical friction part, plays a role in lubricating, reducing mechanical friction and preventing mechanical abrasion, and simultaneously plays a role in protecting metal corrosion and sealing and dust prevention; also on metal surfaces, and serves to fill voids and prevent rusting or corrosion of the metal.
At present, lubricating grease with comprehensive performance is lacked in the market.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide multifunctional lubricating grease, a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
one purpose of the invention is to provide multifunctional lubricating grease which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
46.1-53.5% of aluminum-based grease
33.5 to 43.0 percent of titanium-based grease
1.5-2.6% of anti-pitting agent
0.2 to 0.8 percent of oiliness agent
3.45-5.1% of antiwear agent
3.7% -5.2% of an anticorrosive agent;
the pitting corrosion inhibitor includes cerium oxide.
The components of the multifunctional lubricating grease are matched with each other and supported with each other, so that the multifunctional lubricating grease not only has lubricating and wear-resisting properties of a friction pair based on the lubricating grease, but also has pitting corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and oxidation corrosion resistance.
The aluminum grease is preferably a complex aluminum grease, i.e., a grease prepared by thickening a base oil with a complex aluminum soap produced by reacting stearic acid, benzoic acid, and an organoaluminum compound. The aluminum-based grease is commercially available.
The titanium-based grease is preferably a complex titanium-based grease, i.e., a grease made of a complex titanium soap thickened mineral base oil or a synthetic base oil produced from terephthalic acid, stearic acid and an organic titanium compound. The titanium-based grease is commercially available.
Pitting (also known as pitting, pitting corrosion, etc.) is a very localized form of corrosion that produces pinholes in metal where there is little or minimal corrosion. The pitting corrosion is one of local corrosion forms with great destructiveness and hidden danger due to the fact that the reaction is accelerated under the action of autocatalysis, once the pitting corrosion occurs, the dissolution speed in a hole is quite high, the harmfulness of the pitting corrosion is great, and accidents are caused frequently and suddenly. Therefore, it is very necessary that the grease has anti-pitting performance.
In the multifunctional lubricating grease provided by the invention, the anti-pitting agent and the base grease have a synergistic effect, so that the multifunctional lubricating grease has high temperature resistance, pitting resistance and wear resistance. The danger caused by pitting of the friction pair is relieved.
