In order to better understand the technical solutions of the present invention, the following description will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the application provides a vehicle parking fee-paying processing method and a vehicle machine system, which are used for improving the experience of a user in enjoying parking service.
In this embodiment, the vehicle parking fee payment processing method may be implemented in a system or may be implemented in a server, which is not specifically limited. For convenience of description, the embodiments of the present application will be described using a vehicle system for executing a subject example, and the system may establish a communication connection with a user and a yard background.
Referring to fig. 1, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle parking payment processing method, which is applied to a vehicle machine system, including:
101. the vehicle-mounted system acquires license plate information of a target vehicle and binds the license plate information with the vehicle-mounted system;
in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle system loaded on the target vehicle has a payment function, and because corresponding account information is needed in payment, the vehicle system can bind the license plate of the target vehicle with the vehicle system so that the vehicle system and the license plate establish a unique corresponding relationship, and the license plate is the account number needed to correspond in payment.
Specifically, the license plate can be bound by the car machine system through manual input of the license plate number to be bound by a user.
102. The vehicle-mounted system judges whether an entry notification pushed by a vehicle yard background is received within preset time, if yes, step 103 is executed;
in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted system needs to determine that the target vehicle enters the target parking lot for parking, so that the subsequent target vehicle can generate parking cost, and the parking cost can be paid for the target vehicle when the target vehicle leaves the parking lot.
When a target vehicle enters a target parking lot, a parking lot background of the target parking lot pushes an entrance notification to the vehicle system, so that the vehicle system only needs to receive the entrance notification pushed by the parking lot background within a preset time, the target vehicle can be determined to enter the parking lot, if the target vehicle does not enter the parking lot, the target vehicle is determined to not enter the parking lot, and the process is ended. The entry notification referred to herein is not limited to a presentation form, and may include an indication of the entry, for example, a direct entry message may be sent, or entry information may be pushed on a third party authorization platform such as a public number corresponding to the target parking lot.
103. The vehicle-mounted system determines that a target vehicle is in a target parking lot for parking;
in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted system needs to determine that the target vehicle is in a parking state and needs to determine the parking lot where the target vehicle is parked, and the vehicle-mounted system can connect the management background of the corresponding parking lot to acquire parking cost information when the subsequent target vehicle needs to leave the parking lot.
For example, the vehicle system of the target vehicle receives an entry notification pushed by the yard background of the first yard within a preset time, and then the vehicle system can determine that the target vehicle has driven into the first yard to stop.
104. When a starting instruction sent by a target user is received, the vehicle-to-vehicle system determines the vehicle state of the target vehicle, wherein the vehicle state is a driving-in parking lot state, a stopping state or a driving-out parking lot state;
in this embodiment of the present application, the start instruction is a start instruction of the vehicle system, and after the vehicle system determines that the target vehicle is in the target parking lot, the vehicle key is pulled out when the target user gets off the vehicle, so when the target user gets on the vehicle again and inserts the vehicle key, the vehicle system receives the start instruction again to start when the driver is ready to drive.
When a starting instruction sent by a target user is received, the vehicle machine system determines the vehicle state of the current target vehicle, and then corresponding operation can be further executed according to the vehicle state. The vehicle state obtaining method includes various modes, for example, a vehicle machine system can establish wireless connection with a vehicle reversing image in a vehicle so as to obtain a target vehicle motion video shot by the vehicle reversing image, the target vehicle is determined to be in a stay state when the video is unchanged, the target vehicle is determined to be in a driving-away vehicle field state when the scene in the video reverses, and the target vehicle is determined to be in a driving-in vehicle field state when the scene in the video advances; the three modules of 'entering', 'exiting', 'stopping' can be provided on the display screen of the vehicle-mounted system for the target user to select, and then the vehicle state of the target vehicle can be directly determined according to the module selected by the user. The manner in which the vehicle condition is specifically obtained is not limited herein.
105. If the vehicle state is a driving-off parking lot state, the vehicle machine system acquires payment information of the target vehicle through a parking lot background and generates a corresponding payment order;
in this embodiment of the present application, when the target vehicle is in a state of driving away from the parking lot, it may be determined that the target vehicle stops in the target parking lot, and the driving away parking lot state may be that the target vehicle stops in the target parking lot for a period of time and then drives away, or may be that a parking space capable of being stopped cannot be found in the target parking lot, that is, when the target vehicle is in a state of driving away from the parking lot, the vehicle system may determine that the target vehicle has a possibility of generating parking fee, and at this time, the vehicle system may establish communication connection with a corresponding parking lot background, acquire payment information of the target vehicle through the parking lot background, and automatically generate a corresponding payment order according to the payment information, so as to allow a subsequent target user to browse and pay fees.
106. And pushing the payment order to the target user by the vehicle machine system.
In the embodiment of the application, at least three payment modes are supported by the vehicle-mounted system: the payment device can support credit card payment and the like, the vehicle machine system can be bound with the payment device, the WeChat, the bank card and other related account numbers of the target user in advance, and when the payment order is pushed to the target user, the payment operation is directly completed according to the payment channel selected by the target user, or the two-dimensional code generated by the payment order can be displayed on a display screen of the vehicle machine system for the target user to use the mobile terminal to carry out scanning payment and the like, and the specific payment cost mode is not limited herein. Meanwhile, the target user can also select to close payment on the display screen of the vehicle machine system.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle machine system can automatically execute corresponding operation according to the vehicle state by judging the vehicle state of the target vehicle. For example, when the vehicle state of the target vehicle is judged to be a driving-off-yard state by the vehicle machine system, payment information related to the target vehicle is acquired from a yard background, a corresponding payment order is generated and pushed to a target user for browsing and paying, the target user does not need to slow down to park and take out the mobile device to actively initiate parking fee payment when reaching the vicinity of an exit, or cash is used for paying the parking fee, smooth driving-off feeling of the target user is increased, and accordingly experience of the user enjoying parking service is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in a first aspect, another vehicle parking payment processing method is provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a vehicle machine system, including:
201. the vehicle-mounted system acquires license plate information of a target vehicle and binds the license plate information with the vehicle-mounted system;
202. the vehicle-mounted system judges whether an entry notification pushed by a vehicle yard background is received within preset time, if yes, step 203 is executed, and if not, the flow is ended;
203. the vehicle-mounted system determines that a target vehicle is in a target parking lot for parking;
steps 201 to 203 in this embodiment are similar to steps 101 to 103 in the previous embodiment, and are not repeated here.
204. When a starting instruction sent by a target user is received, the vehicle machine system acquires an environment video in front of a window of a target vehicle, and acquires at least two video frames in a preset time period according to the environment video;
205. the vehicle-mounted system judges whether the target vehicle is running in a preset time period according to the video frame, if so, the step 206 is executed, and if not, the step 209 is executed;
206. the vehicle system judges whether an instruction for sending the departure request to the background of the parking lot is received within a second preset time period, if so, the step 207 is executed, and if not, the step 208 is executed;
207. the vehicle state of the target vehicle is determined to be a driving-off-yard state by the vehicle-to-machine system;
208. the vehicle state of the target vehicle is determined to be a driving-in parking lot state by the vehicle machine system;
209. the vehicle state of the target vehicle is determined to be a stay state by the vehicle machine system;
in the embodiment of the application, the vehicle system needs to determine the vehicle state of the target vehicle first, so that corresponding operation can be performed according to the vehicle state, for example, when the vehicle state is a driving-in state or a parking state, the vehicle system does not need to operate; when the vehicle state is a driving-away state, the vehicle machine system needs to acquire parking payment information of the target vehicle.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle-mounted system judges whether the target vehicle is running in a preset time period according to the video frame, and the following two specific modes can be adopted.
Mode one: and comparing the contact ratios of the objects in at least two video frames, and judging whether the target vehicle runs in a preset time period according to the value of the contact ratio comparison.
The vehicle-mounted system presets a coincidence degree value, the target vehicle can be determined to be in a stop state when the coincidence degree value exceeds the coincidence degree value, and the target vehicle can be determined to be running when the coincidence degree value does not exceed the coincidence degree value. Specifically, a contact ratio value is preset to be 0.7, two video frames intercepted at least at two time nodes are overlapped, the contact ratio between the two video frames is compared, when the contact ratio exceeds 0.7 or just reaches 0.7, the target vehicle is determined not to be running, and otherwise, the target vehicle is in a running state.
Mode two: the number of objects contained in the video frames is detected through an image detection algorithm, the number of objects of the video frames is compared, and whether the target vehicle is running in a preset time period is judged through a comparison result of the number of objects of at least two video frames.
The image detection algorithm proposed herein may include, but is not limited to, an object detection algorithm (R-CNN, region-CNN) based on an algorithm architecture such as convolutional neural network (CNN, convolutional Neural Network), linear regression, and support vector machine, as long as the function of identifying objects and the number of objects in an image is provided.
Specifically, when the comparison results of the object numbers of at least two video frames are detected to be consistent, the vehicle-to-machine system determines that the target vehicle is not running, otherwise, the vehicle-to-machine system determines that the target vehicle is running.
When the vehicle machine system determines that the target is not running, determining that the vehicle state of the target vehicle is a stay state; when the vehicle system determines that the target vehicle is driving, it further determines whether the target vehicle is currently in the driving-in state or the driving-out state, for example, the vehicle system may determine whether an instruction for sending the departure request to the yard background is received within a second preset period of time, if so, determine that the target vehicle is in the driving-out state, otherwise, the target vehicle is in the driving-in state, and may be any of the methods described in step 104 of the foregoing embodiments, except for the determination method.
210. If the vehicle state is a driving-off parking lot state, the vehicle machine system acquires payment information of the target vehicle through a parking lot background and generates a corresponding payment order;
211. the vehicle-mounted system pushes the payment order to a target user;
steps 210 to 211 in this embodiment are similar to steps 105 to 106 in the previous embodiment, and are not repeated here.
212. And when the vehicle machine system receives the information that the target user finishes paying in the third preset time, feeding back a payment completion notice to the background of the parking lot, wherein the payment completion notice contains license plate information of the target vehicle, so that the background of the parking lot controls the barrier gate equipment of the target parking lot to be opened.
In the embodiment of the application, in order that the target vehicle can smoothly leave the yard, the target vehicle cannot be clamped by the barrier gate equipment at the outlet of the yard, after the vehicle machine system pushes the payment order to the target user, if the payment information of the target user is received in the third preset time, the user can be confirmed to finish payment, and immediately a notification of the completion of payment is fed back to the yard background of the target yard, so that the yard background determines the license plate of the target vehicle through the notification of the completion of payment, and the target vehicle corresponding to the license plate is released.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to improve the accuracy of determining the vehicle state of the target vehicle, the objects of the video frames intercepted in the preset time period can be identified and counted through the technical means of the image detection algorithm, and if the results of the number of the objects of at least two video frames are inconsistent, the target vehicle can be determined not to run in the preset time period.
