As shown in fig. 3 and 4, both sides of the distal end of the folded-over end 24 in the extending direction of the second fold line 22 are fixed to both sides of the fixed end 25. Only the distal end of the folded end 24 and the fixed end 25 are fixed by the first suture 26, and the side of the folded end 24 close to the second folded line 22 is not sewn, that is, the side of the upper part of the air guide bag 2 is not sewn, so that an air guide port 27 capable of discharging air is formed between the part of the folded end 24 close to the second folded line 22 and the fixed end 25, that is, the air guide port 27 is formed on the upper part of the air guide bag 2. The two sides of the second cut piece 21 are provided with hollowed-out parts 3 which are recessed towards the symmetry line, and the second turning line 22 is positioned on or at the edge of the hollowed-out parts 3. The hollowed-out part 3 is matched with the part of the turnover end 24 which is not sewn, and an air guide opening 27 with more dispersed air outlet directions is formed at the upper part of the air guide bag 2. Specifically, the hollowed-out portion 3 may have an L-shaped, U-shaped or C-shaped structure that is recessed toward the symmetry line. After the air guide bag 2 is folded in half along with the first cut piece 11, the hollowed-out parts 3 on two sides of the folding part form air guide openings 27 corresponding to the outer side and the inner side of the bag 1.
Specifically, the first cut-parts 11 are formed by sewing the peripheral outline after the center of a symmetrical butterfly-shaped cut-part is folded in half, one side close to the passenger is an inner layer cloth piece, and one side close to the vehicle door is an outer layer cloth piece.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first cut-parts 11 are provided with a first opening 13, the second cut-parts 21 are provided with a second opening 23, the first opening 13 and the second opening 23 are used for inserting the gas generator 5 into the bag 1, the air bag assembly is mounted on the seat, the second opening 23 is higher than the first opening 13, the first opening 13 and the second opening 23 are staggered to prevent gas leakage, and the gas generator 5 sequentially passes through the first opening 13 and the second opening 23 to enter the air bag.
