A scanning gun detection system and a detection method thereof are provided, the scanning gun detection system comprises: the image capturing unit is used for photographing a circuit board to be detected to form an image capturing picture; the electronic component standard value database prestores standard pictures of electronic components on various types of circuit boards; the input unit is used for inputting a work order number of a circuit board and a material number of the circuit board; the searching unit is used for searching a standard picture corresponding to the circuit board in an electronic component standard value database; the downloading unit downloads the standard picture found by the searching unit; the comparison unit is used for comparing the image capturing picture in the image capturing unit with the standard picture in the electronic component standard value database to judge whether the model names of the electronic components are consistent or not; the display unit displays the comparison and judgment result of the comparison unit; and the storage unit is used for storing the comparison result of the comparison unit.

However, since the installer careless about the scan gun, it is easy to install the HID Keyboard mode in the SNAPI mode or install the HID Keyboard mode in the SNAPI mode, which causes unnecessary customer complaints.
In view of this, the present invention provides a scanning gun detection system and a detection method thereof, which are used to detect the installation correctness of the usage mode of the scanning gun and avoid sending the scanning gun with the installation error mode to the client.

the display unit is connected with the comparison unit and displays the comparison result of the comparison unit;
the scanning gun detection unit is connected with the display unit and is used for detecting the scanning function of the scanning gun so as to obtain a detection result;
and the storage unit is connected with the scanning gun detection unit and stores the comparison result of the comparison unit and the detection result of the scanning gun detection unit.
Optionally, the mode standard value includes an SNAPI mode standard value and an HID Keyboard mode standard value.

(6) the display unit displays the comparison result of the comparison unit;
(7) the scanning gun detection unit detects the scanning function of the scanning gun so as to obtain a detection result;
(8) the storage unit stores the comparison result of the comparison unit and the detection result of the scanning gun detection unit.
Optionally, the mode standard value in step (1) includes an SNAPI mode standard value and an HID Keyboard mode standard value.
Optionally, in the step (5), when the comparing unit compares the product serial number, the mode information of the scanning gun, and the mode standard value to be consistent, the comparison result is "PASS", otherwise, when the comparing unit compares the product serial number, the mode information of the scanning gun, and the mode standard value to be inconsistent, the comparison result is "FAIL".

According to the scanning gun detection system and the detection method thereof, whether the product serial number of the scanning gun input by the input unit, the mode information of the scanning gun inquired by the inquiry unit and the mode standard value prestored in the scanning gun mode standard value database are consistent or not is compared by the comparison unit, so that whether the SNAPI mode or the HID Keyboard mode is installed on the scanning gun can be quickly detected, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved. Moreover, by using the scanning gun detection system and the detection method thereof, the scanning gun with an installation error mode can be prevented from flowing into a customer, and the occurrence of customer complaints is avoided.

a scan gun mode standard value database 110 for pre-storing the mode standard values corresponding to the scan guns 10 of different product serial numbers;
a connection unit 120 connected with a scanning gun 10 to be detected;
an input unit 130 for inputting a product serial number of the scanning gun 10;
an inquiring unit 140 connected to the input unit 130, wherein the inquiring unit 140 enters a device manager of the scanning gun 10 to inquire the mode information of the scanning gun 10;
a comparison unit 150, connected to the query unit 140 and the scan gun mode standard value database 110, wherein the comparison unit 150 compares the product serial number of the scan gun 10 input by the input unit 130, the mode information of the scan gun 10 queried by the query unit 140, and the mode standard value pre-stored in the scan gun mode standard value database 110, and determines the mode standard value corresponding to the product serial number of the scan gun 10, so as to obtain a comparison result;
a display unit 160 connected to the comparison unit 150, wherein the display unit 160 displays the comparison result of the comparison unit 150;
the scanning gun detection unit 170 is connected with the display unit 160, and the scanning gun detection unit 170 detects the scanning function of the scanning gun 10, so that the scanning gun 10 with unqualified scanning function is prevented from flowing into the market, and a detection result is obtained;

s105: the comparing unit 150 compares the product serial number of the scanning gun 10 input by the input unit 130, the mode information of the scanning gun 10 queried by the querying unit 140, and a mode standard value pre-stored in the scanning gun mode standard value database 110, and determines a mode standard value corresponding to the product serial number of the scanning gun 10, thereby obtaining a comparison result;
s106: the display unit 160 displays the comparison result of the comparison unit 150;
s107: the scanning gun detection unit 170 performs scanning function detection on the scanning gun 10, so as to obtain a detection result;
s108: the storage unit 180 stores the comparison result of the comparison unit 150 and the detection result of the scan gun detection unit 170.

Compared with the prior art, the scanning gun detection system and the detection method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that whether the product serial number of the scanning gun input by the input unit, the mode information of the scanning gun inquired by the inquiry unit and the mode standard value prestored in the scanning gun mode standard value database are consistent or not is compared by the comparison unit, so that whether the scanning gun is installed in the SNAPI mode or the HID Keyboard mode can be quickly detected, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved. Moreover, by using the scanning gun detection system and the detection method thereof, the scanning gun with an installation error mode can be prevented from flowing into a customer, and the occurrence of customer complaints is avoided.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modifications of the above embodiments based on the technical solution of the present invention, equivalent changes and modifications are within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A scanning gun detection system, comprising:
the scanning gun mode standard value database prestores mode standard values corresponding to scanning guns of different product serial numbers;
the connecting unit is connected with a scanning gun to be detected;
an input unit for inputting a product serial number of the scanning gun;
the inquiring unit is connected with the input unit and enters an equipment manager of the scanning gun to inquire the mode information of the scanning gun;
the comparison unit is connected with the query unit and the scanning gun mode standard value database, compares the product serial number of the scanning gun input by the input unit, the mode information of the scanning gun queried by the query unit and a mode standard value prestored in the scanning gun mode standard value database, and judges the mode standard value corresponding to the product serial number of the scanning gun, so as to obtain a comparison result;
the display unit is connected with the comparison unit and displays the comparison result of the comparison unit;
the scanning gun detection unit is connected with the display unit and is used for detecting the scanning function of the scanning gun so as to obtain a detection result;
and the storage unit is connected with the scanning gun detection unit and stores the comparison result of the comparison unit and the detection result of the scanning gun detection unit.
2. The scan gun detection system of claim 1, wherein the mode standard values include an SNAPI mode standard value and an HID Keyboard mode standard value.

The scanning gun detection system according to claim 1, wherein the comparison unit compares the product serial number and the mode information of the scanning gun with the mode standard value to obtain the comparison result "PASS", and otherwise, the comparison unit compares the product serial number and the mode information of the scanning gun with the mode standard value to obtain the comparison result "FAIL".

7. A scan gun detection method applied to the scan gun detection system of any one of the above claims 1 to 6, the scan gun detection method comprising the steps of:
(1) the scanning gun mode standard value database prestores mode standard values corresponding to scanning guns of different product serial numbers;
(2) the connecting unit is connected with a scanning gun to be detected;
(3) the input unit inputs the product serial number of the scanning gun;
(4) the inquiring unit enters an equipment manager of the scanning gun to inquire the mode information of the scanning gun;
(5) the comparison unit compares the product serial number of the scanning gun input by the input unit, the mode information of the scanning gun inquired by the inquiry unit with a mode standard value prestored in the scanning gun mode standard value database, and judges a mode standard value corresponding to the product serial number of the scanning gun, so as to obtain a comparison result;
(6) the display unit displays the comparison result of the comparison unit;
(7) the scanning gun detection unit detects the scanning function of the scanning gun so as to obtain a detection result;
(8) the storage unit stores the comparison result of the comparison unit and the detection result of the scanning gun detection unit.
8. The scan gun detection method according to claim 7, wherein the mode standard values in step (1) include SNAPI mode standard values and HID Keyboard mode standard values.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein in the step (5), when the comparing unit compares the product serial number and the mode information of the scanning gun with the mode standard value, the comparison result "PASS" is obtained, otherwise, when the comparing unit compares the product serial number and the mode information of the scanning gun with the mode standard value, the comparison result "FAIL" is obtained.
10. The scan gun detection method according to claim 7, wherein the storage unit stores the comparison result and the detection result as a txt document in step (8).
