The laundry care machine provided herein, the driving structure 200 may be located at the top of the cabinet 100, and the mounting member 300 is the top wall of the cabinet 100. A mounting hole 310 is provided in the top wall of the cabinet 100, and the mounting hole 310 communicates with the inner container 120, whereby the driving turntable 231 and each driven turntable 232 mounted on the mounting hole 310 are partially positioned in the inner container 120.
In some embodiments, the driving structure 200 is located in the cabinet 100, and the driving structure 200 further includes a housing 240, where the housing 240 is connected to an inner wall of the cabinet 100, and the mounting member 300 is a bottom wall of the housing 240. Wherein, the driving member 210, the first link assembly 220 and a portion of the turntable assembly 230 may be located in the housing 240, and the driving member 210, the first link assembly 220 and the turntable assembly 230 are protected from the user contacting the driving member 210 and the first link assembly 220 by the housing 240. The figures herein illustrate the drive structure 200 within the cabinet 100.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along section A-A of FIG. 7; fig. 9 is a schematic view of the structure of the housing in fig. 7. Referring to fig. 5, 8 and 9, in order to facilitate installation of the driving turntable 231 and each driven turntable 232, the laundry care machine provided herein has a first check ring 320 on the mounting member 300, which is matched with the mounting hole 310, the first check ring 320 is disposed at a circumferential side of the mounting hole 310, and the first check ring 310 extends toward an upper side of the cabinet 100.
The edges of the driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231 are provided with extension portions 250, the extension portions 250 extend along the axial direction of the driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231, the extension portions 250 and the first connecting rods 410 are respectively positioned on the opposite surfaces of the driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231, and the inner side walls of the extension portions 250 are abutted with the outer side walls of the first check rings 320.
The inner diameter of the first retainer ring 320 may be equal to the inner diameter of the mounting hole 310, and the center of the circle coincides. The first retainer 320 may be a closed ring shape or may be formed into a ring shape by a plurality of baffles spaced apart. Accordingly, the extension 250 may be a closed ring shape or may be formed into a ring shape by a plurality of baffles spaced apart. So long as the inner sidewall of the extension 250 is guaranteed to abut against the outer sidewall of the first retainer ring 320.
Further, the clothes care machine provided by the application is characterized in that the mounting piece 300 is further provided with a second check ring 330, the second check ring 330 is surrounded on the outer side of the first check ring 320 and coincides with the circle center of the first check ring 320, the first check ring 320 and the second check ring 330 jointly enclose into a mounting groove 340, the extension part 250 is positioned in the mounting groove 340, and the outer side wall of the extension part 250 is abutted against the inner side wall of the second check ring 330. Thus, the driving turntable 231 and each driven turntable 232 are rotated around different mounting grooves 340, respectively, to improve the rotational stability of the driving turntable 231 and each driven turntable 232.
Optionally, in the laundry care machine provided by the present application, the driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231 are provided with first connecting portions 260, the first connecting portions 260 extend towards the lower side of the cabinet body 100, the first connecting portions 260 are located in the middle of the driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231, and the first connecting portions 260 are provided with grooves 261 matched with hooks of the clothes hangers. The hooks of the hangers are embedded into the grooves 261 to fasten the hangers on the first connecting portion 260, so that the hangers are prevented from rotating with the first connecting portion 260, and the hangers are ensured to synchronously rotate in a reciprocating manner, so that a twisting effect is formed.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the structure of the upper cover in fig. 5. Referring to fig. 5 to 10, the driving structure 200 further includes an upper cover 290, and the upper cover 290 and the housing 240 together define a receiving space in which the driving member 210, the first link assembly 220 and the partial turntable assembly 230 are located.
The upper cover 290 has a receiving groove 291 and a plurality of first mounting posts 292 thereon. Wherein the inner wall of the receiving groove 291 is matched with the outer wall of the driving member 210, and the driving member 210 is partially inserted into the receiving groove 291. The outer wall of the driving member 210 has a connection lug, the receiving groove 291 has a second mounting post 293 thereon, the second mounting post 293 has a threaded hole thereon, and the connection lug and the threaded hole on the second mounting post 293 are connected by a screw to fix the driving member 210. A first mounting post 292 is correspondingly connected to the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232, and the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232 is sleeved on the first mounting post 292 and rotates around the first mounting post 292.
Fig. 11a and 11b are views illustrating a use state of a laundry care machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. With continued reference to fig. 3 to 10, 11a and 11b, the laundry care machine provided herein includes a first link assembly 220 including a second link 221 and a third link 222, a first end of the second link 221 being connected to the driving member 210, and a second end of the second link 221 being hinged to a first end of the third link 222.
The driving turntable 231 has a second connection portion 2311 thereon, and the second end of the third link 222 is hinged to the second connection portion 2311. Thereby, a crank rocker mechanism is formed. When the driving member 210 rotates, the second link 221 connected to the driving shaft of the driving member 210 rotates along with the driving shaft of the driving member 210 to perform a circular motion, the second link 221 drives the third link 222 to reciprocate during the rotation, and the third link 222 drives the driving turntable 231 to reciprocate along a preset angle around the axis of the driving turntable 231 during the reciprocation. The driving turntable 231 transmits power to each driven turntable 232 through each first link 410 in the second link assembly 400, thereby achieving synchronous rotation of each driven turntable 232 and the driving turntable 231 to synchronously twist each laundry.
In a specific implementation, the driving member 210 may be an eccentric motor, and the first end of the second connecting rod 221 has a first connection post 2211, and the first connection post 2211 is sleeved on the driving shaft of the driving member 210.
The second link 221 and the third link 222 are arc-shaped, and the length of the second link 221 is smaller than that of the third link 222. Therefore, the driving member 210 and the first link assembly 220 are compact in structure, space is saved, and cost is reduced.
It should be noted that the preset angle is determined by the dimensions of the crank-rocker mechanism formed by the second link 221 and the third link 222, and the present embodiment is not limited herein.
One of the second connection portion 2311 and the second end of the third link 222 has a second connection post 270, and the other has a connection hole 280 matching the second connection post 270, and the connection post 270 is inserted into the connection hole 280, so that the driving turntable 231 is hinged to the second end of the third link 222 through the second connection portion 2311.
The outer side wall of the adjacent second retaining ring 330 is abutted, the second retaining ring 330 abutted with the extension part 250 of the driving turntable 231 is provided with an avoidance gap 331, and the second connecting part 2311 is positioned in the avoidance gap 331. The avoidance gap 331 is used for avoiding the third link 222 hinged to the second connection portion 2311, so that the third link 222 can swing smoothly and reciprocally.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view showing a structure of a rotating assembly, a mounting groove and a turntable assembly of a laundry machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 13 is a schematic view showing a structure of a rotating assembly, a mounting groove and a turntable assembly of a laundry machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the laundry care machine according to the present embodiment further includes a plurality of rotating assemblies 600, the rotating assemblies 600 being positioned in the mounting grooves 340, the rotating assemblies 600 being used to assist the rotation of the turntable assembly 230.
The rotating assembly 600 includes a rotating member 610, and the extending portion 250 abuts against the rotating member 610. Specifically, referring to fig. 12, the rotating member 610 may be a ball, and a plurality of balls are disposed in the mounting groove 340, the ball is located at the bottom and/or at least one side wall of the mounting groove 340, and the extending portion 250 of the driving turntable 231 or the extending portion 250 of the driven turntable 232 abuts against the ball, so that the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232 smoothly rotates in the mounting groove 340.
Referring to fig. 13, the rotating assembly 600 includes a rotating member 610 and a fixing member 620 rotatably coupled to the rotating member 610, the fixing member 620 is coupled to the mounting groove 340, and the rotating member 610 abuts the extension 250. The fixing member 620 is connected to the bottom and/or at least one side wall of the mounting groove 340, and the extension 250 of the driving turntable 231 or the extension 250 of the driven turntable 232 is abutted against the balls, so that the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232 smoothly rotates in the mounting groove 340.
Fig. 14 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of another laundry care machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 15 is an exploded view of fig. 14. Referring to fig. 14 and 15, the laundry care machine according to the present embodiment further includes a plurality of rotating assemblies 600, wherein the rotating assemblies 600 are disposed on the mounting frame 350 of the mounting member 300, and the rotating assemblies 600 are disposed corresponding to the turntable assemblies 230, so as to drive the turntable assemblies 230 to rotate smoothly. Specifically, the driving turntable 231 and the driven turntable 232 each correspond to one of the rotating assemblies 600. The mounting bracket 350 is provided with a through hole communicating with the mounting hole 310 such that the first connection portion 260 protrudes out of the mounting hole 310 through the through hole of the mounting bracket 350.
The rotating assembly 600 includes a first bracket 630, a second bracket 640, and a plurality of rolling bodies 650 disposed between the first bracket 630 and the second bracket 640, the first bracket 630 being connected to the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232, the second bracket 640 being connected to the mounting frame 350, the first bracket 630 and the second bracket 640 being in rolling contact with the rolling bodies 650 to allow relative rotation between the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232 and the second bracket 640.
The first bracket 630, the second bracket 640, and the rolling bodies 650 may constitute a rotation structure such as a bearing, so that the driving turntable 231 or the driven turntable 232 may rotate with respect to the second bracket 640. The rolling bodies 650 may be spheres or cylinders, and it is sufficient to ensure that the rolling bodies 650 roll between the first and second brackets 630 and 640.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (8)

1. The clothes care machine is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, a mounting piece and a driving structure connected with the cabinet body, wherein the driving structure comprises a driving piece, a first connecting rod assembly, a second connecting rod assembly and a turntable assembly; the turntable assembly comprises a driving turntable and at least one driven turntable connected with the driving turntable, and the driving turntable and each driven turntable can be used for connecting clothes hangers; the second connecting rod assembly comprises at least two first connecting rods;
the driving piece is connected with the driving turntable through the first connecting rod assembly, a space is reserved between a connecting point of the first connecting rod assembly and the driving turntable and a rotating shaft of the driving turntable, the driving piece is used for driving the driving turntable to rotate reciprocally along a preset angle through the first connecting rod assembly, and each driven turntable is linked with the driving turntable so as to enable the driven turntable to rotate reciprocally along the preset angle;
the driving turntable and each driven turntable are respectively arranged in different mounting holes, and when the number of the mounting holes is three or more, the driving turntable is positioned in the mounting hole in the middle of the mounting piece;
the mounting piece is provided with a first check ring and a second check ring which are matched with the mounting hole, the first check ring is arranged on the periphery side of the mounting hole, and the first check ring extends towards the upper side of the cabinet body;
the edges of the driven turntable and the driving turntable are respectively provided with an extension part, the extension parts extend along the axial directions of the driven turntable and the driving turntable, the extension parts and the first connecting rods are respectively positioned on the opposite surfaces of the driven turntable and the driving turntable, and the inner side walls of the extension parts are in butt joint with the outer side walls of the first check rings; the second retainer ring is arranged on the outer side of the first retainer ring in a surrounding mode and coincides with the circle center of the first retainer ring, the first retainer ring and the second retainer ring jointly form a mounting groove in a surrounding mode, the extension portion is located in the mounting groove, and the outer side wall of the extension portion is in butt joint with the inner side wall of the second retainer ring.
2. The laundry care machine according to claim 1, wherein each of the first links is hinged end to end in sequence, adjacent driven turntables are connected by one of the first links, and adjacent driven turntables and the driving turntables are connected by the other of the first links.
3. The laundry care machine according to claim 2, wherein the number of the second link assemblies is two, and the two second link assemblies are disposed opposite to each other and located on the same surface of the driven turntable and the same surface of the driving turntable.
4. The laundry care machine of claim 2, wherein the drive structure is located at a top of the cabinet, and the mounting is a top wall of the cabinet;
or, the driving structure is located in the cabinet body, the driving structure further comprises a shell, the shell is connected with the inner wall of the cabinet body, and the mounting piece is the bottom wall of the shell.

The laundry care machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the driven turntable and the driving turntable are provided with first connecting portions, the first connecting portions extend towards the lower side of the cabinet, the first connecting portions are located at the middle portions of the driven turntable and the driving turntable, and the first connecting portions are provided with grooves matched with hooks of the clothes hangers.
6. The laundry care machine of claim 1, wherein the first link assembly comprises a second link and a third link, a first end of the second link being connected to the driving member, a second end of the second link being hinged to a first end of the third link;
the driving turntable is provided with a second connecting part, and the second end of the third connecting rod is hinged with the second connecting part.
7. The laundry care machine according to claim 6, characterized in that the driving member is an eccentric motor, the first end of the second link has a first connection post, which is sleeved on a driving shaft of the driving member;
the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are arc-shaped, and the length of the second connecting rod is smaller than that of the third connecting rod.

The laundry care machine according to claim 6, wherein one of the second connection part and the second end of the third link has a second connection post thereon, and the other has a connection hole matched with the second connection post, the second connection post being inserted into the connection hole;
the outer side walls of the adjacent second check rings are abutted, the second check rings abutted with the extending parts of the driving turntable are provided with avoidance gaps, and the second connecting parts are located in the avoidance gaps.
