The fixing member does not include a display hardware or the like, and the fixing member is connected to the display device 50, so that the display device 50 can be fixedly installed at a predetermined position.
Further, the above-described transparent display device 50 or the commercially available display device 50 may be connected to the fixing member in a manner of matching a screw with a screw hole, or in a manner of buckling a card slot with a buckle, or the display device 50 and the fixing member are integrally connected, that is, the display device 50 and the fixing member are integrated, which is not limited herein.
Further, the predetermined position where the display device 50 is installed may be a plane of a table, a counter, etc., or a plane of a wall, etc.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member may include: the magnetic attraction module comprises a body, a magnetic attraction module 20 and a magnetic attraction piece 1. The body can with display panel 51 fixed connection in display device 50, magnetism inhale module 20 and set up on the body, magnetism adsorbs piece 1 fixed the setting at the mounted position for with magnetism inhale module 20 cooperation, fix the body at the mounted position through the mode of magnetism.
It is understood that the display panel 51 may be connected with the fixing member body 30.
In one embodiment, the magnetic attraction member 1 may be a paramagnetic material, such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc., and the magnetic attraction module 20 may be a permanent magnet.
The magnetic attraction member 1 is fixedly provided at the mounting position, for example: the magnetic adsorption piece 1 can be made into different shapes according to the needs on the planes of a desk, a counter or a wall, for example, the cross section can be square, rectangular, round-corner rectangular, oval and the like, and the position of the body is fixed on the preset position of a desktop and the like.
It can be understood that through being provided with magnetism on the body of mounting and inhaling module 20 and the cooperation of the magnetic attraction piece 1 that sets up at the installation region to the mode of magnetism is inhaled and is installed mounting body 30 to the installation region, when not influencing fixed effect, reduces the too big, the overweight problem of weight of mounting volume among the prior art, realizes the mounting frivolousization.
In one embodiment, the magnetic module 20 can be disposed on the fixing member body 30 by embedding.
Specifically, a groove may be formed on the fixing member body 30, the magnetic module 20 is fixedly disposed in the groove, and a surface of the magnetic module 20 exposed from the groove is flush with a surface of an opening of the groove.
In one embodiment, the module 20 can be a permanent magnet made of a wide hysteresis loop, high coercivity, and high remanence material, such as a rubidium-iron-boron magnet, a samarium-cobalt magnet, and the like. The fixing of the fixing member to the mounting position is achieved by the permanent magnet cooperating with the magnetic attraction member 1 fixed at the mounting position.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure along a thickness direction, and fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In this embodiment, the magnetic module 20 may include: the magnetic field generator comprises an adsorption piece 5, a magnetic conduction piece 2, a conductive coil 7 and a magnet 3.
Specifically, conductive coil 7 is around establishing on mounting body 30 surface, and magnet 3 is movably set up between adsorption part 5 and magnetic conduction part 2, and magnetic conduction part 2 exposes from the recess, and adsorption part 5 sets up in the recess, and keeps away from and set up with magnetic conduction part 2, when the electric current of passing through the first direction in conductive coil 7, magnet 3 removes to the adsorption plate, when the reverse current of passing through the first direction in conductive coil 7, magnet 3 removes to magnetic conduction part 2.
In one embodiment, the surface of the groove is provided with a casing 4 with a sleeve-shaped structure, and the casing 4 can be made of non-magnetic material, such as PVC, PC, teflon, etc. The adsorption member 5, the magnetic conduction member 2 and the magnet 3 are arranged in the housing 4.
It can be understood that the magnet 3 is located in the sleeve, the conductive coil 7 is arranged around the sleeve, the magnet 3 has a section of air gap 6 from the adsorption part 5 or the magnetic conductive part 2, and the magnet 3 can move between the adsorption part 5 and the magnetic conductive part 2 according to the direction of current in the conductive coil 7.
Further, the adsorbing member 5 and the magnetic conducting member 2 can be made of high-magnetic-permeability and low-remanence materials, such as iron and nickel, and the magnet 3 can be a permanent magnet and made of wide-hysteresis loop, high-coercivity and high-remanence materials, such as a rubidium-iron-boron magnet and a samarium-cobalt magnet. The adsorption piece 5 is used for fixing the movement of the magnet 3, the magnetic conduction piece 2 is used for conducting the magnet 3 to generate magnetic force, and the conductive coil 7 is used for magnetizing, demagnetizing and controlling the movement of the magnet 3. It can be understood that when the direction of the current generated by the conductive coil 7 is consistent with the direction of the magnetic force lines of the magnet 3 (i.e. the first current direction), that is, the magnet 3 is magnetized, and the magnet 3 is controlled to move towards the direction of the magnetic guide 2. When the direction of the electromagnetic force generated by the conductive coil 7 is opposite to the direction of the magnetic force line of the magnet 3, the magnet 3 is demagnetized, and the magnet 3 is controlled to move towards the direction of the adsorption piece 5.
For example, when a current in a first direction passes through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves towards the direction close to the magnetic conductive member 2 and is adsorbed to the magnetic conductive member 2, and at this time, the magnetic conductive member 2 has a strong adsorption force and can cooperate with the magnetic adsorption member 1 to fix the fixing member to the installation position. On the contrary, when the current opposite to the first direction passes through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves towards the direction close to the adsorption part 5 and adsorbs to the adsorption part 5, at the moment, an air gap 6 exists between the magnet 3 and the magnetic conduction part 2, the magnetic conduction part 2 loses magnetism or only has weak magnetism, so that the adsorption force of one end where the magnetic conduction part 2 is located is reduced, the fixing effect of the magnetic adsorption part 1 and the magnetic adsorption module 20 can be relieved, and the effect of moving the fixing part body 30 is realized.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a structural schematic view of a magnetic attraction module 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the magnet 3 is attracted to the magnetic conductive member 2, the magnetic attraction module 20 is in a magnetic attraction state, and at this time, the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic attraction module 20 and the magnetic attraction member 1 disposed at the installation position is the greatest, so as to fix the fixing member body 30.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a demagnetizing state of the magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, when the magnet 3 is attracted to the adsorbing member 5, the magnetic module 20 is in an attracting and demagnetizing state, and at this time, the magnetic attraction force generated by the magnetic module 20 and the predetermined position is the minimum, so as to facilitate moving the fixing member body 30.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in which the magnetic module 20 may further include a control system. The control system is electrically communicated with the conductive coil 7 of the magnetic attraction module 20 and is used for controlling the current direction of the conductive coil 7.
It can be understood that by setting the control system, the current direction in the conductive coil 7 can be controlled, and the connection state between the magnetic attraction module 20 and the magnetic attraction piece 1 can be conveniently adjusted according to the requirement.
In one embodiment, a control system comprises: a power module 21 and a control module 24.
The power module 21 is electrically connected to the conductive coil 7, and is configured to output a current to the conductive coil 7. And the control module 24 is electrically connected with the power supply module 21 and the conductive coil 7 and is used for controlling the current direction in the conductive coil 7.
Further, the power module 21 may be a battery pack or a combination of a battery pack and a capacitor, and an appropriate power module 21 may be selected according to a usage scenario.
In one embodiment, the control system further comprises: a power management module 22. The power management module 22 is electrically connected to the power module 21 and configured to perform charging and discharging management on the power module 21, and the power management module 22 is further connected to the control module 24 and configured to control the voltage output from the power module 21 to the control module 24.
It is understood that, by providing the power management module 22 in the control system, the power module 21 connected to the module is charged or discharged for management, and is connected to the control module 24, the voltage output by the power module 21 is adjusted until the operating voltage of the control module 24 is met.
In one embodiment, the control module 24 includes: a logic circuit 25 and an H-bridge circuit.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a circuit diagram of the control module 24 according to an embodiment of the present application, where V + represents an interface of the power module 21, the logic circuit 25 is electrically connected to the power module 21, and the H-bridge circuit is electrically connected to the logic circuit 25. Logic circuit 25 and the H-bridge circuit are used to control the direction of current flow in conductive coil 7 to control the direction of movement of magnet 3.
It will be appreciated that the direction of current flow in the H-bridge circuit is controlled by the logic circuit 25 and causes the direction of current flow in the conductive coil 7 to change, thereby controlling the state of connection between the magnet 3 and the magnetic attraction 1.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, fig. 8 is a circuit diagram of the logic circuit 25 according to an embodiment of the present application. The switching tubes VT1, VT2, VT3 and VT4 constitute an H-bridge circuit, and the conductive coil 7YA wound around the groove is connected to the terminal a and the terminal B. U1 is a buffer, U2 is an inverter, when the terminal L and the terminal P are both 1 (high), VT1 and VT4 are turned on, and the current direction of the conductive coil 7YA is a to B (i.e., the first direction current in the embodiment of the present application); when one of the terminals L and P is 0 (low level), VT2 and VT3 are turned on, and the current direction of the conductive coil 7YA is B to a (i.e., the current opposite to the first direction in the present embodiment). Thus, the current direction in the conductive coil 7YA can be changed by controlling the states of the logic control end points L and P of the H-bridge circuit, so that the magnetic attraction direction of the magnetic attraction module 20 can be changed.
In one embodiment, the logic circuit 25 is also used to disconnect the electrical connection to the H-bridge circuit and the power module 21.
Specifically, power module 21 outputs the VP signal, time relay KT1 switches on, normally closed contact KA2 keeps the closure state, normally open contact KA1 keeps the off-state, this moment the endpoint S is in the on-state to endpoint S1, auxiliary relay KC1 is switched on, contact K5 is closed, endpoint P output signal 0, H bridge circuit control coil current direction is flowed to B by a, magnetism is inhaled 2 directions of magnetic conduction piece of module 20 and magnet 3' S magnetic pole direction the same, magnet 3 to magnetism module 20 is inhaled to magnetism charges, make magnetism inhale module 20 and can adsorb preset position.
When the time relay KT1 time delay arrives, normally closed contact KA2 disconnection, normally open contact KA1 are closed, the route between the terminal point S to S1 is disconnected, auxiliary relay KC1 disconnection, contact K5 disconnection, terminal point P output signal 1 this moment, this moment magnetism inhale module 20 for the demagnetization state, can prepare to relieve with the fixed effect (magnet 3 adsorbs with adsorption 5) between the adsorption piece 1.
Referring to fig. 6 and 8, in an embodiment, the magnetic attraction system further includes: a protection module 23. The protection module 23 is connected to the logic circuit 25, and is configured to maintain a state of passing a first direction current in the conductive coil 7 under a preset condition.
It can be understood that the protection module 23 is connected with the logic circuit 25, and when detecting that the object connected at the two ends of the shell 4 in the magnetic module 20 is in the preset state, the current flow direction of the logic circuit 25 correspondingly arranged according to the preset state is realized to fix the position of the magnet 3, so that the magnet 3 and the preset position are in the adsorption state, and the stability of the magnetic module 20 is improved.
In this embodiment, the preset condition is that the display panel 51 is currently in an on state. It should be noted that the preset condition may also be set that the display panel 51 is currently in the off state, and the current direction in the conductive coil 7 may also be opposite to the first direction.
Specifically, the protection module 23 is connected to the endpoint AP, and controls the endpoint AP to send out different high level signals or low level signals according to a preset condition. The first switch K1 and the second switch K2 are connected in series and are connected in series at a normally closed switch contact K7 of the intermediate relay KC 4. When the signal to AP terminal is 1 (the display panel 51 is not activated), the relay KC4 controls the normally closed switch contact K7 to be in a closed state, and simultaneously closes the first switch K1 and the second switch K2, and the terminal S to terminal S1 is in an on state. Because KC3 and KC1 are in the power-off state at this moment, the end points L and P output signals 1, the current direction of the control coil of the H-bridge driving unit flows from B to A, the magnetic pole direction of the electromagnet of the magnetic attraction module 20 is opposite to the magnetic pole direction of the magnet 3, the magnet 3 moves towards one side where the attraction piece 5 is located under the action of the electromagnet and is attracted to the attraction piece 5, the magnetic attraction module 20 is in the demagnetizing state at this moment, and unlocking with the magnetic attraction piece 1 is achieved. If the AP signal at the terminal is 0 (the display panel 51 is activated), the relay KC4 controls the normally closed switch contact K7 to be in an open state, and the operations of the first switch K1 and the second switch K2 are disabled.
Further, the terminal AC may be controlled by a preset program, when the terminal AC outputs a high level, the normally open contact K4 of the relay KC2 is closed, and similarly, when the lock switch K3 is pressed, the contact K3 is closed, the K3 and the K4 are connected in parallel, when one of them is closed, the time relay KT2 is turned on, the normally closed contact KA3 thereof is turned off with a delay, the K03 and the K04 are sub-contacts of the switch K3 and the normally open contact K4 of the relay, respectively, in synchronization with the actions of the K3 and the K4, the K3 or the K4 is closed, the terminals S to S1 are turned on, the intermediate relay KC3 is turned on, the contact K6 is closed, the terminal L outputs a signal 0, the current direction of the H-bridge circuit control conductive coil 7 flows from a to B, the magnetic conductive member 2 and the magnet 3 are magnetized, and the magnet 3 is attracted to the magnetic member 2 block. When KT2 delay time arrives, contact KA3 is disconnected, and terminal S to S1 are disconnected, and terminal L and P output signal 1 stop magnetizing, through letting magnetism inhale module 20 and be the state of magnetizing intermittently, can effectively practice thrift the electric energy in the power module 21.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, a switch in the logic circuit 25 may be disposed on a surface of the fixing member, so as to facilitate a user to switch the state of the magnetic module 20.
