Abstract

本申请公开了一种图像传感器、摄像头模组、移动终端及图像采集方法。该图像传感器包括二维像素阵列,该阵列中设置有多个彩色像素和多个全色像素,彩色像素具有比全色像素更窄的光谱响应;二维像素阵列包括最小排布单元;在最小排布单元中,全色像素设置在第一对角线及其平行线上,彩色像素设置在第二对角线及其平行线上,第一对角线与第二对角线不同;第一对角线上相邻的至少两个全色像素的第一曝光时间由第一曝光信号控制,第二对角线上相邻的至少两个彩色像素的第二曝光时间由第二曝光信号控制,从而实现全色像素曝光时间和彩色像素曝光时间的独立控制。
