then, the first side body 7 and the second side body 8 are rotated, the rotation angle is 90 degrees, when the limiting part moves between the upper track 4 and the lower track 5, the limiting screw rod 32 is rotated, the limiting screw rod 32 axially moves, the limiting screw rod 32 on the upper side is upwards inserted into the upper limiting groove 33, the limiting screw rod 32 on the lower side is downwards inserted into the lower limiting groove 34, and therefore the matching of the limiting part and the upper track/the lower track is completed; see fig. 13;
step e: unfolding the serial curtain wall, wherein when the serial curtain wall is unfolded, the first side body 7 and the second side body 8 are far away from each other, the third hinge is close to the upper rail 4 and the lower rail 5, when the third hinge on the upper side moves to the upper rail 4, the third hinge is in sliding connection with the upper rail 4 correspondingly, and when the third hinge on the lower side moves to the lower rail 5, the third hinge is in sliding connection with the lower rail 5 correspondingly;
in the step: when the intermediate body 9 is positioned between the second mechanical arms, when the tandem type curtain wall is unfolded, the telescopic rod 45 is shortened, the moving seat 44 moves towards the intermediate body 9, the corresponding intermediate body 9 is sucked when the suction cups 47 abut against the intermediate bodies 9 on the two sides, then the telescopic rod 45 is extended, the suction cups 47 are far away from the lifting plate 41, the rotating arms 46 rotate to unfold the intermediate body 9 positioned on the lifting plate 41 towards the two sides, when the intermediate body 9 is unfolded, the first side body 7 and the second side body 8 are far away from each other, the limiting screw rod 32 slides in the upper limiting groove and the lower limiting groove, the roller 28 rolls in the lower guiding groove 30, and the guide wheel 13 rotates in the upper guiding groove 14, see fig. 14; the suction cups 47 then release the single bodies, at which time the intermediate bodies 9 on both sides form two V-shaped structures, and the worker pushes the corner portions of the V-shape with hands, see FIG. 15; the V-shaped structure can be flattened, see fig. 16; in the process of flattening, the corresponding third hinge moves to the upper and lower tracks, the third hinge moves, the bending rod 38 moves in the annular groove, when the V-shaped structure is flattened, the third hinge is just positioned at the upper limit groove 33 and the lower limit groove 34, meanwhile, the bending rod 38 reaches the channel 39, and under the action of the driving spring, the upper latch 37 moves upwards and is inserted into the upper limit groove 33, see fig. 17; the lower bolt 37 moves downwards to be inserted into the lower limit groove 34; thereby realizing the matching of the third hinge and the upper and lower tracks; in the process, if the side columns 49 are arranged on the two sides of the installation vehicle, the side columns 49 are positioned on the inner sides of the upper supporting plate 2 and the lower supporting plate 3, and the single bodies pass through the outer sides of the side columns 49 when extending to the two sides along the upper rail and the lower rail, compared with the traditional installation method, the construction without bypassing the side columns is greatly facilitated, the movement resistance of the single bodies along the upper rail and the lower rail is greatly reduced under the action of the rollers 28 and the guide wheels 13, and the like, all the middle bodies 9 on the installation vehicle are sequentially unfolded, and the third hinge is automatically matched with the upper rail and the lower rail each time when a new single body moves to the plane where the upper rail and the lower rail are positioned, so that the unfolded single bodies are always positioned on the plane where the upper rail and the lower rail are positioned, and the stability of the curtain wall is improved;
when the serial curtain wall is completely unfolded, two ends of the serial curtain wall abut against the corresponding positioning columns 48; at the moment, the limiting piece enters the embedded groove; see fig. 7; therefore, most of installation is completed, the installation of the curtain wall is carried out on the floor slab, and the safety is greatly improved;
finally, reinforcing the monomers, sealing gaps among the monomers, and performing waterproof treatment;
fig. 1 is an elevation view after installation is completed.

Claims (5)

1. A method for installing assembled curtain walls in series is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a, step a: installing an upper supporting plate at the position of the boundary beam at the upper side of a floor on which a curtain wall is to be installed, and installing a lower supporting plate at the position of the boundary beam at the lower side of the floor;
step b: an upper rail is arranged on the lower side of the upper support plate, and a lower rail is arranged on the upper side of the lower support plate;
step c: arranging a mounting vehicle on the floor slab, erecting the folded tandem curtain wall on the mounting vehicle, and carrying the tandem curtain wall between the upper track and the lower track by using the mounting vehicle;
the serial curtain wall is formed by hinging a plurality of single bodies end to end;
dividing a monomer into a first edge body, a second edge body and a plurality of intermediate bodies positioned between the first edge body and the second edge body;
the first side body and the second side body are respectively positioned at two ends of the serial curtain wall; one side of each middle body, which is close to the first edge body, is hinged with the adjacent single body through a first hinge and a second hinge, and one side of each middle body, which is close to the second edge body, is hinged with the adjacent single body through a plurality of third hinges;
the first hinge is positioned on the upper side of the serial curtain wall, the second hinge is positioned on the lower side of the serial curtain wall, and the third hinge is distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the serial curtain wall;
the second hinge is used for being connected with the lower rail in a sliding mode, the first hinge is used for being connected with the upper rail in a sliding mode, the third hinge on the upper side is used for being connected with the upper rail in a sliding mode, and the third hinge on the lower side is used for being connected with the lower rail in a sliding mode;
the upper end and the lower end of one side of the first edge body, which is far away from the intermediate body, are provided with limiting pieces which are respectively used for being in sliding connection with the upper track and the lower track;
the upper end and the lower end of one side of the second edge body, which is far away from the middle body, are provided with limiting pieces which are respectively used for being in sliding connection with the upper track and the lower track;
step d: the first hinge is matched with the upper track, the second hinge is matched with the lower track, and the first edge body and the second edge body are rotated, so that the corresponding limiting parts are respectively connected with the upper track and the lower track in a sliding manner;
step e: the serial curtain wall is unfolded, when the serial curtain wall is unfolded, the first edge body and the second edge body are far away from each other, the third hinge is close to the upper rail and the lower rail, when the third hinge on the upper side moves to the upper rail, the third hinge is in sliding connection with the upper rail correspondingly, and when the third hinge on the lower side moves to the lower rail, the third hinge is in sliding connection with the lower rail correspondingly;
the first hinge comprises a first rotating plate fixedly connected with the corresponding single body, a first guide sleeve fixedly connected with the corresponding single body and a first rotating shaft fixedly connected with the first rotating plate;
the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the first guide sleeve;
a first sliding shaft is connected in the first guide sleeve in a sliding manner, a plurality of driving teeth are fixedly connected on the first sliding shaft, a guide wheel is rotatably connected at the upper end of the first sliding shaft, an upper guide groove for the guide wheel to roll is formed in the lower side of an upper rail, a worm wheel matched with the driving teeth is rotatably connected in a monomer fixedly connected with the first guide sleeve, the worm wheel is used for driving the first sliding shaft to move up and down, a first transmission gear is fixedly connected on the worm wheel, the first transmission gear is meshed with a second transmission gear, the second transmission gear is fixedly connected with a driven bevel gear, the driven bevel gear is meshed with a driving bevel gear, and a transmission shaft penetrates through one side, close to a first hinge, of each monomer;
the driving bevel gear is fixedly connected with the corresponding transmission shaft;
when the tandem curtain wall is folded, all the transmission shafts are coaxial and are connected end to end;
the second hinge comprises a second guide sleeve fixedly connected with the corresponding monomer, a second rotating plate fixedly connected with the corresponding monomer, a second rotating shaft penetrating through the second guide sleeve and a roller rotatably connected to the lower end of the second rotating shaft;
the upper end of the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the second rotating plate, the second rotating shaft is sleeved with a first return spring, the upper end of the first return spring is connected with the second rotating plate, and the lower end of the first return spring is connected with the second rotating shaft;
the upper side of the lower track is provided with a lower guide groove for the rolling of the roller;
the third hinge comprises a third guide sleeve fixedly connected with the corresponding monomer, a third rotating plate fixedly connected with the corresponding monomer, a third rotating shaft fixedly connected with the third rotating plate, a bolt connected in the third guide sleeve in a sliding manner, a pull rod fixedly connected at one end of the bolt close to the third rotating shaft, a driving spring positioned between the bolt and the third rotating shaft, a slot for inserting the pull rod positioned at one end of the third rotating shaft, a bending rod positioned at one end of the pull rod far away from the bolt, an annular groove positioned at the bottom of the slot and used for rotating the bending rod, and a channel positioned at one side of the annular groove and used for enabling the bending rod to leave the annular groove;
when the third hinge on the upper side moves to the upper track, the bending rod of the corresponding third hinge corresponds to the channel;
when the third hinge on the lower side moves to the lower rail, the bending rod of the corresponding third hinge corresponds to the channel;
the limiting part comprises a supporting sleeve fixedly connected with the single body and a limiting screw rod in threaded connection with the supporting sleeve;
an upper limiting groove for the limiting screw to slide is formed in the lower side of the upper rail, and a lower limiting groove for the limiting screw to slide is formed in the upper side of the lower rail;
in the step b, two positioning columns are arranged between the upper track and the lower track;
in the step c, the serial curtain walls are positioned between the positioning columns;
an embedded groove for embedding the limiting part is arranged on the positioning column;
step e: when the serial curtain wall is completely unfolded, two ends of the serial curtain wall are abutted against the corresponding positioning columns.
2. The assembled curtain wall tandem installation method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first rotating groove is formed on one side of the single body, a second rotating groove is formed on the other side of the single body, and a sliding groove is formed in the single body;
the transmission shaft comprises a telescopic part and a matching part;
the telescopic part comprises a first rotating head positioned in the first rotating groove, a sliding sleeve positioned in the sliding groove and a first connecting rod positioned between the first rotating head and the sliding sleeve;
a transmission groove is formed in one side, far away from the matching part, of the first rotating head;
the matching part comprises a second rotating head positioned in the second rotating groove and a second connecting rod fixedly connected with the second rotating head;
the cross section of the second connecting rod is square, one end, far away from the second rotating head, of the second connecting rod is connected in the sliding sleeve in a sliding mode, a buffer spring is arranged in the sliding sleeve, and a transmission protrusion matched with the transmission groove is fixedly connected to the second rotating head.

The assembled curtain wall tandem installation method of claim 1, wherein the installation vehicle comprises a base, wheels rotatably connected to the lower side of the base, a lifting plate located above the base, a lifting cylinder located between the lifting plate and the base, a sliding seat slidably connected to the lifting plate, a driving cylinder for driving the sliding seat, two clamping plates slidably connected to the sliding seat for clamping the tandem curtain wall, a driving device for driving the clamping plates, a first mechanical arm for rotating the transmission shaft, and two second mechanical arms located on opposite sides of the lifting plate;
the second mechanical arm is used for stretching the tandem type curtain wall so as to enable the third hinge to be close to the upper rail and the lower rail.

The assembled curtain wall tandem type installation method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first mechanical arm comprises a first driving arm with one end connected with the lifting plate, a rotating machine positioned at one end of the first driving arm, and an adjusting head connected with the rotating machine;
the adjusting head is provided with a transmission groove used for being matched with the transmission bulge.
