further, after the above authentication steps are completed, the user who refers to the transaction consultation is lifted up to serve as a main body of one party of the transaction, becomes the first user, and chooses to assume the role of a buyer or a seller in the transaction; for a high degree of freedom metasystem, allowing the user to freely initiate transactions and including the virtual objects freely selected for purchase as buyers or freely selling digital assets that he owns to be sellers;
after the first user confirms the role of the first user in the transaction, further proposing an intention price of the transaction object and waiting for confirmation of the second user; implementing the transaction matching process between the first user and the second user, and executing steps S401 to S404 by using a currently general transaction matching system and a transaction platform system;
further, generating a said intelligent contract based on a transaction of said transaction subject matter; the intelligent contract, in some embodiments, may be an intelligent contract running on a blockchain; the essence of the intelligent contract is a program which realizes the automatic processing of the traditional contract in a computer instruction mode; the intelligent contract automatically triggers and executes a section of codes of a plurality of transaction programs according to the transaction flow arrived by the first user and the second user, the intelligent contract program is a computer program which can be automatically executed, is a metacarpal participant, responds to the received information, can receive and store the value, and can also send the information and the value outwards. The smart contract may temporarily take over the trading subject matter, record the trading consultation proposed by the first user and an intentional price, and perform a circulation operation of the trading subject matter according to rules formulated by the metastic.
The second embodiment:
this embodiment should be understood to include at least all of the features of any of the foregoing embodiments and further modifications thereon;
in some cases, the first user desires to obtain only a partial or a certain benefit of the trading subject matter, utilizes the first user's desire to obtain three-day usage of the trading subject matter, or the first user desires to display the trading subject matter in a first space in the metasoma, but the second user may display the trading subject matter in a space other than the first space; therefore, the trading system is further optimized aiming at more customized trading requests;
in step S101, confirming, by the asset authentication unit, a property attribute of the virtual object, including identifying a multi-type right attribute that the virtual object can be split, such as a time-based short-term usage right, a space-based short-term usage right, or a secondary modification right based on the virtual object; rights of this type do not affect the ownership attributes of the virtual object or unnecessarily trigger the action of ownership attribute transfer;
if there is a lower level of entitlement requirement that does not affect the virtual object ownership attributes, recording by the asset authentication object in a list direction, and in step S303, presenting an optional list of entitlements for the first user for the specific permissions owned by the first user; further, in step S402, the specific right to perform the transaction is written into the smart contract and confirmed by the second user.
Example three:
this embodiment should be understood to include at least all of the features of any of the foregoing embodiments and further modifications thereon;
in some implementations, the subject matter of the transaction belongs to a digital asset having intellectual property attributes, such as a personal design drawing, music, games, or a meta-space scene, a particular physical law in a meta-space, etc.; the original creator of the transaction subject matter expects to add the information of the creator into the transaction subject matter and ensures that the traceability information of the original creator is still kept after the transaction subject matter is circulated by multiple transactions; or the original creator expects to obtain a certain proportion of transaction results in a proportion distribution mode in each transaction of the transaction subject matter;
therefore, the present embodiment further optimizes the above situation;
in step S201, after obtaining the hash value of the virtual object, the creator of the virtual object digitally signs the virtual object with its own secret key; the secret key can be a pair of keys encrypted in an asymmetric way, and comprises a public key and a private key; the creator discloses the public key to the transaction system and encrypts the hash value of the virtual object with a private key; writing the public key into a public key storage list of a meta universe and writing the public key into an intelligent contract when the asset circulation unit generates the intelligent contract; after the ownership of the transaction subject matter is transferred, the new owner needs to apply for obtaining the corresponding public key from the asset circulation unit; the owner needs to confirm the information of the original creator of the transaction subject matter, so as to obtain the public key, further decrypt the hash value representing the transaction subject matter, and further obtain the complete code information of the transaction subject matter;
in step S401, the first user and the second user are included to prompt that, in the current transaction, a part of transaction value of the current transaction is obtained by the creator including the transaction subject matter according to a specified proportion; and writing this distribution ratio into the smart contract, confirmed by the first user and the second user and executed accordingly.
In the above embodiments, the description of each embodiment has its own emphasis, and reference may be made to the related description of other embodiments for parts that are not described or recited in any embodiment.

Claims (1)

1. A transaction system for a metastic digital asset, the transaction system comprising: the system comprises an asset authentication unit, a user authentication unit, an asset right confirming unit and an asset circulation unit; the asset authentication unit performs a validation step on virtual objects in the meta-space system and generates an authentication record, so that each virtual object in the meta-space system that can be authenticated as a digital asset is provided with an authentication record; the asset right determining unit is used for performing right confirmation on the virtual object so as to determine the right of the virtual object; the asset circulation unit is used for butting supply and demand parties of the digital assets and transferring ownership of the digital assets in a transaction mode approved by the supply and demand parties;
wherein the authentication of the digital asset by the asset authentication unit comprises:
s1: performing digital asset authentication on the virtual object generated inside the metasystem; and the number of the first and second groups,
s2: performing asset examination and digital asset authentication on the virtual object transferred from the exterior of the metasystem by the user;
wherein the asset authentication unit's assets examination of the virtual object includes at least:
s101: confirming whether the virtual object can be endowed with a ownership attribute;
s102: confirming whether the virtual object can be given a price attribute;
s103: determining whether an owner of the virtual object can be altered;
after confirming that the virtual object has the right attribute and the price attribute, the asset authentication unit performs digital asset authentication on the virtual object, and the method comprises the following steps:
s201: carrying out hash encryption on the source code of the virtual object to obtain a source code hash value;
s202: recording the source code hash value to a list of digital assets of a metasma;
s203: creating or opening transaction attributes of the virtual object;
when steps S201, S202 and S203 are all completed, confirming that the virtual object completes digital assets;
the user authentication unit includes:
s301: confirming the identity of the user in the meta universe as a legal identity;
s302: confirming that the user has an asset account in the metasma;
s303: confirming that the user has the right to transact the digital asset;
allowing a user to select any one of the virtual objects as a trading target object under the meta-space scene, and initiating a trading consultation based on the trading target object; when one transaction consultation is initiated, the authentication steps of S101 to S103, S201 to S203 and S301 to S303 are executed, and the identity of the user initiating the transaction consultation is converted into a first user;
when the transaction consultation confirms that the digital asset certification of the transaction subject matter is passed, the transaction system further confirms with the first user a transaction direction for initiating a digital asset, including:
the first user selecting to become a buyer of a transaction based on the transaction subject matter; or,
the first user selecting to become a seller of a transaction based on the transaction subject matter;
the asset authority unit confirms whether the first user has an arbitrary authority for the transaction subject matter when the first user selects to become a seller based on the transaction subject matter; if the first user's right to the trading subject matter does not allow the first user to sell any interest on the trading subject matter, returning the result of performing the trading consultation as: can not be sold;
the asset right determining unit sets a right user of the transaction subject matter as a second user according to a right attribute of the transaction subject matter when the first user selects to become a buyer based on the transaction subject matter;
the asset circulation unit receives the trading consultation, generates a circulation request based on the trading target object according to the trading target object of the trading consultation, and executes the following steps of the circulation request:
s401: proposing, by the first user, an intent price for the transaction target; the intention price comprises a selling price or a purchasing price;
s402: the asset circulation unit generates an intelligent contract according to the transaction target and the intention price, and broadcasts the intelligent contract to a metasystem;
s403: if the transaction system currently determines the second user, the asset circulation unit establishes connection with the second user and sends the intelligent contract to the second user;
s404: if the second user is not determined by the transaction system currently, the intelligent contract is listed to a transaction platform of a meta-universe system, and the asset circulation unit is waited to be matched with the second user in the meta-universe system;
the second user confirms the terms of the intelligent contract with the asset circulation unit and broadcasts confirmation information on a trading platform; or after the second user gives a modification intention to the intelligent contract, returning the intelligent contract to the first user by the asset circulation unit, and waiting for the first user to confirm the modified intelligent contract;
after the first user and the second user confirm the transaction terms of the intelligent contract, the asset circulation unit supervises and executes the transaction terms of the intelligent contract executed by the two parties, and completes ownership transfer of the transaction subject matter; updating the ownership transfer result to the ownership attribute of the object;
the virtual object is generated, existed and operated in a code segment mode at a data level; activating the relevant attributes of the virtual object and causing the metasystem to re-direct the relevant management attention to the virtual object only when the user designates one of the virtual objects and the asset authentication unit performs the capitalization review steps as in S101 to S103 described above;
in the process of the asset examination, after the virtual object meets the asset examination requirement, the digital asset examination of S201 to S203 is performed, so that the virtual object has the digital asset attribute and further has the transaction attribute.
