the drainage groove (32) for draining rainwater is arranged on the upper side of the third sealing plate (31); the fixing plate (33) is arranged on the upper side of the right part of the first sealing plate (21), and the fixing plate (33) is connected with the drainage groove (32);
the two first mounting blocks (34) are arranged on the lower right sides of the front side and the rear side of the first sealing plate (21), and the number of the first mounting blocks (34) is four;
a water tank (35) for collecting rainwater is arranged between the four first mounting blocks (34) and the first sealing plate (21);
two first water pipes (36) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right part between the fixing plate (33) and the water tank (35), and the number of the first water pipes (36) is four;
the middle of the inner bottom of the fixed plate (33) is provided with a first telescopic rod (37);
the pressing plate (39) is arranged on the first telescopic rod (37), and the pressing plate (39) is connected with the fixing plate (33) in a sliding manner;
the first spring (38) is connected between the lower part of the pressure plate (39) and the fixing plate (33), and the first spring (38) is wound on the first telescopic rod (37).

a storage box (41) for containing a drying agent is arranged on the right side of the third sealing plate (31);
the left side in the storage box (41) is provided with the air permeable net (42);
the front side and the rear side of the storage box (41) are respectively provided with two sliding rods (44), and the number of the sliding rods (44) is four;
the first sliding plate (43) is arranged between the four sliding rods (44) in a sliding manner, and the first sliding plate (43) is connected with the storage box (41) in a sliding manner;
two second springs (45) are connected between the front side and the rear side of the first sliding plate (43) and the storage box (41), the number of the second springs (45) is four, and the second springs (45) are wound on the sliding rod (44).

The waterproof and moisture-proof capacitor with high sealing performance as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a locking mechanism (5) for locking the front side rotation plate (24), wherein the locking mechanism (5) comprises: a second telescopic rod (52) is arranged at the front side in the rotating plate (24) at the rear side;
the fixture block (54) is arranged on the front side of the second telescopic rod (52), the fixture block (54) is in contact with the rotating plate (24) on the front side, and the fixture block (54) is connected with the rotating plate (24) on the rear side in a sliding mode;
a third spring (53), wherein the third spring (53) is connected between the clamping block (54) and the rotating plate (24) at the rear side, and the third spring (53) is wound on the second telescopic rod (52);
the left part of the pulling block (51) and the clamping block (54) is provided with the pulling block (51), and the pulling block (51) is connected with the rotating plate (24) at the rear side in a sliding way.
6. A waterproof and moisture-proof capacitor with high sealing performance as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a water cooling mechanism (6) for cooling the capacitor (1), wherein the water cooling mechanism (6) comprises:
the front side and the rear side of the right part of the water tank (35) are provided with second mounting blocks (61);
the water pump (62) is connected between the two second mounting blocks (61), and the water pump (62) is connected with the water tank (35);
a second water pipe (63), wherein a second water pipe (63) is arranged between the right side of the water pump (62) and the water tank (35), and the second water pipe (63) is wound on the first sealing plate (21) and the second sealing plate (25);
the fixing rings (64) are arranged, the left sides of the front side and the rear side of the first sealing plate (21) are respectively provided with three fixing rings (64), the number of the fixing rings (64) is six, and the second water pipe (63) penetrates through the fixing rings (64).
7. A waterproof and moisture-proof capacitor with high sealability as claimed in claim 6, wherein further comprising a water level limiting means (7) for discharging excessive rainwater, the water level limiting means (7) comprising:
two third telescopic rods (71) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the first sealing plate (21), and four third telescopic rods (71) are arranged;
the right sides of the third telescopic rods (71) are provided with four second sliding plates (74), and the four second sliding plates (74) are connected with the first water pipes (36) on the same side in a sliding manner; the fourth springs (72) are connected between the second sliding plate (74) and the first sealing plate (21), the number of the fourth springs (72) is four, and the fourth springs (72) are wound on the third telescopic rod (71);
the wedge-shaped blocks (73), and each second sliding plate (74) is provided with a wedge-shaped block (73);
the top plate (75) is arranged at the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the water tank (35) in a sliding manner;
the lower sides of the two top plates (75) are provided with the buoyancy balls (76), and the buoyancy balls (76) are positioned inside the water tank (35);
and the front side and the rear side of the right part of the fixing plate (33) are provided with third water pipes (77).
