Abstract
一种显示装置,具有一个光栅件(1),在光栅件中形成有多个反射器(5),在反射器中设置有电激励光源(2),其中每个反射器(5)被一个透镜状散射盘(4)覆盖。为了实现最小的装置厚度及显示符号群的易读性,每个反射器(5)在其背离光源(2)的端上具有用于各散射盘(4)的不透光条框(6)。
Description
本发明涉及具有一个光栅件的显示装置,在光栅件中形成有多个反射器,在反射器中设置了电激励光源,其中每个反射器上覆盖有透镜状散射盘。
在由DE-A1-2932413所公知的这类显示装置中,光栅是由彼此挨着规则地布置的圆形反射器形成的,每个反射器中设有一个光源。在一个板状构件中设置了根据反光器类型构成的散射盘,板状构件用其各边缘跨越光栅件。
由此一方面得出相当大厚度的显示装置,另一方面各个散射盘彼此漏光,这样便不能形成精确的显示。
本发明的具体目的是提供一种显示装置,在给定面积大小的情况下它具有比公知显示装置小的厚度并且其中显示的符号群更易于阅读。它是这样实现的:每个反射器在其背离光源的端上具有用于各散射盘的不透光条框。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,光栅件的光栅是由矩形、最好方形构成的,每个矩形被至少一个对角线分成几个三角形,每个三角形构成被散射盘覆盖的设置有一个光源的反射器的端部。
显示符号群的易读性被散射盘具有朝着光源的透镜状的拱面增强了。
为了实现多色显示,光源和/或散射盘可作成不同的颜色。
以下借助描绘在附图中的实施例来描述本发明。附图为:

根据图1至4,一种显示装置基本上包括:一个光栅件1;光源2,它被固定在供给电流的装置3、如印刷电路板上;及透镜状散射盘4。在该所示实施例中,光栅体1的光栅是由方形组成的,每个方形被两个对角线分成四个三角形。因而在平面图中产生了三角形结构,三角形结构向内延伸的壁形成角锥形反射器5,其中光源2位于相应角锥顶点的区域中。
在每个反射器的背离光源2的端部上形成一个不透光的用于相应散射盘4的条框6。
散射盘4被压入光栅件1中或被压入每个设置的条框6中。在相邻的散射盘之间形成条框的不透光薄条约0.5mm厚,它防止在散射盘边缘处的光泄漏。为了均匀的光分布,在散射盘4面向光源2的表面上设置了透镜状的拱面7。
借助根据本发明的设计获得了“LCD显示效果”,但没有出现传统的LCD显示器的缺点。其尺寸可自由选择的字体面积被划分成许多光栅点,这使得能显示所有的字体符号,且也能显示移动的字体。根据本发明的***的另一实质性优点是在整个字体表面自由显示字体的可能性(例如十个200mm高的符号或二行至少二十个90mm高的符号)。也可显示比例字体,如图6中所示。
比较图5及6,将可得出与现有传统液晶显示器(LCD)技术相比、根据本发明的结构的优点。图5表示具有用作导体条所必须的中间条的现有传统LCD透镜的分布。相对比地,图6表示根据本发明的一个显示器,其中可使用比例字体。
图7表示本发明的另一实施例,其中方块仅被一个对角线分成两个三角形,并在形成的角锥形反射器中设置了三个光源21,22及23,这些光源可以是不同颜色的。
Claims (4)
1.显示装置,具有一个光栅件(1),在光栅件中形成多个反射器(5),在反射器中设置了电激励光源(2),其中每个反射器(5)被一个透镜状散射盘(4)覆盖,其特征在于:每个反射器(5)在其背离光源(2)的端上具有用于各散射盘(4)的不透光条框(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于:光栅件(1)的光栅是由矩形、最好方形构成的,每个矩形被至少一个对角线分成几个三角形,每个三角形构成被散射盘(4)覆盖的设置了一个光源(2)的反射器(5)的端部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的显示装置,其特征在于:散射盘(4)具有朝着光源(2)的透镜状的拱面(7)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中一项所述的显示装置,其特征在于:光源(2)和/或散射盘(4)被作成不同的颜色。
