Through carrying out data analysis on the parameter setting records recorded by the black box, the times of setting parameters after sale, which parameters are easy to change, what tools the after-sale personnel are used to for setting, whether the setting parameters are abnormal and the like can be known, the technical scheme can be optimized subsequently, the after-sale notice is carried out, and the operation level of the after-sale personnel is improved pertinently.
In a specific embodiment, the parameter setting record of the black box record of the air conditioner can be queried in various ways, for example, the remote controller is turned on and turned off for 10 times, and the air conditioner outputs the parameter setting record of the black box record through a 485 communication line; the wire controller combines key operation and outputs parameter setting records through an HBS communication line; and sending a remote inquiry instruction through a wireless 4G module, and transmitting the parameter setting record recorded by the black box.

In addition, black box recording is carried out on the setting of all EE parameters in the installation, debugging and maintenance processes of after-sales personnel, so that the problems can be conveniently analyzed subsequently, and the reasons can be traced.
The implementation mode can avoid the condition that the key parameters of the unit are changed or set wrongly by an installer in a conventional mode (such as a parameter remote controller, a line controller combination key and the like), but the monitoring software is reserved for setting key parameter channels (such as temporary opening only through verification of technicians, for example, three days of permission), so that the joint parameter setting under special after-sale conditions is facilitated; in addition, parameter operation in the whole life cycle process of the unit is intelligently recorded, time points, setting modes, times, set values and the like of debugging all parameters each time are recorded and stored, reports can be periodically exported for analysis, potential problems of the unit are early warned, and the unit debugging method of post-sale personnel is corrected and technically passed through.
Corresponding to the parameter setting method of the air conditioner provided in the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides a parameter setting device of an air conditioner, which can be applied to the air conditioner, and referring to a schematic structural diagram of the parameter setting device of the air conditioner shown in fig. 2, the device includes the following modules:
the first judging module 21 is configured to, when receiving the parameter setting instruction, judge whether a parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction is a key parameter; the parameter setting instruction comprises a parameter type and a parameter setting value.
The second judging module 22 is configured to judge whether the key parameter is in an authority locking state when the parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction is the key parameter.
And the determining module 23 is configured to reject the parameter setting value and determine that the parameter setting instruction is invalid when the key parameter is in the permission lock state.
According to the parameter setting device of the air conditioner, the authority setting is carried out on the key parameters, when the user sets the parameters, whether the set parameter types are the key parameters is judged, and when the key parameters are in the authority locking state, the parameter setting values sent by the user are rejected, so that the user cannot set the locked key parameters, the key parameters of the air conditioner are ensured not to be changed by mistake, the unit operation abnormity or faults caused by the wrong change of the key parameters are avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment, the second determining module 22 is further configured to read a key parameter permission flag, and determine that the key parameter is in a permission locking state if the key parameter permission flag is 1; and if the key parameter authority mark is 0, determining that the key parameter is not in an authority locking state.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus further comprises:
and the first parameter setting module is used for determining to enter an equipment testing process if test information is received when the air conditioner is powered on for the first time, setting parameters based on the parameter information sent by the testing system, and setting the key parameter authority flag to be 1.

And the fourth parameter setting module is used for determining that the parameter setting instruction is valid and receiving and storing the key parameter setting value to update and set the key parameter if the parameter setting value is the key parameter setting value and the key parameter setting value is sent by the authorized monitoring server.
The output module is used for recording and storing the parameter setting record; the parameter setting record comprises an effective setting record and an ineffective setting record, the effective setting record comprises setting time, a setting mode, a setting parameter type and a parameter setting value corresponding to an effective parameter setting instruction, and the ineffective setting record comprises setting time, a setting mode and a parameter setting type corresponding to an ineffective parameter setting instruction; and outputting the parameter setting record when receiving a record acquisition instruction sent by a user.
The parameter setting device of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment can configure different unit EE parameters, so that the personalized requirements of market users are met; after-sale setting authority locking is realized on the key parameters, and after-sale parameter mismodification is prevented; related faults can be rapidly checked through parameter setting records recorded by the black boxes of the unit, so that a user can perform black box data summary analysis and assist in guiding and improving after-sales professional level.
Corresponding to the parameter setting method of the air conditioner provided by the above embodiment, the embodiment provides an air conditioner, which includes a black box, an EEPROM chip and a controller, the controller includes a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program and a processor, and the computer program is read and executed by the processor to implement the parameter setting method of the air conditioner provided by the above embodiment.
The present embodiment further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the processes of the embodiment of the parameter setting method for an air conditioner, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the details are not repeated here. The computer-readable storage medium may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A parameter setting method of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a parameter setting instruction is received, judging whether the parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction is a key parameter or not; the parameter setting instruction comprises the parameter type and a parameter setting value;
if so, judging whether the key parameter is in an authority locking state;
and when the key parameter is in the authority locking state, rejecting the parameter setting value and determining that the parameter setting instruction is invalid.
2. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of judging whether the key parameter is in a locked state includes:
reading a key parameter authority mark, and if the key parameter authority mark is 1, determining that the key parameter is in an authority locking state;
and if the key parameter authority mark is 0, determining that the key parameter is not in an authority locking state.
3. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to claim 2, further comprising:
when the air conditioner is powered on for the first time, if test information is received, the air conditioner determines to enter an equipment test process, parameter setting is carried out based on parameter information sent by a test system, and the key parameter authority mark is set to be 1.
4. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if the parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction does not belong to the key parameter, determining that the parameter setting instruction is valid, and receiving and storing the parameter setting value to update and set the parameter.
5. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if the key parameter is not in a locked state, determining that the parameter setting instruction is valid, and receiving and storing the parameter setting value to update and set the parameter.
6. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if the parameter setting value is a key parameter setting value and the key parameter setting value is sent by the authorized monitoring server, determining that the parameter setting instruction is valid, and receiving and storing the key parameter setting value to update and set the key parameter.
7. The parameter setting method of an air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
recording and storing parameter setting records; the parameter setting record comprises an effective setting record and an ineffective setting record, the effective setting record comprises setting time, a setting mode, a setting parameter type and a parameter setting value corresponding to an effective parameter setting instruction, and the ineffective setting record comprises setting time, a setting mode and a parameter setting type corresponding to an ineffective parameter setting instruction;
and outputting the parameter setting record when receiving a record acquisition instruction sent by a user.
8. A parameter setting apparatus of an air conditioner, comprising:
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction is a key parameter or not when the parameter setting instruction is received; the parameter setting instruction comprises a parameter type and a parameter setting value;
the second judgment module is used for judging whether the key parameter is in an authority locking state or not when the parameter type carried in the parameter setting instruction is the key parameter;
and the determining module is used for rejecting the parameter setting value and determining that the parameter setting instruction is invalid when the key parameter is in the authority locking state.
9. An air conditioner comprising a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program and a processor, the computer program being read and executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that it stores a computer program which, when read and executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
