Attractant composition for spodoptera frugiperda and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of biological control, and particularly relates to a attractant composition for controlling Spodoptera frugiperda and application thereof.
Background
Spodoptera frugiperda (J.E. Smith) is a specific pest in the American area, a family Noctuidae of the Lepidoterata family of the Lepidoptera, also known as fall armyworm. 353 plants can be eaten by Spodoptera frugiperda, including corn, rice, sorghum, millet, sugarcane, vegetables, cotton and other crops. Spodoptera frugiperda is one of the most destructive corn pests in America, and can have a large impact on yield and quality if control measures are not sufficient. Spodoptera frugiperda has emerged as a pest in Africa since 2016, and has now become the major corn pest in the midwest of Africa. The insect invades Yunnan and Guangxi of China from southeast Asia in 2019, is harmful in 18 provinces (cities and districts) and seriously threatens the production of corn and other grains in China. At present, chemical pesticides are mainly used for preventing and controlling spodoptera frugiperda at home, but the problems of natural enemies killing, environmental pollution, pest resistance to drugs and the like are often accompanied. Therefore, a new green and safe way to control Spodoptera frugiperda is urgently needed. Insect sex pheromones called third-generation green pesticides are concerned by researchers due to the characteristics of high efficiency, no toxicity, no harm to natural enemies, high sensitivity, environmental friendliness and the like. Insect sex pheromones are usually trace chemicals secreted by mature female or male insects and released outside the body to attract insects of the same sex to mate. Sex pheromones are the guarantee of normal communication between male and female insects, and are the basis for the evolution and multiplication of insects. Plant volatiles play a crucial role in the discrimination of phytophagous insects between host and non-host, and host and normal host preference, and thus play a decisive role in the selection of insect host plants. Research shows that the host plant volatile matter has strong attraction effect on female moths and male moths. A chemical communication system for regulating and controlling insects by utilizing pheromones and plant volatile matters opens up a new way for controlling pests by using an eco-friendly method.

The synergist is 400 mug in mass and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 55% of nonanal, 25% of 2-heptanone and 20% of cis-9-tetradecene-1-alcohol.
The invention also provides a lure core for preventing and controlling spodoptera frugiperda, which contains the lure agent composition for preventing and controlling spodoptera frugiperda.
A preparation method of an attractant composition for preventing and controlling spodoptera frugiperda comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting a lure type which is a polyethylene black small bottle with the height of 2-2.5 cm, the diameter of 0.5-0.6 cm and the thickness of 0.02-0.03 cm;
(2) diluting the sex pheromone component and the synergist in the attractant composition of claim 1 to 0.1-10 mu g/mu L by using chlorinated paraffin, sucking 10-100 mu L and adding into a polyethylene black vial;
(3) and (3) sealing the polyethylene black small bottle added with the solution by using an electric iron, and storing the prepared lure in a refrigerator at the temperature of-20 ℃ for later use.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: according to the invention, a certain amount of plant volatile matters are added into the spodoptera frugiperda lure core, so that female and male spodoptera frugiperda can be simultaneously trapped and killed, and the spodoptera frugiperda lure core has strong trapping capability and good stability; meanwhile, after cis-9-tetradecene-1-alcohol is added, the rate of the hybrid insects for attracting the insects can be obviously reduced, and the method has important significance for monitoring Spodoptera frugiperda.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1 field trapping test of Spodoptera frugiperda
The prepared spodoptera frugiperda attractant composition is placed in a barrel-shaped trap and is placed in a spodoptera frugiperda occurrence area. In Table 1, 23 specific formulations are given, wherein a formulation with a sex pheromone mass of 1000. mu.g comprises 840. mu.g cis-9-tetradecen-1-ol acetate, 130. mu.g cis-11-hexadecen-1-ol acetate and 30. mu.g cis-7-dodecen-1-ol acetate.
TABLE 1
To ensure the release effect, the average spacing between traps is 20-30m, the height of lure is set to 1.5-2m, and the traps are arranged in random blocks. And (4) surveying the number of the spodoptera frugiperda induced every 3 days after setting, and continuously surveying for 30 days. The results of the examination are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the results in Table 2, the spodoptera frugiperda attractant composition of the invention has a good effect of trapping spodoptera frugiperda, when the mass of spodoptera frugiperda pheromone is 1000 ug, and the mass of synergist is 200 ug and 600 ug, the average trapping amount is significantly different (P is less than 0.05) compared with the trapping amount of sex pheromone alone or synergist alone, which indicates that the synergist has a synergistic effect on the lure prepared from the sex pheromone component, wherein the trapping effect of formula Z5 (containing 1000 ug of sex pheromone and 400 ug of synergist) is the best, and the average trapping amount is 102 + -4.93 a heads/traps. Meanwhile, the single-component synergist (nonanal, 2-heptanone or cis-9-tetradecene-1-alcohol) is added, so that the synergistic effect on the sex pheromone activity of spodoptera frugiperda is avoided, and the average trapping amount and the sex pheromone induced core are not obviously different.
The Spodoptera frugiperda attractant composition provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain; the preparation process of the lure is simple; the lasting period is long; the stability is good. After a certain amount of synergist is added into the spodoptera frugiperda pheromone lure core, female and male spodoptera frugiperda can be simultaneously trapped and killed, and the spodoptera frugiperda pheromone lure core has strong trapping capability; meanwhile, the attractant composition is environment-friendly, harmless to human and livestock, can be accurately applied to insect condition prediction, mass trapping and killing and mating interference, and has important significance for comprehensive treatment of spodoptera frugiperda.
