The existing unilateral formwork construction mostly adopts split bolts to penetrate through walls for reinforcement, and the split bolts are processed after the formwork is removed. However, the mode of the split bolt through-wall reinforcement has a later hidden trouble, and at present, some quality third parties particularly require that the through-wall reinforcement is not adopted when the single-side formwork is reinforced, so that the single-side formwork construction of the split bolt through-wall reinforcement is limited in application. When there is no adjacent structure around the single-sided formwork area, the single-sided formwork cannot support the supporting structure, and thus a new solution is needed.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a single-side formwork support device, solves the problems that the existing split bolt through-wall reinforcement has later hidden danger and cannot be applied due to quality requirements, and is also used for solving the problem that a support structure cannot be adopted for supporting due to the fact that no structure exists nearby.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the single-sided formwork support apparatus 20 of the present invention includes a scissor type conversion unit 21, a horizontal adjustment member 22, and a locking member 24; the supporting height of the scissors-type converting unit 21 is adjustable; the length of the horizontal adjusting piece 22 can be adjusted, the horizontal adjusting piece 22 is arranged between two vertically adjacent scissor type conversion units 21, one corresponding end part of the two vertically adjacent scissor type conversion units 21 is hinged on the horizontal adjusting piece 22, the other corresponding end part is hinged on a sliding sleeve 23 sleeved on the horizontal adjusting piece 22, and the supporting height of the scissor type conversion units 21 can be adjusted by moving the sliding sleeve 23; the locking member 24 is movably mounted on the horizontal adjusting member 22, and the locking member 24 can be made to block the sliding sleeve 23 by moving and adjusting the locking member 24 to limit the movement of the sliding sleeve, thereby locking the supporting height of the scissor type conversion unit 21.

The other side of the structure 13 to be constructed is a bricked structure, so that a formwork is not required. The structure to be constructed 13 is a cast-in-place concrete structure, which may be a partition wall in a building structure, or may be a hoistway wall in a building structure.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the scissors-type transforming unit 21 includes a first stay 211 and a second stay 212 hinged at the middle;

the end of the second stay bar 212 positioned at the lower part of the two vertically adjacent scissors-type transformation units is hinged with the end of the first stay bar 211 positioned at the upper part on the sliding sleeve 23 through another pin shaft.
The corresponding ends of the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod in the two vertically adjacent scissors-type conversion units are hinged, so that the scissors-type conversion units form a support structure capable of being adjusted in a telescopic mode. The first supporting rods and the second supporting rods are inclined rods, the first supporting rods and the second supporting rods are arranged in a staggered mode, and the middle portions of the first supporting rods and the second supporting rods are hinged through pin shafts. The supporting height of the scissors-type switching unit 21 can be adjusted by relatively rotating the first stay and the second stay.
Specifically, a first pin is disposed on the horizontal adjusting member 22, a second pin is disposed on the sliding sleeve, the ends of the lower first stay bar 211 and the upper second stay bar 212 are sleeved on the first pin and can freely rotate around the first pin, and a blocking ring is disposed at the end of the first pin to block the ends of the first stay bar and the second stay bar. In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the lengths of the first stay bar 211 and the second stay bar 212 in the scissors-type switching unit 21 at the bottom and at the top are both adjustable.
As shown in fig. 2, the first stay bar and the second stay bar in the scissors-type conversion unit 21 at the top and the bottom each include a sleeve 2121 and a screw 2122 partially inserted into the sleeve 2121, a nut 2123 is disposed at an end of the sleeve 2121, the screw 2122 is in threaded connection with the nut 2123, and the screw 2122 can be extended into the sleeve 2121 or extended out of the sleeve 2121 by screwing the screw 2122, so that the length of the corresponding stay bar is adjusted.
The lengths of the first stay bar and the second stay bar at the bottom and the top are adjustable, so that the fine adjustment of the whole height of the single-side formwork support device is realized, and the tight jacking of the scissor type conversion unit between the upper floor slab 11 and the lower floor slab 12 can be realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the bottoms of the first stay bar 211 and the second stay bar 212 of the scissors-type switching unit 21 positioned at the bottom are connected with the first anti-slip support 25. The first anti-slip support 25 can increase friction with the surface of the lower floor slab 12 and can improve lateral stability of the single-sided formwork support device.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the top of the first stay bar 211 and the second stay bar 212 of the scissors-type switching unit 21 positioned at the top is connected with the second anti-slip support 26. The second anti-skid support 26 has the same structure as the first anti-skid support 25 and also serves to increase friction with the surface of the upper floor 11.
Preferably, the ends of the first stay bar and the second stay bar are rotatably connected with the first anti-slip support 25 and are rotatably connected with the second anti-slip support 26, and the surfaces of the first anti-slip support 25 and the second anti-slip support 26 are serrated surfaces, so that the friction resistance between the surfaces and corresponding floors can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the horizontal adjustment member 22 includes a first horizontal bar 221 and a second horizontal bar 222 screw-coupled to the first horizontal bar 221, and the second horizontal bar 222 may be screwed into the inside of the first horizontal bar 221 or unscrewed from the outside of the first horizontal bar 221 by screwing the second horizontal bar 222, thereby achieving the adjustment of the length of the horizontal adjustment member 22.
Preferably, the first horizontal bar 221 is a pipe.
