An output port 334 communicated with the chamber 333 is further provided below the rear portion of the dirty liquid transferring box 33, and the dirty liquid stored in the chamber 333 can be transferred to the outside of the box through the output port 334. In this embodiment, the output port 334 is connected to the dirty liquid recycling tank 32 through a pipeline, that is, during the operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the dirty liquid and the dirt in the dirty liquid transferring box 33 can be transferred to the dirty liquid recycling tank 32 in real time under the action of the suction motor 31. A flexible seal 34 is also mounted to the lower end of the front wall 332. A pair of flushing ports 335 capable of flushing the chamber 333 with the cleaning liquid are provided in a pair of side walls of the dirty liquid transfer box 33, and the pair of flushing ports 335 are in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid tank 41.
As shown in fig. 6, the lower portion of the roller chamber 22 has a dirty air inlet 24, the lower portion of the scrub roller 23 defines a front side edge of the dirty air inlet 24, and the flexible seal 34 is located on a rear side of the scrub roller 23 and defines a rear side edge of the dirty air inlet 24. The dirty liquid transfer box 33 is located at the rear side of the cleaning roller 23 and close to the cleaning roller 23, a passage 35 communicating the dirty air inlet 24 with the opening 331 is formed between the front wall 332 and the rear portion of the cleaning roller 23, and the chamber 333 is in fluid communication with the roller chamber 22 through the opening 331.
The separable upper cover 211 has a front portion constituting a part of the roller chamber 22 and a rear portion covering an upper portion of the dirty liquid transferring box 33. As shown in fig. 3, after the detachable upper cover 211 is detached, both the cleaning roller 23 and the dirty liquid transferring box 33 can be removed from the housing 21.
As further shown in fig. 6, a wiper strip 36 is also provided on the inner wall of the detachable cover 211, the wiper strip 36 being located on the upper side of the opening 331 and abutting the cleaning roller 34 when the detachable cover 211 is secured to the remainder of the housing 21. The wiping bar 36 is configured to remove excess dirty liquid from the cleaning roller 23 wetted with dirty liquid, that is, the wiping bar 36 continuously wipes off the excess dirty liquid and dirt contained thereon while the cleaning roller 23 is continuously rotated, and then flows into or is sucked into the dirty liquid transfer box 33.
The inner wall of the separable upper cover 211 is further provided with a liquid distributor 42 having a plurality of liquid outlet holes, the liquid distributor 42 is in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid tank 41 through a cleaning liquid pipe, and the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 41 can be distributed to the cleaning roller 23 by the structure. An infusion pump (not shown) capable of providing a variety of liquid flow rates may also be provided in the cleaning solution line so that the user may supply the appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the liquid dispenser 42 based on the need. In this example, the liquid distributor 42 is located downstream of the wiping bar 36 with respect to the rotation direction of the cleaning roller 23, i.e. after the cleaning roller 36 has been scraped by the wiping bar 36 to remove excess dirt liquid, the liquid distributor 42 applies clean cleaning liquid thereto.
Based on the above structure, the cleaning liquid tank 41, the infusion pump, and the liquid distributor 42 are sequentially circulated through necessary cleaning liquid pipes to form a cleaning liquid delivery system; the cleaning liquid supplied in the cleaning liquid delivery system may be pure water or a washing solution mixed with a detergent. The dirty air inlet 24, the channel 35, the opening 331, the chamber 333, the output port 334, the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 and the suction motor 31 are sequentially in fluid communication to form a dirty liquid and dirt recovery system; the recovery system is capable of removing dirty liquid into which used cleaning liquid has been converted from the floor surface to be cleaned and removing dirt located on the floor surface to be cleaned, and storing the dirty liquid and dirt for a certain period of time.
During operation of the hard floor washing machine 100, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank 41 is continuously fed into the cleaning roller 23, the liquid-wettable material covering the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller 23 is wetted, and then the wetted material is brought into contact with the floor surface to be cleaned as the cleaning roller 23 rotates, thereby applying the cleaning liquid to the floor surface to be cleaned.
During the operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the wetted cleaning roller 23 can remove the dirt present on the floor surface to be cleaned while being wiped on the floor surface, some dirt will be directly swept into the rear dirt transfer box 33 by the rotating cleaning roller 23, some dirt will be suspended in the fluid composed of air and dirt, and then sucked into the dirt transfer box 33 by the suction force of the suction motor 31, some dirt will be absorbed by the liquid wettable material covering the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning roller 23, and the absorbed dirt will be scraped by the scraper bar 36 when rotating to the scraper bar 36 with the cleaning roller 23, and then sent into the dirt transfer box 33 under the combined action of gravity and suction force. Therefore, in this example, the dirty liquid and the dirty substance entering the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 mainly include: the dirty liquid and dirt sucked into the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 through the opening 331, the dirty liquid and dirt swept into the chamber 333 of the dirty liquid transfer box 33 by the cleaning roller 23, and the dirty liquid scraped off from the cleaning roller 23 by the scraper bar 36.
During the operation of the hard floor cleaning machine 100, the dirty liquid and dirt entering the chamber 333 will be transferred from the output port 334 to the dirty liquid recovery tank 32 in real time under the suction force of the suction motor 31, the dirty liquid, dirt and air will be separated in the dirty liquid recovery tank 32, the dirty liquid and dirt will be left in the dirty liquid recovery tank 32, and the air flow is discharged to the outside after entering the suction motor 21.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
