Abstract
The invention discloses a coal powder gun alignment method of a gasification furnace, which comprises the following steps: preparing an alignment template; then temporarily fixing an alignment template in the water-cooled wall cylinder; drawing an imaginary circle on the alignment template; then finding four tangent points A on the imaginary circle; the method comprises the following steps of (1) loading a water-cooled wall cylinder into a shell cylinder, separating an alignment template from the water-cooled wall cylinder, raising the alignment template to be as high as the center of a flange cover plate, connecting the points A and B corresponding to each other, and extending the connecting line to intersect with the flange cover plate, so that an opening point C is obtained on the flange cover plate; detaching the flange cover plate from the shell cylinder, and forming a small hole on the hole forming point C of the flange cover plate; welding the burner flanges on the flange cover plate, carrying out reaming and fine machining after welding, then installing the burner flanges on the shell barrel, and finally installing the four pulverized coal guns on the corresponding burner flanges respectively. The alignment method can ensure that the four pulverized coal guns can be burnt according to the designed tangent circle of the imaginary circle after being installed.

Background
The gasification furnace is used as a core device of the gasification furnace in the field of coal chemical industry, four coal powder guns are symmetrically arranged on a shell of the gasification furnace, and the coal powder guns burn in a tangent circle around the center of the gasification chamber at a certain angle. The operating condition of buggy rifle is more abominable, and every nozzle is 500t about the buggy that will spout every day, and in case the alignment is inaccurate for four buggy nozzle structures, the deflection angle of buggy rifle will be directly influenced to can not the tangential firing, influence the degree of consistency of flame burning, reduce carbon conversion rate. Under certain working conditions, due to the partial burning of the pulverized coal guns, the abrasion of the pulverized coal guns is aggravated, so that the long-period operation of the whole gasification furnace is influenced.
The traditional pulverized coal guns are aligned through theoretical calculation, but due to accumulated errors of manufacturing and installation, calculated results have large deviation with actual results, and when the pulverized coal guns are installed on a burner flange after holes are formed in the flange cover plate and the burner flange and the flange cover plate are welded according to the calculated results, the correct installation angles of the four pulverized coal guns cannot be guaranteed, so that the pulverized coal guns cannot burn in a circle, can only be reworked and reprocessed, and are time-consuming and labor-consuming.

(3) when the water-cooled wall cylinder is manufactured, four quadrant points are reserved, namely a 0-degree quadrant point positioned in the front, a 180-degree quadrant point positioned in the rear, a 270-degree quadrant point positioned on the left and a 90-degree quadrant point positioned on the right, the 0-degree quadrant point and the 180-degree quadrant point are connected, the 90-degree quadrant point and the 270-degree quadrant point are connected, the intersection point of the two connecting lines is projected and sampled on a middle plate of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O1 point;
(4) the four burner nozzle covers on the water-cooled wall cylinder are respectively provided with diagonal pull wires, the ends of the two pull wires are respectively connected to the centers of the corresponding burner nozzle covers, the projection of the intersection point of the two pull wires is sampled on the middle plate of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O2 point;
(5) sampling at the midpoint of the connecting line of the point O1 and the point O2 to obtain a sample punching point O3; drawing an imaginary circle which needs to be cut into circles and burnt by the four coal powder guns by taking the point O3 as the center of the circle, wherein the diameter of the imaginary circle is equal to that of the circle which needs to be cut by the four coal powder guns;
(6) respectively projecting and proofing the central rotation points of the outer minimum pipe ring on the four burner nozzle covers through which the centers of the inner ends of the pulverized coal guns pass on the corresponding proofing plates to obtain four points B, and then finding four tangent points A corresponding to the four points B by tangency of tangent lines passing through the points B and an imaginary circle;
(7) loading the water-cooled wall cylinder with an alignment template into a shell cylinder of a gasification furnace, separating the alignment template from the water-cooled wall cylinder, raising the water-cooled wall cylinder to be equal to the center of a flange cover plate on the shell cylinder through an equal-height block, connecting the points A and B corresponding to each other, and extending the connecting line to intersect with the flange cover plate, thereby obtaining an opening point C for positioning a through hole of a pulverized coal gun on the flange cover plate;
(8) the flange cover plate is detached from the shell barrel, a small hole is formed in a hole point C of the flange cover plate, and the inclined angle of the small hole is equal to the angle which needs to be inclined when the coal powder gun is in tangential circle combustion theoretically;
(9) welding the burner flange on the flange cover plate, coaxially carrying out reaming and fine machining on the burner flange and the opening of the flange cover plate after welding, then installing the burner flange and the opening of the flange cover plate on the shell barrel, and finally installing four pulverized coal guns on the corresponding burner flanges respectively.

The invention has the advantages that: the method for aligning the pulverized coal guns of the gasification furnace can quickly find the initial opening position on the flange cover plate, and avoids larger deviation caused by manufacturing and mounting errors in calculation, so that the four pulverized coal guns can be ensured to be burnt according to a designed tangent circle after being mounted, the operation is stable, and the carbon conversion rate is ensured to reach 99% during burning.

As shown in fig. 1, the method for aligning the pulverized coal gun of the gasification furnace comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an alignment template, wherein the structure of the alignment template comprises: the gasification furnace comprises a middle plate 5, wherein connecting plates 51 used for being connected with the inner wall of a water-cooled wall cylinder 7 of the gasification furnace are arranged in the front, the back, the left side and the right side of the middle plate 5 respectively, the outer ends of the four connecting plates 51 are arranged into arcs capable of being matched with the inner wall of the water-cooled wall cylinder 7, bridge plates 52 are arranged on the left front part, the right front part, the left back part and the right back part of the middle plate 5 respectively, and a proofing plate 53 used for extending into a burner cap 4 on the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 is arranged on the outer end of each bridge plate 52;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) standing and leveling a water-cooled wall cylinder 7 of a gasification furnace, horizontally and temporarily fixing an alignment template in the water-cooled wall cylinder 7, fixing the outer ends of four connecting plates 51 of the alignment template with the inner side of the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 respectively, inserting four sample making plates 53 of the alignment template into four burner covers 4 on the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 respectively and below the axes of the four burner covers 4 respectively, and enabling the alignment template to be 20mm lower than the plane where the centers of the burner covers 4 are located;
(3) when the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 is manufactured, four quadrant points are reserved, namely a 0-degree quadrant point positioned in the front, a 180-degree quadrant point positioned in the rear, a 270-degree quadrant point positioned on the left and a 90-degree quadrant point positioned on the right, the 0-degree quadrant point and the 180-degree quadrant point are connected, the 90-degree quadrant point and the 270-degree quadrant point are connected, the intersection point of the two connecting lines is projected and sampled on the middle plate 5 of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O1 point;
(4) the four burner hoods 4 on the water wall cylinder 7 are respectively diagonally pulled, the ends of the two pulled wires are respectively connected to the centers of the corresponding burner hoods 4, the projection of the intersection point of the two pulled wires is sampled on the middle plate 5 of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O2 point;
(5) sampling the midpoint of the connecting line of the point O1 and the point O2 to obtain a sample punching point O3; drawing an imaginary circle phi 200 of the four pulverized coal guns needing to be cut into circles for combustion by taking the point O3 as the center of the circle, wherein the diameter of the imaginary circle is equal to that of the circle needing to be cut by the four pulverized coal guns 3;
(6) respectively projecting and proofing the central rotation point of the outer minimum pipe ring which is passed through by the centers of the inner ends of the pulverized coal guns 3 on the four burner covers 4 on the corresponding proofing plates to obtain four points B, and then finding four tangent points A corresponding to the four points B by tangency of tangent lines passing through the points B with the imaginary circle;
(7) the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 and the alignment template are loaded into a shell cylinder 8 of the gasification furnace, the concentricity of the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 and the shell cylinder 8 is controlled within 5mm, the allowable deviation of the upper and lower planeness is +/-3 mm, and the axes of a flange cover plate connecting pipe socket 6 on the shell cylinder 8 and a corresponding burner cap 4 on the water-cooled wall cylinder 7 are coincident; then separating the alignment template from the water wall cylinder 7, raising the alignment template to be equal to the center of the flange cover plate 1 on the shell cylinder 8 through the equal-height block, connecting the points A and B corresponding to each other, and extending the connecting line to intersect with the flange cover plate 1, so as to obtain an opening point C for positioning a through hole of the pulverized coal gun 3 on the flange cover plate 1;
(8) detaching the flange cover plate 1 from the shell barrel 8, and forming a small hole at the hole forming point C of the flange cover plate 1, wherein the inclined angle of the small hole is equal to the theoretical inclined angle of 4 degrees when the pulverized coal gun is in tangential combustion;
(9) welding the burner flange 2 on the flange cover plate 1, after welding, coaxially carrying out reaming finish machining on the burner flange 2 and the opening of the flange cover plate 1, then installing the burner flange and the opening on the shell barrel 8, and finally installing the four pulverized coal guns 3 on the corresponding burner flanges 2 respectively.
Claims (3)
1. The coal powder gun alignment method of the gasification furnace is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an alignment template, wherein the structure of the alignment template comprises: the gasification furnace comprises a middle plate, a plurality of connection plates and a plurality of bridge plates, wherein the connection plates are arranged in the front, the back, the left and the right directions of the middle plate and are used for being connected with the inner wall of a water-cooled wall cylinder of the gasification furnace;
(2) the method comprises the following steps of (1) vertically flattening a water-cooled wall cylinder of a gasification furnace, horizontally and temporarily fixing an alignment template in the water-cooled wall cylinder, fixing the outer ends of four connecting plates of the alignment template with the inner side of the water-cooled wall cylinder respectively, inserting four proofing plates of the alignment template into four burner hoods on the water-cooled wall cylinder respectively and below the axes of the four burner hoods respectively, and enabling the alignment template to be lower than a plane where the centers of the burner hoods are located;
(3) when the water-cooled wall cylinder is manufactured, four quadrant points are reserved, namely a 0-degree quadrant point positioned in the front, a 180-degree quadrant point positioned in the rear, a 270-degree quadrant point positioned on the left and a 90-degree quadrant point positioned on the right, the 0-degree quadrant point and the 180-degree quadrant point are connected, the 90-degree quadrant point and the 270-degree quadrant point are connected, the intersection point of the two connecting lines is projected and sampled on a middle plate of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O1 point;
(4) the four burner nozzle covers on the water-cooled wall cylinder are respectively provided with diagonal pull wires, the ends of the two pull wires are respectively connected to the centers of the corresponding burner nozzle covers, the projection of the intersection point of the two pull wires is sampled on the middle plate of the alignment template, and the obtained sample punching point is O2 point;
(5) sampling at the midpoint of the connecting line of the point O1 and the point O2 to obtain a sample punching point O3; drawing an imaginary circle which needs to be tangent to the coal powder guns and is burnt by taking the point O3 as the center of the circle, wherein the diameter of the imaginary circle is equal to that of the circle which needs to be tangent to the coal powder guns;
(6) respectively projecting and proofing the central rotation points of the outer minimum pipe ring on the four burner nozzle covers through which the centers of the inner ends of the pulverized coal guns pass on the corresponding proofing plates to obtain four points B, and then finding four tangent points A corresponding to the four points B by tangency of tangent lines passing through the points B and an imaginary circle;
(7) loading the water-cooled wall cylinder with an alignment template into a shell cylinder of a gasification furnace, separating the alignment template from the water-cooled wall cylinder, raising the water-cooled wall cylinder to be equal to the center of a flange cover plate on the shell cylinder through an equal-height block, connecting the points A and B corresponding to each other, and extending the connecting line to intersect with the flange cover plate, thereby obtaining an opening point C for positioning a through hole of a pulverized coal gun on the flange cover plate;
(8) the flange cover plate is detached from the shell barrel, a small hole is formed in a hole point C of the flange cover plate, and the inclined angle of the small hole is equal to the angle which needs to be inclined when the coal powder gun is in tangential circle combustion theoretically;
(9) welding the burner flange on the flange cover plate, coaxially carrying out reaming and finish machining on the burner flange and the opening of the flange cover plate after welding, then installing the burner flange and the opening on the shell barrel, and finally installing the four pulverized coal guns on the corresponding burner flanges respectively.
