Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
At present, the steps of holding a network conference and joining the network conference on a vehicle-mounted screen are too complicated, and the method is not suitable for operating on the vehicle-mounted screen without input equipment such as a keyboard, a mouse and the like. Referring to a schematic diagram of a conference login stage shown in fig. 1a, when it is monitored that a user clicks a "join conference" control, the user jumps to a login interface, the user needs to input an account and a password on the login interface, and clicks the "login" control after determining that the account and the password are correct, so as to complete a login process, or complete a login process by adopting modes such as authentication code login or third party login, and the like, which all require complicated operations. In addition, referring to the schematic diagram of the conference setting stage shown in fig. 1b, the user needs to set the start date and time of the conference, the end date and time of the conference, and set the number of the conference people, the number of the setting items is large, and the setting operation is complicated, which is not only inconvenient for the user to hold or participate in the conference, but also not beneficial to driving safety.
Based on the method, the device and the vehicle, the management method and the management device for the vehicle-mounted conference are provided, the operation complexity of a user for holding/participating in the network conference through the vehicle-mounted control terminal is effectively reduced, the user is more convenient to hold/participate in the network conference in the vehicle running process, and therefore the user experience is remarkably improved.
To facilitate understanding of the embodiment, first, a detailed description is given to a management method for a vehicle-mounted conference disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a vehicle-mounted control end, the vehicle-mounted control end is disposed in a target vehicle, a graphical user interface is provided by the vehicle-mounted control end, and content displayed by the graphical user interface at least includes a conference control, referring to a flowchart of the management method for a vehicle-mounted conference shown in fig. 2, the method mainly includes the following steps S202 to S210:
step S202, responding to the trigger operation aiming at the conference control, and logging in a conference account associated with the specified terminal equipment. The conference control is used for initiating a 'conference' process, the triggering operation may include one or more of a click operation, a slide operation and a gesture operation, the designated terminal device may be an intelligent device (such as a mobile phone) configured with an electronic car key corresponding to the target vehicle, and the designated terminal device is associated with a conference account and a conference password of the conference system. In an optional implementation manner, when the click operation directed at the conference control is monitored, whether the owner is located in the target vehicle may be judged based on the positioning information of the specified terminal device, and when the judgment result is yes, the conference account associated with the specified terminal device may be automatically logged in.
And step S204, providing a candidate conference corresponding to the conference account through a graphical user interface. The candidate conference may be a network conference preconfigured by the vehicle owner, and further, a time interval between conference opening time of the candidate conference and login time of the conference account may be smaller than a preset time threshold, such as a time interval between the conference opening time and the login time is smaller than 1 hour. For example, the vehicle-mounted control terminal may pull all network conferences corresponding to the conference account from the background server, take the network conference to be started within 1 hour as a candidate conference, and provide each candidate conference through the graphical user interface.
And step S206, responding to the conference participating operation aiming at the candidate conference, and determining the riding position of the target conference and at least one conference participant corresponding to the target conference. The conference-participating operation may include one or more of a click operation, a slide operation and a gesture operation, and the riding position may include a driver seat, a copilot seat, a first rear seat row, a second rear seat row and the like. In an implementation manner, one or more participants may be taken in a target vehicle, each candidate conference is provided on a graphical user interface, when a click operation of a user on a certain candidate conference is monitored, the candidate conference is determined as the target conference, the graphical user interface jumps to alternative position controls, each alternative position control corresponds to a riding position, the riding positions corresponding to different alternative position controls are different, and when a click operation of the user on one or more alternative position controls is monitored, the riding position can be determined.
And step S208, determining target multimedia equipment from the multimedia equipment configured in the target vehicle according to the riding position, so that the conference participants can participate in the target conference through the target multimedia equipment. The multimedia device may include an image acquisition device (such as a camera) and a display device (such as a center control screen, a front driving screen, a top absorbing screen, a rear seat screen, and the like), and optionally, the multimedia device may be divided into a first multimedia device disposed at the front part of the cabin and a second multimedia device disposed at the rear part of the cabin according to the riding position, the first multimedia device may be further divided into a main driving multimedia device and a front driving multimedia device, for example, the main driving multimedia device may be a front top camera and a center control screen, the front driving multimedia device may be a front top camera and a front driving screen, and the second multimedia device may be a top absorbing screen camera, a top absorbing screen, or a rear seat screen. In one embodiment, the target multimedia device may be selected according to the riding position of each participant, for example, if the participant a is located at the driving position and the participant B is located at the first row rear seat, both the primary driving multimedia device and the secondary multimedia device are determined as the target multimedia devices. Further, considering that when a plurality of display devices output sound simultaneously, the sound inside the target vehicle is messy, which is not beneficial to the smooth development of the target conference, at this time, only one display device (such as a central control screen) can be selected to be turned on to output sound, and the rest of the display devices are turned off or muted.
And step S210, if the target conference is monitored to be ended, quitting the conference account. The meeting ending condition may include: triggering the 'ending' control, wherein the pressure signal sent by the seat sensor is smaller than a preset pressure threshold, the target signal sent by the appointed terminal equipment is not monitored, and one or more of meeting ending time of the target meeting is reached. In one embodiment, when the target conference is determined to be finished, the conference account can be automatically quitted, and the situation that the conference content is leaked when other users take the target vehicle is avoided, so that the conference safety is guaranteed to be improved.
The management method of the vehicle-mounted conference provided by the embodiment of the invention can respond to the triggering operation aiming at the conference control, automatically log in the conference account number associated with the appointed terminal equipment and pull the related candidate conference, and the user can participate in the target conference through the corresponding target multimedia equipment only by selecting the target conference and determining the riding position of the participants, so that the operation complexity of the user for participating in the network conference through the vehicle-mounted control terminal is effectively reduced, the user can more conveniently participate in the network conference in the vehicle traveling process, and the embodiment of the invention can automatically quit the conference account number when the monitoring of the target conference is finished, thereby effectively improving the conference safety and comprehensively improving the user experience.
For convenience of understanding, an embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S202, which may be configured to determine whether a target signal sent by a specified terminal device is monitored in response to a trigger operation for a conference control, and log in a conference account associated with the specified terminal device when a determination result is yes. Wherein the target signal may be a bluetooth signal. For example, refer to a schematic diagram of a graphical user interface shown in fig. 3, wherein "one-touch conference" is the conference control described above. In practical application, appointed terminal equipment can be configured with the electron car key of target vehicle, and appointed terminal equipment passes through bluetooth communication with on-vehicle control end, and appointed terminal equipment can outwards launch bluetooth signal according to predetermineeing the cycle, if on-vehicle control end monitors the click operation to the meeting controlling part, can receive the bluetooth signal of appointed terminal equipment transmission simultaneously, can confirm that the car owner is located the target vehicle, logs in the meeting account number this moment and can improve the meeting security.
In practical application, the vehicle-mounted control terminal is in communication connection with a background server (e.g., an ROX background server), and the background server may store conference information corresponding to a plurality of conference accounts. In one embodiment, before providing the candidate meeting corresponding to the meeting account through the graphical user interface, the candidate meeting may be determined through the following steps 1 to 6:
step 1, pulling a preset conference corresponding to a conference account number and first conference information of the preset conference from a background server; the preset conference is also a pre-established network conference, and the first conference information at least comprises conference starting time, conference ending time, conference participant information, a conference subject, a conference identifier and the like. In an embodiment, a conference account can be used as a retrieval condition, and a preset conference corresponding to the conference account and first conference information thereof are screened from a background server.
And 2, judging whether the login time of the conference account number and the time interval between the conference start time of the preset conference are smaller than a preset time threshold value or not for each preset conference. If yes, executing step 3; if not, go to step 4. Considering that the time taken for the owner to travel on the target vehicle is generally short, and the meeting is held or attended to during the vehicle traveling process is mostly used for emergency, the preset time threshold value may be set to a small value. For example, assuming that the preset time threshold is 1 hour, a preset meeting within nearly 1 hour needs to be screened out from the preset meetings as a candidate meeting.
And step 3, determining the preset conference as a candidate conference.
And step 4, providing a new conference control through a graphical user interface. And if the time interval corresponding to each preset conference is larger than the preset time threshold, providing a new control, wherein the new control is used for creating a new conference. The application scenario for creating the newly-built conference provided by the embodiment of the present invention may include: (1) small-scale meetings, such as in teams with close working relationships, are commonly used by team members, facilitating users to define smaller contact lists; (2) an important meeting; (3) and (4) meeting with short time, namely meeting which can be completed in the driving chart.
And 5, responding to the triggering operation aiming at the new meeting control, and determining second meeting information. And the second conference information comprises the target conference contact person and/or the target conference time slot. For convenience of understanding, embodiments of the present invention respectively provide an embodiment of determining a target conference contact and an embodiment of determining a target conference time period, see manner one to manner two as follows:
determining a target meeting contact, see steps a1 through a 2:
at step a1, at least one candidate conferee contact is provided via the graphical user interface. In one embodiment, the candidate conferee contacts may be pre-configured by the owner of the vehicle; in another embodiment, the conference participants of the conference that the owner participates in each time may also be obtained, the frequency of the conference participation of each conference participant is counted, and at least one candidate conference participant contact is determined from the conference participants according to the sequence from high frequency to low frequency. After determining the candidate attendee contacts, each candidate attendee contact may be provided through a graphical user interface. For example, referring to another graphical user interface diagram shown in fig. 4, the graphical user interface provides a "meeting attendee shortcut list", a plurality of candidate meeting contacts, a "delete" control, a "one-touch invite" control for each candidate meeting contact, for example, the candidate meeting contacts include leaf london, zhangfei, dubai, a software team, and the like.
And a2, responding to the deletion operation of the candidate conference contact, and determining the candidate conference contact except the candidate conference contact corresponding to the deletion operation as the target conference contact. The deletion operation is also a click operation, a slide operation, a gesture operation, or the like for the "delete" control. With continued reference to fig. 4, assuming that the car owner needs to conference the leaf-isolated city and the software team, the car owner may click the "delete" control corresponding to zhangfei and the "delete" control corresponding to lisu, and click the "one-click invitation" control, so that the leaf-isolated city and the software team may be used as the target meeting contact. The embodiment of the invention determines the target contact person through the deleting operation, thereby being more convenient for the user to operate.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a 'more' control which is used for providing the contacts except the candidate conference contacts and can directly and manually add the conference contacts when the candidate conference contacts do not meet the requirements of the vehicle owner.
(II) determining a target meeting time period, see steps b 1-b 2:
and b1, providing at least one recommended meeting time period through the graphical user interface. In one embodiment, the recommended meeting time period may be generated according to a schedule of each target meeting contact, such as selecting a time period in which each target meeting contact is idle as the recommended meeting time period; in another embodiment, a plurality of recommended meeting time periods may be generated according to the login time of the meeting account and the specified time interval, referring to another schematic diagram of the graphical user interface shown in fig. 5, assuming that the login time of the account is 14:00, the recommended meeting time periods "14: 00 to 14: 30" and "14: 30 to 15: 00" may be obtained; in another embodiment, a time may be provided to force the conference on, such as "force now to start" and "force 10 minutes to start" as shown in FIG. 5. In a specific implementation, considering that holding or participating in a meeting during the vehicle traveling is mostly used for emergency, only a short meeting time period may be recommended for the user, for example, a plurality of recommended meeting time periods may be created at intervals of every 10 minutes, every 20 minutes, or every 30 minutes, thereby making the recommended meeting time period more suitable for the application scenario of the on-board meeting.
And step b2, responding to the selection operation aiming at the recommended meeting time slot, and determining the target meeting time slot. The selection operation may be a click operation for the recommended meeting time, or a click operation for the "delete" control. In one embodiment, assuming that the owner clicks "start after 10 minutes of force", the "start after 10 minutes of force" is determined as the target meeting time period; in another embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 further illustrates that each recommended meeting time period corresponds to a "delete control," and assuming that the owner clicks "14: 00 to 14: 30", "14: 30 to 15: 00" and "force to start now" respectively corresponding "delete" controls, and only keeps "force to start after 10 minutes", when the user clicks "invite after" control again, the "force to start after 10 minutes" can be determined as the target meeting time period.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a 'more' control which is used for manually editing the time period by the owner so as to obtain the meeting time period meeting the requirements of the owner.
And step 6, establishing a newly-built conference according to the second conference information.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S206, see (1) to (3) below:
(1) and responding to the conference participating operation aiming at the candidate conference, and determining the candidate conference corresponding to the conference participating operation as the target conference. The conference participating operation may be a click operation for the candidate conference, or a click operation for a "one-click enter" control corresponding to the candidate conference. In practical applications, after determining candidate conferences, each candidate conference may be provided through a graphical user interface, referring to another graphical user interface schematic diagram shown in fig. 6, where the graphical user interface shown in fig. 6 displays "conference within the next hour is as follows", and also displays a time period and a conference subject of the candidate conference, and each candidate conference corresponds to a "one-click entry" control, for example, the candidate conference includes "14: 00 to 14:30 with XX meeting "and" 14:30 to 15:00 with YY meeting ", when listening to the conference for" 14: when the ' one-click enter ' control corresponding to the XX meeting is operated from 00 to 14:30, the ' 14: conference 00 to 14:30 with XX "is determined to be the target conference.
(2) An alternate location control is provided through a graphical user interface. And each alternative position control corresponds to a riding position. Illustratively, referring to the schematic view of another graphical user interface shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 illustrates that the alternative position controls include "primary drive", "secondary drive", "second row", and "third row".
(3) And responding to the selection operation aiming at least one target position control in the alternative position controls, and determining the riding position corresponding to the target position control as the riding position of the conference participants. Wherein, the selection operation may comprise a click operation and the like. For example, assuming that click operations for "main drive" and "second row" are monitored, the main driving seat and the second row rear seat are determined as the seating positions.
In one embodiment, the multimedia device includes a first multimedia device disposed at a front portion of a cabin of the subject vehicle, and a second multimedia device disposed at a middle rear portion of the cabin of the subject vehicle. Specifically, the first multimedia device may be a front roof camera, a center control screen and a front passenger screen, and the second multimedia device may be a ceiling screen camera, a ceiling screen or a rear seat screen, on the basis of which the embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner of the foregoing step S208, specifically, it may determine whether the riding position is the main passenger position or the front passenger position, and determine the first multimedia device as the target multimedia device if the determination result is yes, and determine the second multimedia device as the target multimedia device if the determination result is no.
