if the target parking space is not reserved, the cloud management platform 402 is used for controlling the parking space lock 403 on the target parking space to be opened.

if the mobile terminal is a registered mobile terminal, the cloud management platform judges whether the target parking space is reserved or not;
and if the target parking space is not reserved, the cloud management platform controls a target parking space lock on the target parking space to be opened.
2. The parking space management and control method according to claim 1, wherein after the cloud management platform determines whether the target parking space is reserved according to the parking request, the parking space management and control method further comprises:
if the target parking space is reserved, the cloud management platform judges whether the vehicle identity information is matched with the target parking space according to the parking request;
and if the vehicle identity information is matched with the target parking space, the cloud management platform controls a target parking space lock on the target parking space to be opened.
3. The parking space management and control method according to claim 1, wherein before the mobile terminal scans the two-dimensional code on the target parking space lock to generate a parking request, the parking space management and control method further comprises:
the mobile terminal sends a parking place reservation request to the cloud management platform;
the cloud management platform matches and binds reserved parking spaces according to the parking space reservation requests;
and the cloud management platform sends the position information of the reserved parking space to the mobile terminal.
4. The parking space management and control method according to claim 1, wherein after the cloud management platform determines whether the mobile terminal is a registered mobile terminal according to the parking request, the parking space management and control method further comprises:
