Description

Sialic acid-containing water-in-oil type skin cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to sialic acid-containing water-in-oil skin cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water-in-oil (W/O) system is one of the most commonly used emulsification systems for topical cream emulsions, and is an emulsification system in which water is dispersed in oil, the water being the internal phase and the oil being the continuous external phase. It is known that the stability of W/O systems is greatly changed by temperature, and the high content of grease in the external phase of W/O systems causes sticky and heavy skin feel and is not light and cool enough, but the W/O systems are beneficial to water locking, moisture retention and external damage resistance, and the properties make the W/O systems more applied in sunscreen products, but physical and/or chemical sunscreens in the sunscreen products can have potential allergy to human skin.
Sialic acid (Sialic acid) is an acidic amino sugar containing 9 carbon atoms and having a pyranose structure, also known as N-acetylneuraminic acid, cubilose acid and cubilose element, widely exists in various biological tissues, is an important part forming a cell surface complex carbohydrate, and has physiological effects of promoting brain development, improving memory, resisting inflammation, viruses and tumors, improving the absorption of vitamins and minerals by intestinal tracts and the like. With the intensive research and understanding of sialic acid, sialic acid also inhibits the oxidation of tyrosine, reduces melanin deposition and thus improves the appearance of skin. Therefore, sialic acid can be widely used in the cosmetic field.
However, the applicant found that the sialic acid is subjected to gravity stratification when applied to a water-in-oil system, and further found that if the system is unstable, the sialic acid is subjected to degradation reaction in a W/O system, so that the sialic acid content in the system is reduced, and meanwhile, the generated by-products cause discoloration of the system, so that the quality of the cosmetic product is seriously reduced.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
