Description

Method and device for acquiring long-term evolution network service and computer equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for acquiring a long term evolution network service, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
In the third generation partnership project (3 rd Generation Partnership Project, 3GPP for short), when a terminal initiates a request in a public land mobile network to be denied according to 3GPP 24.008 and 3GPP 24.301 protocols, wireless network access (Radio Access Technology, RAT for short) services of a long term evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) network in the terminal may be disabled, and the terminal may not be able to obtain LTE services and IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, internet protocol multimedia subsystem) services until a SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module, subscriber identity card) is reinserted into another terrestrial public mobile network. Conventionally, when a terminal initiates a request in a public land mobile network and is rejected, if the terminal is handed over to another public land mobile network, the terminal registers with UTRAN (UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network ) or GERAN (GSM EDGE Radio Access Network GSM/EDGE radio communication network) to obtain Circuit Switched (CS) services before the SIM card is reinserted.
However, the conventional method cannot re-acquire the LTE service and the IMS service, so that the data service cannot be provided under the LTE network. Therefore, how to reacquire LTE services and IMS services when a terminal is rejected by a public land mobile network and a SIM card is not reinserted becomes a technical problem that needs to be solved at present.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The method for acquiring the long term evolution network service can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. The terminal 102 communicates with a first base station 104 via a first public land mobile network. The terminal 102 communicates with a second base station 106 via a second public land mobile network. The first public land mobile network may be referred to as a first network and the second public land mobile network may be referred to as a second network. The terminal 102 initiates a network request to the first base station 104 under the first network when the terminal 102 is attempting to register with the first network during a network handover. The network request may be any of a variety of requests, such as an ATTACH (atach) request, a tracking area update (Tracking Area Update, TAU) request, a routing area update (Route Area Update, RAU) request, and the like. When the terminal 104 receives a request rejection instruction in the first network, it switches to the second network. The terminal 102 performs location registration on the second network to obtain the circuit switched service. In the idle state, the terminal 102 receives reselection information of the long term evolution network transmitted by the second base station 106 through the second network according to the circuit switched service. The terminal 102 recalls the lte network access service according to the reselection information. The terminal 102 performs long term evolution network registration on the second public land mobile network according to the long term evolution network access service to obtain a long term evolution network service and a multimedia service. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, among others. The first base station 104 and the second base station 106 may be, but are not limited to, various micro base stations, macro base stations, and repeater stations.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for acquiring a long term evolution network service is provided, and the method is applied to the terminal in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step 202, when a request rejection order is received in the first public land mobile network, switching to the second public land mobile network.
When a terminal moves from a certain public land mobile network to a non-service area without network coverage, the terminal can attempt to register to other different public land mobile networks, and when the terminal is attempting to register to a first network, a request can be initiated to a first base station under the first network. The request may be any one of various requests such as an ATTACH (atach) request, a tracking area update (Tracking Area Update, TAU) request, a routing area update (Route Area Update, RAU) request, and the like. And when the terminal receives the request rejection instruction in the first network, switching to the second network. For example, the request rejection instruction may be #7 (EPS services not allowed). EPS (Evolved Packet System, evolved packet domain system) includes a long term evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE for short) radio side and a system architecture evolution (System Architecture Evolution, SAE for short) network side. The EPS service is used to provide a data channel, when the EPS service is disabled, the LTE service is disabled, the RAT (Radio Access Technology, radio network access technology) service of the LTE is also disabled, and before the SIM card (Subscriber Identity Module, subscriber identity module card) is reinserted, the terminal cannot register the EPS service on the LTE RAT, and cannot obtain the LTE service and the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, internet protocol multimedia subsystem) service, so that the user cannot perform data traffic processing, and therefore, the terminal may switch to the second network. The second network and the first network are two different public land mobile networks (Public Land Mobile Network, abbreviated PLMNs). LTE may include a first network and a second network. The public land mobile network may include a VPLMN (Visited PLMN), an HPLMN (Home PLMN), an EHPLMN (Equivalent Home PLMN ), an EPLMN (Equivalent PLMN), and the like.
And step 204, registering the position on the second public land mobile network to acquire the circuit switching service.
And step 206, in the idle state, receiving reselection information of the long term evolution network sent by the second public land mobile network according to the circuit switching service.
After the terminal is handed over to the second network, a location registration is attempted on the second network to obtain a Circuit Switch (CS) service. The second network may support a variety of wireless networks. In particular, the terminal may attempt to register on various wireless networks to acquire corresponding CS services. The terminal may determine the registration order of the plurality of wireless networks according to the priorities of the plurality of wireless networks, and when the terminal fails to register in the previous wireless network, perform location registration in the next wireless network to acquire the CS service of the wireless network until the CS service is acquired.
When the terminal acquires the CS service, the reselection information of the long-term evolution network of the wireless network corresponding to the CS service is received in an idle state. The idle state means that the terminal does not establish an RRC (Radio Resource Control ) connection. The reselection information of the long term evolution network refers to system information under the wireless network. The reselection information of the long term evolution network is used for calling the long term evolution network access service.
And step 208, re-invoking the long term evolution network access service according to the reselection information.
And step 210, performing long term evolution network registration on the second public land mobile network according to the long term evolution network access service to acquire the long term evolution network service and the multimedia service.
Because the first network and the second network are two different public land mobile networks, when the terminal receives the reselection information of the long term evolution network, the terminal can refresh an internal SIM card and recall the forbidden long term evolution network access service, namely, the LTE RAT service is restarted.
After the terminal restarts the LTE RAT service, a long term evolution network, i.e., LTE registration, may be registered on the second network. Specifically, the terminal sends an LTE registration request to the second network, where the LTE registration request may be referred to as an LTE attach request. And when the terminal receives the message that the registration request returned by the second network is received, the terminal indicates that the LTE registration is successful, and the terminal can acquire the LTE service and the IMS service again. IMS services are used to provide basic voice services and supplementary services based on voice services to subscribers. After obtaining the LTE service and the IMS service, the terminal may perform data service processing.
In this embodiment, when a request rejection instruction is received in the first public land mobile network, the method switches to the second public land mobile network, thereby performing location registration on the second public land mobile network and acquiring the circuit switched service. And in an idle state, receiving reselection information of the long-term evolution network sent by the second public land mobile network according to the circuit switching service, further re-invoking the long-term evolution network access service according to the reselection information, and performing long-term evolution network registration on the second public land mobile network according to the long-term evolution network access service to re-acquire the long-term evolution network service and the multimedia service. Because the forbidden long term evolution network access (LTE RAT) service is re-invoked according to the reselection information when the request refusal instruction is received, so that the position registration is performed on the Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, and the registration on UTRAN or GERAN is not needed, the long term evolution network service and the multimedia service are acquired before the SIM card is reinserted, and the data service processing is performed on the LTE network.
In one embodiment, the terminal may further acquire the 5G network service after performing the long term evolution network registration on the second public land mobile network according to the long term evolution network access service. For example, the 5G network service may be an NR (New Radio) network. After long term evolution network access (LTE RAT) service is invoked and long term evolution network registration is performed, corresponding wireless network services can be provided for different network requirements.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the step of performing location registration on the second public land mobile network to obtain the circuit switched service includes:
step 302, determining the 3G network as the first registration network according to the priorities of the 3G network and the 2G network in the second public land mobile network.
At step 304, location registration is performed on the first registration network through the second public land mobile network.
Step 306, when the registration on the first registration network is successful, the circuit switching service of the first registration network is obtained, and in an idle state, the reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the first registration network sent by the second public land mobile network is received according to the circuit switching service.
In step 308, when the registration on the first registration network fails, location registration is performed on the 2G network, and a circuit switched service of the 2G network is obtained.
The second network may support a 2G network and a 3G network. The circuit switched service is a CS service. After the terminal is switched to the second network, the priorities of the 2G network and the 3G network are identified, and the wireless network with the high priority is determined, namely the 3G network is the first registration network, and the 2G network is the second registration network. The terminal performs location registration on the first registration network. When the registration is successful, the terminal can acquire the 3G CS service, and then the terminal can receive reselection information of a long-term evolution network corresponding to the 3G network sent by the second network in an idle state. The reselection information refers to system information in the 3G network, and may be SIB19. The highest priority LTE frequency is included in SIB19. When the 3G network registration fails, the terminal registers on the 2G network to acquire the 2G CS service, and then the terminal receives reselection information of a long-term evolution network corresponding to the 2G network sent by the second network in an idle state. The reselection information refers to system information in the 2G network, and may be SI2 quater. The highest priority LTE frequency is included in the SI2 quater. And when the terminal is successfully registered in any wireless network, the CS service of the corresponding wireless network can be acquired.
In this embodiment, the 3G network is determined to be the first registration network according to the priorities of the 3G network and the 2G network in the second network, so that location registration is performed on the first registration network through the second network. And when the registration is successful, acquiring the circuit switching service of the first registration network. And in the idle state, the reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the first registration network sent by the second public land mobile network can be received according to the circuit switching service. When registration fails, location registration is performed on the 2G network to obtain circuit switched services. When the 3G network location registration fails, the method can switch to the 2G network to perform location registration so as to acquire the 2G CS service, and the flexibility of CS service acquisition can be improved.
In one embodiment, performing location registration on the second public land mobile network, acquiring the circuit switched service further comprises: acquiring a wireless network registration request, and sending the wireless network registration request to a second public land mobile network; and when receiving the information of finishing the updating of the location area of the corresponding wireless network returned by the second public land mobile network according to the wireless network registration request, acquiring the circuit switching service of the corresponding wireless network.
After the terminal is handed over to the second network, a location registration is attempted on the second network to obtain the circuit switched service. The terminal obtains a wireless network registration request. The wireless network registration request may be a location area update request. The terminal sends the wireless network registration request to a second network, the second network performs location area update in the 3G or 2G network according to the wireless registration request, and when the 3G or 2G network completes the location area update, the second network returns update completion information to the terminal. The terminal may then register the CS service of the wireless network that completes the location area update, i.e. acquire the CS service of the corresponding wireless network.
In this embodiment, when receiving the information that the location area update of the corresponding wireless network returned by the second public land mobile network is completed, the circuit switched service of the corresponding wireless network is acquired, and an appropriate wireless network can be selected on the second network to complete location registration, so that the circuit switched service can be acquired to facilitate subsequent recall of the long term evolution network access service.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a method for acquiring a long term evolution network service is further provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 402, when a request rejection order is received in the first public land mobile network, switching to the second public land mobile network.
And step 404, determining the 3G network as a first registration network according to the priorities of the 3G network and the 2G network in the second public land mobile network, and registering the position on the first registration network.
Step 406, it is determined whether the registration on the first registration network was successful. Steps 408 to 410 are performed when registration on the first registered network is successful. Steps 412 to 414 are performed when registration on the first registration network fails.
In step 408, circuit switched services of the first registered network are acquired.
In step 410, in the idle state, the reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the first registration network sent by the second public land mobile network is received according to the circuit switched service of the first registration network.
And step 412, performing location registration on the 2G network to obtain the circuit switching service of the 2G network.
In step 414, in the idle state, the reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the 2G network sent by the second public land mobile network is received according to the circuit switched service of the 2G network.
And step 416, refreshing the SIM card according to the long-term evolution network frequency with the highest priority in the reselection information, and recalling the long-term evolution network access service.
And 418, performing long term evolution network registration on the second public land mobile network according to the long term evolution network access service to acquire the long term evolution network service and the multimedia service.
And in an idle state, the terminal receives reselection information of the 3G network or a long-term evolution network corresponding to the 2G network. The reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the 3G network refers to system information under the 3G network, and may be SIB19. The reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the 2G network refers to system information under the 2G network, and may be SI2 quater. The highest priority LTE frequency is included in SIB19 or SI2 quater. Because the first network and the second network are two different public land mobile networks, the modem of the terminal can automatically refresh the internal SIM card according to the LTE frequency with the highest priority, so that the long term evolution network access service (LTE RAT) can be recalled. The terminal sends an LTE attach request to the second network, and when the second network receives the LTE attach request, that is, completes LTE registration, a registration completion message is returned to the terminal, and the terminal reacquires LTE service and IMS service, so that the terminal can perform data service processing on the LTE network.
In this embodiment, when reselection information of a 3G network or a long term evolution network corresponding to a 2G network is received in an idle state, the SIM card is refreshed according to the long term evolution network frequency with the highest priority in the reselection information, and the long term evolution network access service is recalled. The long term evolution network access service can be re-invoked by automatically refreshing the SIM card, so that the LTE service and the IMS service can be re-acquired to provide data service when the user does not reinsert the SIM card.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a method for acquiring a long term evolution network service is further provided, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 502, when a request rejection order is received in a first public land mobile network, switching to a second public land mobile network.
Step 504, determining the 3G network as the first registration network according to the priorities of the 3G network and the 2G network in the second public land mobile network. Location registration is performed on a first registration network.
Step 506, determining whether the registration on the first registration network is successful. When registration on the first registered network is successful, steps 508 to 510 are performed. Steps 512 to 514 are performed when registration on the first registration network fails.
Step 508, a circuit switched service of the first registered network is acquired.
In step 510, in the idle state, the reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the first registration network sent by the second public land mobile network is received according to the circuit switched service of the first registration network.
And step 512, performing location registration on the 2G network to obtain the circuit switching service of the 2G network.
Step 514, in the idle state, receiving reselection information of the long term evolution network corresponding to the 2G network sent by the second public land mobile network according to the circuit switched service of the 2G network.
And step 516, displaying a refresh button on the current interface according to the long-term evolution network frequency with the highest priority in the reselection information.
And step 518, refreshing the SIM card when receiving the triggering operation of the refreshing button, and recalling the long-term evolution network access service.
Because the first network and the second network are two different public land mobile networks, the modem of the terminal can send a prompt instruction to the user interface according to the LTE frequency with the highest priority, and the user interface displays prompt information according to the prompt instruction and displays a refresh button on the current interface. For example, the content of the hint information may be "LTE services have been masked due to network failure. Please click the refresh button, enabling LTE services). When the user clicks the refresh button, a user identification unit in the modem of the terminal receives a refresh event, thereby re-invoking a long term evolution network access service (LTE RAT).
