Background
Lithium batteries refer to batteries that contain lithium (including metallic lithium, lithium alloys and lithium ions, lithium polymers) in an electrochemical system. Lithium batteries can be broadly classified into two types: lithium metal batteries and lithium ion batteries. In the manufacturing process of the lithium battery, electrolyte and a winding core need to be packaged together, and a glove box system needs to be used during packaging; the glove box system mainly comprises a box body, a gas purification air cylinder, a transition cabin, a vacuum pump, a control system and additional functions.
After the traditional glove box is stopped, gloves are generally placed on the inner side or the outer side of the box body, and if the gloves are placed on the inner side, the normal transmission of electrolyte and a winding core on other working positions on the inner side is influenced; if the device is placed on the outer side, the device occupies the outer space and influences the walking of surrounding personnel; and when the user takes off the gloves, some parts of the gloves can be driven to be folded or rolled up, and when the gloves are used next time or by other people, the gloves are not easy to enter, so that the normal operation is delayed, and the encapsulation of the electrolyte and the winding core is influenced.
