2. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen slow-release function according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (1), the film-forming slurry is applied to the non-woven fabric by two-dipping and two-rolling.
3. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen slow-release function according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the surface layer non-woven fabric is SMS non-woven fabric.
4. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen slow-release function according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the bottom layer non-woven fabric is an SMS non-woven fabric.
5. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen slow-release function according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the spreading amount of the oxygen release functional material in the step (4) is 7-10 g/m2。
6. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen slow-release function according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the metal peroxide is one or a mixture of more than two of calcium peroxide, sodium peroxide or magnesium peroxide in any ratio.

The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen release function according to claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the liquid-permeable top layer comprises: (1) preparing a film forming agent: selecting 3-5 parts by weight of PVP, 1-2 parts by weight of PVA and 100 parts by weight of deionized water as raw materials of a film forming agent, wherein the preparation process of the film forming agent is as follows: blending PVP, PVA and deionized water, and continuously stirring for 2 hours in a constant-temperature water bath kettle at the temperature of 85-95 ℃ to obtain a uniform PVP/PVA mixed solution; (2) preparing antibacterial oxygen release slurry: adding 5-8 parts of zinc oxide and 5-10 parts of calcium peroxide into the PVP/PVA mixed solution prepared in the step (1), continuously stirring for 1h, and then ultrasonically oscillating for 30-40 min to uniformly disperse the zinc oxide and the calcium peroxide into the solution while keeping tiny particle sizes and form a shell-sphere structure coated by the PVP-PVA, wherein the rest PVP and PVA are used for dispersing, thickening and film forming; (3) preparing the antibacterial oxygen-release non-woven fabric: and (3) dipping the hydrophilic SMS non-woven fabric into the antibacterial oxygen release slurry prepared in the step (2) through a feeding roller set, extruding redundant slurry through a compression roller, dipping the antibacterial oxygen release slurry prepared in the step (2) into the feeding roller set again, extruding redundant slurry through the compression roller, and then conveying the slurry into an oven for drying in an online manner.
8. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen release function according to claim 7, wherein: the drying temperature is controlled to be 75-85 ℃, and the drying time is controlled to be 1-1.2 h.

The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen release function according to claim 7, wherein: the material loading roller set is composed of a liquid absorption concave roller and a barbed film convex roller, grooves are uniformly formed in the liquid absorption concave roller at intervals along the circumferential side face, bulges matched with the grooves are uniformly formed in the barbed film convex roller at intervals along the circumferential side face, v-shaped barbed knives are arranged on the surfaces of the bulges, the antibacterial oxygen release slurry is placed in a liquid storage tank below the liquid absorption concave roller, and at least 1/3 of the liquid absorption concave roller is soaked in the antibacterial oxygen release slurry.
10. The method for preparing a disposable hygienic article having an oxygen release function according to claim 9, wherein: the width of the opening end of the groove is smaller than that of the bottom of the groove.
