Abstract

The porcelain bushing of the wall bushing is integrally formed outside the copper bar, so that the wall bushing is convenient to process, stable and reliable in structure and good in insulation effect; the fixed part is formed on the porcelain bushing and is used for fixing the wall bushing on the partition plate, the fixed part and the porcelain bushing are integrally formed, shaking cannot occur, and the wall bushing is firm and reliable and can serve as a supporting column to play a supporting role.

The wall bushing has the beneficial effects that the porcelain bushing of the wall bushing is integrally formed outside the copper bar, so that the wall bushing is convenient to process, stable and reliable in structure and good in insulation effect; the ceramic sleeve is provided with the fixing part for fixing the wall bushing on the partition board, the fixing part and the ceramic sleeve are integrally formed, so that the ceramic sleeve is firm and reliable, and the wall bushing can serve as a supporting column to play a supporting role; one end of the copper bar of the wall bushing forms a wiring part, can be directly connected with the busbar of the switch cabinet and supports the busbar, and the copper bar is convenient to connect and high in stability, and the protection plates arranged on two sides increase inter-phase creepage distance and improve inter-phase insulation; the shape of the switch part of the copper bar can facilitate the opening and closing of the movable contact, and the sheath around the switch part increases the inter-phase creepage distance and improves inter-phase insulation.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a wall bushing according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a porcelain bushing 1 and a copper bar 2, where the porcelain bushing 1 is integrally cast and formed outside the copper bar 2, the porcelain bushing 1 includes a ring of fixing portions 11 with a middle portion protruding outwards and insulating portions 12 integrally formed at two sides of the fixing portions 11, the fixing portions 11 are square, fixing nuts 13 are embedded in the fixing portions 11, and the fixing nuts 13 are embedded in four corners of the square fixing portions 11. The copper bar 2 is T-shaped, one end of the copper bar 2 is a planar wiring part 21, the other end of the copper bar 2 is provided with a switch part 22, the wiring part 21 and the switch part 22 are respectively exposed at the outer ends of two insulating parts 12 of the porcelain bushing 1, one corner of the switch part 22 of the copper bar 2 is provided with an arc surface 23, two sides of the arc surface 23 extend inwards to form an inclined surface 24 with the outer narrow and the inner wide, the porcelain bushing 1 forms a sheath 15 around the switch part 22 of the copper bar 2, the top of the sheath 15 and the side surface on one side of the arc surface are open, the porcelain bushing 1 on the inner side of the wiring part 21 of the copper bar 2 is embedded with a wiring nut 14, the wiring part 21 corresponds to the wiring nut 14 to form a wiring hole 25 which is communicated with a threaded hole of the wiring nut 14, and the porcelain bushing 1 forms guard plates 16 on two sides of the wiring part 21 of the copper bar 2.
