the method comprises the following steps: firstly, glass artware to be cleaned is placed on a feeding conveyor belt (19) to be conveyed, when the glass artware is conveyed to a specified position, a movable upright post (11) slides in a bottom rail (10), a movable seat (12) slides in the movable upright post (11), a clamping cylinder (24) is further moved to the specified position, then the artware is clamped by the clamping cylinder (24), the artware is moved to the position near a cleaning basket (9) through the movable upright post (11), the bottom rail (10) and the movable seat (12) in a same way, then an electric cylinder (13) is extended, the artware is placed above the cleaning basket (9), the movable seat (12) is moved downwards, the artware is placed in the cleaning basket (9), then the clamping cylinder (24) is released, and the clamping cylinder (24) is reset;
step two: then extending a cleaning hydraulic rod (8), placing a cleaning basket (9) containing artware at the bottom end inside a cleaning tank (2) by using the cleaning hydraulic rod (8), starting a submersible pump (25), leading by a water guide pipe (5), a first communicating vessel (3) and a water inlet pipe, enabling cleaning water inside a water tank (1) to enter the cleaning tank (2) and wash the glass artware, enabling the cleaning water generated after washing to flow back to the inside of the water tank (1) from a water discharge pipe (20), and enabling filter cotton (26) inside a filter (6) to well filter broken glass in the cleaning water in the drainage process;
step three: after cleaning, the cleaning hydraulic rod (8) drives the artware to be highly lifted, the high-pressure air pump (21) and the heater (23) are started at the moment, the heater (23) heats air circulating inside the air guide pipe (22), then hot air enters the second communicating vessel (4), and then the hot air is sprayed out of the air inlet pipe to dry the cleaned artware;
step four: after drying, transferring the artware to a bearing turntable (15) by using a clamping cylinder (24), then starting a detection motor (27) and an industrial camera (16), and driving the bearing turntable (15) to rotate by using the detection motor (27), so that the industrial camera (16) can perform external scanning on the artware, and transmit a scanned picture to a detection center (28);
step five: a receiving module (29) in the detection center (28) receives data and transmits the data to an imaging module (30), the imaging module (30) performs splicing imaging on the received data, then transmits spliced patterns to a comparison module (31), and after comparison in the comparison module (31), whether the surface of the glass handicraft is cracked during carving can be judged;
step six: when the comparison result is inconsistent, the comparison module (31) transmits a signal to the rejection module (32), the clamping cylinder (24) clamps the artware on the unqualified product conveying belt (18), when the comparison result is consistent, the comparison module (31) transmits a signal to the conveying module (33), and the conveying module (33) controls the clamping cylinder (24) to clamp the artware on the qualified product conveying belt (17).
