Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the invention provides an anti-falling porcelain post insulator, including:
a porcelain post insulator 1;
an upper support flange 2 and a lower support flange 3 which are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the porcelain support insulator 1;
the core rod 4 penetrates through the porcelain pillar insulator 1 and is fixedly connected with the upper pillar flange 2 and the lower pillar flange 3 respectively; the core rod 4 is used for providing support when the porcelain post insulator 1 is broken.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3-6, the porcelain post insulator 1 includes a post 11, and a plurality of large sheds 12 and small sheds 13 coaxially stacked on the post 11, and the large sheds and the small sheds mainly play a role in increasing the surface creepage distance of the insulator. The pillar 11 is provided at both ends thereof with fitting pillars 14 for fitting with the upper pillar flange 2 and the lower pillar flange 3, respectively, and the pillar 11 is further provided with a central through hole 10 for inserting the core rod 4. The porcelain post insulator 1 is made of alumina ceramics by sintering, the highest operating voltage is 126kV, and the alternating current insulation level is 230 kV. As an example, in the embodiment, the outer diameter of the large umbrella skirt 12 is 280mm, and the number of the large umbrella skirt is 7; the outer diameter of the small umbrella skirt 13 is 180mm, and the number of the small umbrella skirt is 7; the outer diameter of the mounting post 14 is 110mm and the inner diameter of the central through hole 10 is 32 mm.
The core rod 4 comprises a plurality of glass fiber rod cores 40 and core rod end sleeves 41 bonded at two ends of the plurality of glass fiber rod cores 40, each core rod end sleeve 41 comprises a sleeve 410 and a threaded portion 411 protruding from one end of the sleeve 410, the core rod 4 is arranged in the central through hole 10 of the porcelain post insulator 1 in a penetrating mode, and the threaded portions 411 at two ends of the core rod 4 are fixedly connected with the upper post flange 2 and the lower post flange 3 through fastening nuts 5 respectively. The core rod end sleeve 41 is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer diameter of the sleeve 410 is 30mm, the inner diameter is 18mm, and the length is 100 mm; the threads of the threaded portion 411 are M16 × 2 metric threads. In this embodiment, the glass fiber rod core 40 has a diameter of 6mm and a length of 800mm, and 7 glass fiber rods are connected in parallel, and both ends of the glass fiber rod core are inserted into the sleeves 410 of the rod core end sleeves 41.
The upper pillar flange 2 and the lower pillar flange 3 have the same structure and are made of 6061 aluminum alloy, and the structure thereof will be described below with reference to fig. 6 by taking the lower pillar flange 3 as an example. The lower post flange 3 includes a base 31 and an assembly pipe 32 protruding from the base 31, the base 31 is used to connect the anti-drop porcelain post insulator of the present embodiment with the mounting base and the conductor, and the assembly pipe 32 is used to insert the assembly post 14 of the porcelain post insulator 1. As an example, the fitting tube 32 has an outer diameter of 130mm, an inner diameter of 110mm, and a height of 100 mm; the base 31 is a round corner square with the side length of 150mm and the thickness of 15 mm. A stopper 33 for stopping the mounting post 14 of the porcelain post insulator 1 to be inserted is further formed in the mounting pipe 32. The stopper 33 has a fitting hole 30 formed at the center thereof, and the threaded portion 411 of the mandrel bar 4 extends out from the central through hole 10 of the column 11, passes through the fitting hole 30, and is fastened to the fastening nut 5.
