Claims (10)
1. The organic selenium-rich lobster feed is characterized by comprising the following components:
wheat bran, fish meal, peanut cakes, selenium-enriched soybean meal, shrimp meal, fish oil, phospholipid oil, vitamin mixture, organic selenium and fish-shrimp sauce;
the wheat bran, the fish meal, the peanut cake, the selenium-rich soybean meal, the shrimp meal, the fish oil, the phospholipid oil, the vitamin mixture, the organic selenium and the fish-shrimp-like food are prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
10-25% of wheat bran, 20-30% of fish meal, 6-15% of peanut cake, 10-15% of selenium-rich soybean meal, 10-20% of shrimp meal, 5-10% of fish oil, 2-5% of phospholipid oil, 5-10% of vitamin mixture, 2-5% of organic selenium and 1-2% of fish-shrimp meal.
2. The organic selenium-rich lobster feed as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20% of wheat bran, 26% of fish meal, 8% of peanut cake, 12% of selenium-enriched soybean meal, 12% of shrimp meal, 6% of fish oil, 4% of phospholipid oil, 8% of vitamin mixture, 3% of organic selenium and 1% of fish-shrimp sauce.
3. The organic selenium-rich lobster feed as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15% of wheat bran, 22% of fish meal, 12% of peanut cake, 12% of selenium-rich soybean meal, 16% of shrimp meal, 8% of fish oil, 3% of phospholipid oil, 6% of vitamin mixture, 4% of organic selenium and 2% of fish-shrimp sauce.
4. The organic selenium-rich lobster feed as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
23% of wheat bran, 25% of fish meal, 8% of peanut cake, 15% of selenium-rich soybean meal, 10% of shrimp meal, 6% of fish oil, 5% of phospholipid oil, 5% of vitamin mixture, 2% of organic selenium and 1% of fish-shrimp sauce.
5. The preparation method of the organic selenium-rich lobster feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sterilizing wheat bran, fish meal, peanut cakes, selenium-enriched bean pulp and shrimp meal, and then putting into a fermentation tank for fermentation for 72 hours to obtain a fermented product;
s2, stirring and mixing the vitamin mixture and water according to a ratio of three to obtain a solution A, and mixing the organic selenium and water according to a ratio of five to obtain a solution B.
S3, adding fish oil and phospholipid oil into the fermentation product, mixing, standing for 30min, adding the solution A and the solution B, mixing again, standing for 10min, adding morchella, mixing, and standing for 5 min;
and S4, granulating the finally mixed material in the step S3 by a granulator to obtain granules with the length, width and height of 2 x 1mm, and bagging and storing after drying by a dryer.
6. The method for preparing lobster feed rich in organic selenium as claimed in claim 5, wherein in said step S1, fermentation temperature of fermentation tank is controlled at 20-40 deg.C, and humidity is controlled at above 75%.
7. The method for preparing lobster feed rich in organic selenium as claimed in claim 5, wherein in said step S2, the mixing of solution A is required to be at 100r/min for 3min, and the mixing of solution B is required to be at 120r/min for 5 min.
8. The method for preparing the lobster feed rich in organic selenium as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a mixing device for mixing the solution A and the solution B, wherein the mixing device comprises a mixing barrel, two mixing silos are arranged on the mixing barrel, a water inlet pipe is arranged above the mixing barrel, and a controller is arranged on the water inlet pipe;
the compounding device, the compounding device is fixed in the top of mixing the barrel, the compounding device is including being fixed in two compounding motors at mixing barrel top, the output fixedly connected with mixing shaft of compounding motor.
9. The preparation method of the lobster feed rich in organic selenium as claimed in claim 8, wherein a discharging pipe is fixedly connected to the bottom of the mixing barrel and below the two mixing silos, and an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the discharging pipe.
10. The method for preparing the lobster feed rich in organic selenium as claimed in claim 8, wherein the controller is provided with a water inlet pipe, two shunt pipes are fixedly connected to the water inlet pipe, and the shunt pipes are provided with electric control valves controlled by the controller.
