5. A breathable, impervious diaper according to claim 1, wherein said absorbent core layer (6) is made of a microfibre material and said skin-friendly layer (8) is made of a nonwoven material.

The breathable and impermeable diaper according to claim 1, characterized in that the tightness adjusting device comprises an elastic rope (33), a double-hole spring adjusting buckle (34) and a cloth sleeve (35), the cloth sleeve (35) is fixed at the upper ends of the two sides of the main body part (1), the two ends of the elastic rope (33) respectively penetrate through the cloth sleeve (35) at the two sides, the two ends of the elastic rope (33) are fixedly connected with the second end part (3), and the double-hole spring adjusting buckle (34) is installed in the middle of the elastic rope (33).
