Description

Dental gargle water supply system with sterilization and disinfection functions
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dental diagnosis and treatment device, in particular to a dental gargle water supply system which can disinfect pipelines and provide sterile clear water and has the functions of sterilization and disinfection.
Background
Dental chairs in dental clinics are often provided with a mouth wash and water supply system and a mouth wash basin. When a tooth glass is placed on a platform, the platform can control whether the tooth water supply system continues to supply water or not by sensing pressure. When the water in the tooth glass is insufficient, the water supply system for gargling can supply water, so that the patient in the future can gargle by using the water contained in the tooth glass; in addition, the mobile phone for turning teeth and washing teeth also needs clean water for washing.
However, after a certain period of use, the pipes of the gargle water supply system or the mobile phone are inevitably subject to bacteria. Most of the existing gargle water supply systems are only provided with a filtering group to filter impurities in tap water, and cannot disinfect and sterilize pipelines. Therefore, once the pipeline needs to be sterilized, the manufacturer is required to inject the sterilized water into the pipeline for sterilization.
However, as a result, the dental clinic is not free to choose the time for sterilization; moreover, the diagnosis and treatment of patients can not be carried out during the pipeline disinfection period, and the pipeline disinfection time and the diagnosis and treatment time are mutually restricted; furthermore, the labor cost of the manufacturer to send staff to help the sterilization is also one of the problems to be considered.
From the above, the existing mouthwash watering system has room for improvement in the way of disinfection.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems that the existing dental mouth wash water supply system needs to be disinfected before professional personnel are dispatched by a specific manufacturer, the derived time for seeing the mouth cannot be flexibly arranged, and the labor cost for disinfecting before the personnel dispatched by the specific manufacturer is consumed. The mouth wash water supply system is provided with the disinfection pipeline assembly, so that a user can disinfect the pipeline by himself, and the purposes of disinfecting the pipeline, flexibly arranging time and saving labor cost are achieved.
The dental gargle water supply system with sterilization and disinfection functions provided by the invention for solving the technical problems comprises:
the air control pipeline assembly comprises a pressure regulating valve and an air electromagnetic valve which are communicated, and the air electromagnetic valve is communicated with the water filtering control valve;
the pneumatic control pipeline assembly comprises a pressure regulating valve and an air solenoid valve which are communicated; and
a disinfection pipeline component which comprises a pressurizer, a disinfection water bottle and an air control valve, wherein the disinfection water bottle is filled with disinfection water and communicated with the pressurizer, and the air control valve is communicated with the pressurizer and the air electromagnetic valve;
the air electromagnetic valve can control the water filtering control valve to supply clear water to a dental treatment chair by gas, and the air electromagnetic valve can also control the air control valve to output sterilized water to disinfect the water supply pipeline assembly.
The technical means of the invention can obtain the following effect enhancement: the disinfection pipeline assembly can perform disinfection operation at any time point, so that the disinfection time of the pipeline does not need to be transferred to the examination time of a dental clinic, and the examination time can be flexibly arranged by the dental clinic; in addition, the gargle water supply system of the dental treatment chair does not need to send professionals to disinfect by a specific manufacturer, so that the labor cost consumed by disinfection operation is saved.
