In the mode 1, if the label bar code (such as a two-dimensional code) is printed on the outer package of the first laundry treatment agent, a user scans the label bar code on the outer package of the first laundry treatment agent through a terminal device, obtains the product information of the first laundry treatment agent, and uploads the product information of the first laundry treatment agent to a server through a Wi-Fi network. The product information of the first laundry treatment agent is transmitted to the washing machine by the server through the Wi-Fi network.
In the mode 2, if the first laundry treatment agent outer package includes an NFC tag, a user senses the NFC tag on the first laundry treatment agent outer package through a terminal device to obtain product information of the first laundry treatment agent, and uploads the product information of the first laundry treatment agent to a server through a Wi-Fi network. The product information of the first laundry treatment agent is transmitted to the washing machine by the server through the Wi-Fi network.
In mode 3, if the first laundry treatment agent outer package includes an RFID tag, the user may also correspond the RFID tag on the first laundry treatment agent outer package to a scanning device (e.g., RFID device) of the washing machine, scan the RFID tag on the laundry treatment agent outer package through the scanning device of the washing machine, thereby obtaining product information of the laundry treatment agent,
In the mode 4, the user can also use the photographing and object identifying function of the terminal device to photograph the outer package of the first clothes treating agent through the terminal device, so as to identify the first clothes treating agent, further obtain the product information of the first clothes treating agent, and upload the product information of the first clothes treating agent to the server through the Wi-Fi network. The product information of the first laundry treatment agent is transmitted to the washing machine by the server through the Wi-Fi network.
When the controller receives the product information of the first laundry treatment agent through any one of the above several implementations, it may also receive an identification of the first dispensing cartridge in which the first laundry treatment agent is to be contained.
The first putting box is one of a plurality of putting boxes contained in a putting device of the washing machine, the identifier of the first putting box is used for uniquely indicating the first putting box, and the first putting box can be a name, a number and the like of the first putting box, and is not limited.
Alternatively, the first dispensing box may be selected by the controller according to the product information of the first laundry treating agent, i.e. the controller selects the dispensing box containing the first laundry treating agent from the plurality of dispensing boxes by itself. After the controller selects the first dispensing box containing the first laundry treatment agent, the controller can control the display to display the position of the first dispensing box in the plurality of dispensing boxes so as to prompt the user to correctly dispense the first laundry treatment agent into the first dispensing box
Alternatively, the first drop box may be user selected. For example, icons of a plurality of drop boxes are displayed on a display of the washing machine, and a user can view the empty state of each drop box and product information of laundry treating agents historically held by each drop box by clicking on the icon of each drop box.
Assuming that a first laundry treatment agent to be added by a user is a detergent, the user checks that the laundry treatment agent historically contained in a first one of a plurality of putting boxes of the washing machine is the detergent through a display, and the first putting box is currently in an empty state, so that the user can click an icon of the first putting box again on the display, select the first putting box and take the first putting box as the first putting box.
S102, under the condition that the fact that the first laundry treatment agent is correctly put into the first putting box is detected, the controller stores product information of the first laundry treatment agent in a corresponding mode with the identification of the first putting box.
As a possible implementation, the controller determines that the first laundry treating agent is detected to be correctly put into the first put-in box in case the first preset condition is satisfied.
The first preset condition comprises that the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first throwing box at the second moment is larger than the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first throwing box at the first moment, and the first moment is located before the second moment.
It will be appreciated that if the user correctly adds the first laundry treating agent to the first dispensing box, the weight value of the first laundry treating agent in the first dispensing box will change. When the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first putting box at the second moment is larger than the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first putting box at the first moment, the weight increase of the first laundry treating agent in the first putting box is indicated, and therefore the controller determines that the first laundry treating agent is detected to be correctly put into the first putting box.
It should be noted that, the time interval between the first time and the second time needs to be less than or equal to the preset time interval. The preset time interval is configured so that the controller can timely sense the operation of adding the first clothes treating agent into the first throwing box by a user, so that the controller can timely judge whether the user correctly adds the first clothes treating agent into the first throwing box.
After the controller determines that the first laundry treatment agent is correctly placed into the first dispensing box, the controller can store the product information of the first laundry treatment agent and the identification of the first dispensing box, so that the laundry treatment agent can be correctly used by the washing machine according to the corresponding relation in the washing process.
It will be appreciated that the washing sequence of a typical washing machine is washing, sanitizing, softening and drying. Assuming that the first laundry treating agent is a detergent, after the washing machine starts a washing program, the controller may control the first delivery box to deliver the first laundry treating agent into the drum of the washing machine according to a correspondence between product information of the first laundry treating agent and an identification of the first delivery box, so that the washing machine performs washing work on laundry.
Assuming that the first laundry treatment agent is a softener, after the washing machine finishes a disinfection program, the controller can control the first feeding box to feed the first laundry treatment agent into the rotary drum of the washing machine according to the corresponding relation between the product information of the first laundry treatment agent and the identification of the first feeding box, so that the washing machine can carry out softening work on laundry.
The correspondence between the product information of the first laundry treatment agent and the identifier of the first dispensing box may be as shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1
Product information of laundry treatment agent Identification of dispensing box
Product information of first laundry treatment agent First delivery box
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least has the following beneficial effects: the controller of the washing machine may learn that the user is ready to put the first laundry treating agent into the first putting box after receiving the product information of the first laundry treating agent and the identification of the first putting box. Based on the above, the controller of the washing machine stores the product information of the first laundry treating agent corresponding to the identification of the first dispensing box when detecting that the first laundry treating agent is correctly placed in the first dispensing box. Therefore, in the subsequent washing process, the controller of the washing machine can control the corresponding throwing box to throw the clothes treating agent according to the corresponding relation between the product information of the pre-stored clothes treating agent and the mark of the throwing box, so that the washing machine can use the correct clothes treating agent, the clothes can be guaranteed to have good washing effect, and the user experience is improved.
The above embodiments describe the operation of the controller in the event that the correct placement of the first laundry treating agent into the first drop box is detected. The operation of the controller in the case where the first laundry treating agent is detected to be incorrectly put into the first dispensing box is described below with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 5 and 7. It should be appreciated that the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and the embodiment shown in fig. 7 may be used in combination.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 5, after step S101, the control method may further include the following steps:
s201, when the fact that the first clothes treating agent is not correctly put into the first putting box is detected, the controller sends out first prompt information.
The first prompt message is used for prompting a user that the first clothes treating agent is not correctly put into the first putting box.
As a possible implementation, the controller determines that the first laundry treating agent is not correctly put into the first put-in box, in case the second preset condition is satisfied.
The second preset condition includes that a weight value detected by a weight sensor corresponding to the first throwing box at a second moment is equal to a weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first throwing box at a first moment, the second moment is located before the first moment, and a time interval between the first moment and the second moment is smaller than a preset time interval.
It will be appreciated that if the user does not correctly add the first laundry treating agent to the first dispensing box, the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first dispensing box will not change. When the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first putting box at the second moment is equal to the weight value detected by the weight sensor corresponding to the first putting box at the first moment, the weight of the first laundry treating agent in the first putting box is not changed, so that the controller determines that the first laundry treating agent is not correctly put into the first putting box.
After the controller determines that the first laundry treating agent is not correctly put into the first putting box, the controller can send out first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that the first laundry treating agent is not correctly put into the first putting box.
For example, assuming that the first laundry treatment agent put in by the user is a laundry detergent, the controller may send the first prompt message in one or more of the following implementations:
mode 1, the controller displays a first prompt message through the display.
For example, the content of the first prompt message displayed by the display may be "the laundry liquid is put in error, please select the correct box for putting in". Before the confirmation operation of the user is not received, the controller can control the display to keep displaying the first prompt information so as to prompt the user to replace the liquid detergent throwing box.
Mode 2, the controller plays the first prompt message through the voice prompt device.
The content played by the voice prompt device can be "the laundry detergent is put in error, please select the correct putting box for putting in", wherein the voice of the voice prompt device playing prompt information can be preset by a washing machine manufacturer or various voice packages downloaded by a user for the washing machine through the internet.
Optionally, the controller may control the voice prompt device to stop playing the prompt information after receiving the confirmation operation of the user.
And 3, the controller sends first prompt information to the terminal equipment of the user through the communication interface.
The controller can also send the first prompt information to the terminal equipment (such as a mobile phone) of the user through the communication interface so as to prompt the user to timely input the product information of the clothes treating agent.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal device 300 may receive a prompt message from the washing machine 100 via Wi-Fi network or bluetooth that "the laundry liquid is put in error, ask you to select the correct box for putting-! ".
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least has the following beneficial effects: the controller of the washing machine may learn that the user is ready to put the first laundry treating agent into the first putting box after receiving the product information of the first laundry treating agent and the identification of the first putting box. Based on the above, the controller of the washing machine sends out a prompt message when detecting that the first laundry treatment agent is not correctly put into the first putting box, so as to prompt a user that the first laundry treatment agent is not correctly put into the first putting box, and the problem of poor laundry washing effect caused by incorrect use of the laundry treatment agent by the user due to incorrect putting is avoided as much as possible.
In another possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 7, after step S101, the control method may further include the following steps:
S301, under the condition that the fact that the first laundry treatment agent is not correctly put into the first throwing box is detected, the controller determines the identification of the second throwing box which is currently used for containing the first laundry treatment agent, and stores product information of the first laundry treatment agent in correspondence with the identification of the second throwing box.
It will be appreciated that if the user does not correctly insert the first laundry treatment agent into the first insert box, the first laundry treatment agent will be inserted into an insert box other than the first insert box, and the insert box currently holding the first laundry treatment agent may be used as the second insert box.
Specifically, the controller may detect a weight value of the laundry treating agent contained in each of the delivery boxes at each time according to a weight sensor corresponding to each of the delivery boxes. If the weight value of the laundry treating agent in one of the delivery boxes other than the first delivery box is changed during the process that the user puts the first laundry treating agent into the delivery device, that is, the user puts the first laundry treating agent into the delivery box, the delivery box can be used as the second delivery box.
After determining the second dispensing box currently containing the first laundry treatment agent, the controller may store the identification of the second dispensing box in correspondence with the product information of the first laundry treatment agent. Namely, the corresponding relation between the product information of the first clothes treating agent and the identification of the first throwing box is changed into the corresponding relation between the product information of the first clothes treating agent and the identification of the second throwing box.
For example, assume that a first dispensing cartridge is used to contain a first laundry treatment agent and a second dispensing cartridge is used to contain a second laundry treatment agent. Wherein the first laundry treatment agent and the second laundry treatment agent may be the same, e.g. both the first laundry treatment agent and the second laundry treatment agent are detergents. The first laundry treatment agent may also be different from the second laundry treatment agent, for example the first laundry treatment agent is a detergent and the second laundry treatment agent is a softener.
Changing the correspondence of the product information of the first laundry treatment agent to the identification of the first dispensing box to the correspondence of the product information of the first laundry treatment agent to the identification of the second dispensing box may be as shown in table 2 below and table 3 below. Wherein, the following table 2 is a correspondence relationship between product information of the laundry treatment agent before modification and an identification of the dispensing box.
TABLE 2
Product information of laundry treatment agent Identification of dispensing box
Product information of first laundry treatment agent First delivery box
Product information of second laundry treatment agent Second throwing box
Table 3 below shows the correspondence between the product information of the modified laundry treatment agent and the identification of the dispensing box.
TABLE 3 Table 3
Product information of laundry treatment agent Identification of dispensing box
Product information of first laundry treatment agent Second throwing box
Product information of second laundry treatment agent First delivery box
Therefore, after the controller determines that the first laundry treatment agent is not correctly put into the first putting box, the controller stores the product information of the first laundry treatment agent and the identification of the second putting box, so that the washing machine can correctly use the laundry treatment agent in the washing process according to the changed corresponding relation. On the other hand, the user does not need to send out first prompt information, so that the resource waste caused by the fact that the user replaces the first clothes treating agent in the second putting box is avoided, and the user can use any putting box to contain various clothes treating agents, so that the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, after the controller stores the product information of the first laundry treatment agent in correspondence with the identifier of the second dispensing box, the controller may further send a second prompting message, where the second prompting message is used to prompt the user of the correspondence between the identifier of the dispensing box and the product information of the laundry treatment agent after modification.
For example, assuming that the first laundry treatment agent delivered by the user to the second delivery cartridge is a laundry detergent, the controller may send the second prompt message in one or more of the following implementations:
mode 1, the controller displays the second prompt message through the display.
For example, the content of the second prompt message displayed by the display may be "the storage location of the laundry detergent has been changed from the first dispensing box to the second dispensing box, please know. Before the confirmation operation of the user is not received, the controller can control the display to keep displaying the second prompt information so as to prompt the user to correctly add the laundry detergent to the second dispensing box when the laundry detergent is added again.
Mode 2, the controller plays the second prompt message through the voice prompt device.
For example, the content played by the voice prompt device may be "the storage position of the laundry detergent has been changed from the first delivery box to the second delivery box, please know.
And 3, the controller plays the second prompt information through the voice prompt device.
The controller can also send a second prompt message to the terminal equipment (such as a mobile phone) of the user through the communication interface so as to prompt the user that the corresponding relation between the identification of the putting box and the product information of the clothes treating agent is changed.
The corresponding relation between the identification of the throwing box and the product information of the laundry treatment agent is prompted to be changed by sending the second prompt information, so that the laundry treatment agent can be added correctly according to the changed corresponding relation when the user adds the laundry liquid again, the user can use any throwing box to contain various types of laundry treatment agents, meanwhile, the washing machine can know the product information of the laundry treatment agent contained by the throwing box correctly, and the washing machine can use the laundry treatment agent correctly.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least has the following beneficial effects: when the user correctly places the first laundry treatment agent into the first putting box, a corresponding relation between the product information of the first laundry treatment agent and the mark of the first putting box is established, so that the laundry treatment agent can be correctly used according to the corresponding relation in the subsequent washing process of the washing machine, and good washing effect of laundry is ensured. When the fact that the user incorrectly puts the first clothes treating agent into the first putting box is confirmed, prompt information can be sent out to prompt the user that the first clothes treating agent is put in error, and the problem that clothes washing effect is poor due to the fact that the clothes treating agent is incorrectly put into the clothes washing machine by the user is avoided as far as possible.
