Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only some of the embodiments constituting the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic plan structure diagram of an air conditioner indoor unit with an active noise reduction function according to the present invention, the air conditioner indoor unit includes: interior casing 1, air-conditioning outlet 2, speaker 3, sound collector 4, main control module 5, wherein:
the speakers 3 may be disposed on two sides of the air outlet 2, the sound collector 4 may be disposed on the front face of the panel of the inner casing 1, and the main control module 5, the sound collector 4, and the speakers 3 are all connected through a data transmission line, wherein the sound collector 4 may be a microphone, for example.
The active noise reduction process of the air conditioner is as follows: after the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner is started according to the triggering condition, the sound collector 4 transmits the collected audio signals to the main control module 5 for self-adaptive analysis processing, the main control module 5 outputs control signals Wn to the loudspeaker 3 according to the self-adaptive analysis processing result, and the loudspeaker 3 sends reverse audio waveforms according to the control signals Wn to offset noise or reduce the noise value.
The air conditioner also comprises an air conditioner external unit, and in order to achieve a better noise reduction effect, the sound collector 4 and the loudspeaker 3 can be added to the air conditioner external unit at the same time, so that more accurate collection analysis and noise reduction processing can be realized.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 2, the invention provides an active noise reduction control method for an air conditioner, which includes the following steps:
s1: starting an active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner;
s2: the main control module 5 receives the audio signal in real time or at regular time, and performs noise spectrum analysis on the audio signal received within a first preset time period T1;
s3: main control module 5 noise value A based on peak frequency fn on time domainPeak(s)Performing algorithm comparison and initial intensity analysis;
s4: the main control module 5 outputs a control signal Wn to the loudspeaker 3 according to the initial intensity analysis result;
s5: the loudspeaker 3 sends out a reverse audio waveform in the next first preset time period T1 according to the control signal Wn;
s6: the main control module 5 loops through steps S2-S4 until an exit signal of the active noise reduction mode is triggered or received.
Specifically, the first preset time period T1 may be set to be one minute, for example, after the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner is turned on, the main control module 5 performs noise spectrum analysis on the audio signal received in the one minute every other one minute, and in the corresponding noise spectrum analysis diagram, it corresponds to each time of the noise spectrum analysis diagram, regardless of real-time reception (also understood as continuous sampling) or timed reception (also understood as instantaneous sampling) of the audio signalA noise peak a occurs in each frequency interval (e.g. 200 frequency intervals can be set according to a gradient of every 50 frequencies)Peak(s)(i.e., corresponding to "noise value A based on peak frequency fn in time domain" in step S2Peak(s)"), the main control module 5 will focus on these noise peaks aPeak(s)Algorithm comparison is performed, so that after the initial intensity analysis is performed on the audio signal received in the minute, the output control signal Wn is more targeted, and further, the control signal Wn is used to guide the speaker 3 to eliminate or reduce the directionality of the air conditioning noise in the next minute. The backward audio waveform emitted by the loudspeaker 3 in the next minute can be characterized by: for noise value A based on peak frequency fn in time domain in next minutePeak(s)The directionality and pertinence of (1) are eliminated.
Therefore, by the air conditioner active noise reduction control method, the noise frequency causing discomfort of consumers can be eliminated or reduced in a targeted manner, so that the noise reduction and silencing effect and the air conditioner active noise reduction experience are improved.
It should be noted that, since the present invention sets the cycle period based on the first preset time period T1, the backward audio waveform emitted by the speaker 3 in each cycle period should be theoretically different from the backward audio waveform emitted in the previous cycle period, and should be in a waveform converging state as a whole until receiving the exit signal of the active noise reduction mode.
Preferably, step S1 includes the following specific operation steps:
s11: starting an air conditioner internal unit motor and reaching a set target gear for a second preset time T2;
s12: starting the sound collector 4 to collect the noise frequency spectrum, and collecting the noise value A 'based on the peak frequency fn on the time domain in the first preset time length T1'The peak(s) of the peak(s),a reference frequency spectrum value Bn as a target gear;
s13: judging whether the noise intensity A is continuously greater than An within a third preset time period or not based on continuous collection of the noise frequency spectrum, wherein An is a preset limit value of the noise intensity in the target gear;
s14: if so, starting an active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner;
wherein T3> T2.
Specifically, taking the motor of the indoor unit of the air conditioner as an example, after the motor of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is started and reaches the second preset duration T2 of the set target gear, the rotation speed, the noise and the like of the motor tend to be stable, and at this time, the value Bn is favorably collected and is used as a reference for comparison of the algorithm in the step S2. If the noise intensity A of the motor is continuously greater than An within a third preset time period along with the continuous operation of the motor, the noise of the motor is relatively high, and then the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner needs to be triggered to be started; otherwise, the starting is not needed. Therefore, the active noise reduction technology can be utilized to analyze the noise of the air conditioner and adjust the output signal in real time, so as to achieve the purpose of actively reducing the noise of the air conditioner. The value of the noise intensity A can adopt various existing modes, and the invention is not particularly limited herein; and T3 may be set to 10 minutes, T2 may be set to 3 minutes, and T3> T2 may ensure the effectiveness and optimality of the Bn value collection.
Preferably, step S3 includes the following specific operation steps:
s31: noise value A based on peak frequency fn on time domainPeak(s)Calculating a noise difference Δ C, wherein Δ C ═ APeak(s)-Bn;
S32: judging a difference interval of the delta C under the corresponding target gear;
s33: and generating an initial audio intensity analysis signal corresponding to each frequency interval under the noise spectrum analysis according to the difference interval.
Specifically, the dividing of the difference section in step S32 may include, for example: the real-time state corresponding to the noise of the air conditioner can be correspondingly divided into four levels of low, medium, high and high in the four difference value sections of low, medium, high and high, and then the difference value sections are finely divided, so that the active noise reduction effect can be conveniently verified in the follow-up process, and the generation of the initial audio intensity analysis signal corresponding to each frequency section is more pertinent and easy to operate.
The invention also divides the real-time state of the air conditioner noise intoFour levels of low, medium, high and high are taken as examples for explanation, and the noise value A based on the peak frequency fn on the time domain is attached to the first target gearPeak(s)Which corresponds to an iterative representation of the peak frequency fn.
Figure BDA0003462307610000081
Figure BDA0003462307610000091
In the above table, it should be noted that Δ C ═ aPeak(s)-Bn, where Bn is in turn equal to A'Peak(s)I.e. both peak values are compared with the difference between peak values, and if ac is still less than ac1In this case, the intensity of the noise a corresponding to the current time is relatively small, and the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner will not be turned on or an exit signal of the active noise reduction mode is already triggered.
In other target gears, values (units are decibels) according to which the difference interval is divided are different, but the same can be analogized, and the invention is not described in detail here.
More specifically, for each frequency interval under the noise spectrum analysis, during the initial intensity analysis, an initial audio intensity analysis signal is generated according to the corresponding difference interval, and then in step S4, the main control module 5 synthesizes all the generated initial audio intensity analysis signals to generate and output the control signal Wn based on the audio intensities of all the frequency intervals.
Preferably, step S6 includes the following specific operation steps:
s61: the main control module 5 executes the steps S2-S4 in a loop;
s62: judging whether the noise intensity A is less than or equal to An;
s63: if yes, triggering an exit signal of the active noise reduction mode, and resetting the cycle execution times N of the main control module 5; if not, go to step S64;
s64: returning to step S61, the N value is progressively increased by 1.
Specifically, the reverse audio waveform emitted by the speaker 3 in each cycle period should be different from the reverse audio waveform emitted in the previous cycle period in theory, and should be in a waveform convergence state as a whole, so that under the continuous and targeted cyclic noise reduction effect of the speaker 3, when a is not more than An, it is indicated that the air conditioner noise has been reduced to a lower level, and at this time, An exit signal of the active noise reduction mode may be triggered to exit the active noise reduction mode to be closed.
Preferably, step S64 includes the following specific operation steps:
s641: judging whether the cycle execution times N is greater than or equal to a first threshold value;
s642: if yes, go to step S643; if not, returning to the step S61, and progressively adding 1 to the N value;
s643: and identifying the noise type according to the peak frequency range, and adjusting and controlling the fan and/or the compressor.
Specifically, the first threshold may be set to 30 times, for example, that the speaker 3 cannot trigger the exit signal of the active noise reduction mode under the continuous and targeted 30-time cyclic noise reduction action, i.e., it indicates that the subsequent verification of the active noise reduction effect is not ideal, when a > An, the air conditioner is at least in a low noise state, i.e., at least one Δ C > Δc1 must exist in the latest cyclic judgment process corresponding to step S32. Furthermore, if the noise reduction method is simply based on the speaker 3, the noise reduction may not be achieved with the air conditioning noise reduction effect even after more times of cyclic noise reduction. At the moment, the noise type can be accurately identified according to the peak frequency range, and then the fan and/or the compressor are adjusted and controlled according to the noise type.
Of course, for the above step S643, it is equally possible to replace:
s643': returning to step S61, and progressively adding 1 to the value of N, while identifying the noise type according to the peak frequency range, to also perform regulation control on the fan and/or the compressor.
Therefore, the active noise reduction effect of the air conditioner can be enhanced through adaptive control of the vibration source on the basis of not reducing the running performance of the air conditioner as much as possible by matching with further optimization and adjustment of the fan and the compressor.
It should be noted that the peak in the "peak frequency range" referred to herein may be the highest peak in all frequency intervals, or may be a plurality of peaks relatively higher, and may be specifically set according to actual needs, and the present invention is not particularly limited herein.
Further, for example, when the peak frequency fn occurs in the third frequency interval, that is, when n is 3, it can be accurately identified that the noise comes from the fan, and the fan is selected to be subjected to the adjustment control; or when n is any one or more of natural numbers 1-5, the noise from the fan can be accurately identified, and the fan is selected to be adjusted and controlled. And conversely, when n is any one or more of the natural numbers 6-n, the noise from the compressor is accurately identified, and the compressor is selected to be regulated and controlled. Of course, when n can be, for example, two values, i.e., 3 and 7, the noise is from both the fan and the compressor, and the fan and the compressor can be selectively adjusted and controlled at the same time.
Preferably, when the adjustment control is performed on the compressor, the step S643 includes the following specific operation steps:
s6431: the frequency of the compressor is adjusted and reduced once according to a preset amplitude corresponding to the noise level;
s6432: after a fourth preset time period T4, judging whether the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner exits or not;
s6433: if yes, ending; if not, re-determining the noise level, and executing the step S6434;
s6434: return to step S6431.
Specifically, the fourth preset time period T4 may be set to, for example, ten minutes, that is, after ten minutes of the compressor frequency is adjusted and decreased, the noise reduction effect of the compressor frequency adjustment and decrease is verified, the adjustment and decrease amplitude of each time is related to the noise level, and the higher the noise level is, the larger the adjustment and decrease amplitude of each time is. After each verification, if the noise level of the air conditioner is still in any one of the four levels of low, medium, high and high (i.e. the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner is not exited), the step S6431 is returned, the corresponding preset amplitude reduction is performed on the frequency of the compressor again according to the redetermined noise level (which should gradually decrease in theory), until the final noise intensity value of the air conditioner is below the low level, and the active noise reduction mode of the air conditioner completely exits, so that the perfect pursuit of part of consumers on the air conditioner silencing effect can be greatly satisfied.
A preset amplitude adjustment and reduction table corresponding to the frequency and the noise level of the compressor is attached below.
Noise level Frequency modulation/reduction amplitude/frequency of compressor
Is low in Down 1HZ
In 2HZ drop
Is higher than the original 3HZ drop
Height of 4HZ drop
Preferably, step S6434 includes the following specific operation steps:
s64341: judging whether the total amplitude of the adjustment and reduction of the frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to a first preset adjustment and reduction amplitude or not;
s64342: if yes, judging whether the noise level is at a high level; if not, returning to the step S6431;
s64343: if so, forcibly triggering an exit signal of the active noise reduction mode, and recovering the frequency of the compressor to operate at the frequency before the adjustment and reduction; if not, the compressor keeps the current frequency running.
Particularly, when the frequency of the compressor is reduced by a large amplitude, the frequency of the compressor affects the cooling or heating performance of the air conditioner, according to the different requirements of the individual favor of the users and the difference of the air conditioners with specific models in performance, the total amplitude of the compressor frequency reduction in the active noise reduction mode may be set restrictively, for example, the first preset reduction amplitude may be set to 6HZ, and after the compressor frequency is reduced for several cycles, if the total amplitude of the compressor frequency is greater than 6HZ and the noise level is still at a high level, the abnormal sound of the compressor is proved to be serious, and hardware needs to be repaired, at this time, even if the frequency of the compressor is adjusted and reduced, the reduction of the noise is still ineffective, and then the active noise reduction mode can be forcibly exited to abandon the noise reduction and recover the original compressor frequency, so as to ensure that the original refrigerating or heating experience of the air conditioner is not influenced. On the contrary, the compressor can only operate at the current frequency, so that the active noise reduction effect of the air conditioner is strengthened by adaptively controlling the vibration source on the basis of ensuring that the operation performance of the air conditioner is not reduced as much as possible.
Finally, it should be noted that, in the above preferred embodiment further developed with respect to step S643, only the adjustment and reduction of the frequency of the compressor is taken as an example for the development, and on the basis of seeing the above preferred embodiment, a person skilled in the art may also set the adjustment and reduction of the rotational speed of the fan, or set the adjustment and reduction of the frequency of the compressor and the rotational speed of the fan at the same time, and the present invention is not described herein in detail, and only the preset amplitude adjustment and reduction table corresponding to the rotational speed of the fan and the noise level is attached as follows:
noise level Regulating and reducing range/times of fan rotating speed
Is low in 10RPM drop
In Drop 20RPM
Is higher than the original Drop 30RPM
Height of Drop 40RPM
Meanwhile, for the adjustment and reduction iteration cycle of the rotating speed of the fan, namely the fifth preset time period T5, for example, five minutes may be set; and the limiting setting of the total amplitude of the speed reduction of the fan, namely the second preset reduction amplitude, can be set to 100RPM, for example.
