Description

Washing machine control method and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing machines, and relates to a washing-free washing machine adopting a holeless roller, in particular to a control method applied to the washing-free washing machine, and particularly relates to a dehydration control method applied to the washing-free washing machine.
Background
In the prior art, a drum washing machine generally comprises a drum and an outer drum which are sleeved with each other, wherein the outer drum is sealed for containing water, and the drum is used for containing clothes and beating and washing the clothes through rotating the drum; meanwhile, the dewatering holes are formed in the roller, so that water in the outer barrel flows into the roller through the dewatering holes to soak clothes in the roller, the water in the roller flows out of the outer barrel through the dewatering holes, and moisture on the clothes in the roller is discharged to the outer barrel through the dewatering holes when the roller rotates at a high speed, and the purpose of washing the clothes is achieved.
However, since the drum and the outer tub are nested with each other, dirt is easily accumulated between the inner and outer tubs during the use of the washing machine; meanwhile, because the inner drum and the outer drum are mutually sleeved, a user cannot clean the outer wall of the drum and the inner wall of the outer drum, so that bacteria in the washing machine are increased, and the washing efficiency of the washing machine and the cleanliness of washed clothes are reduced.
Meanwhile, in the existing washing machine, the outer cylinder is sleeved outside the drum, and clothes are beaten and washed by rotating the drum in the washing process of the washing machine, so that the washing capacity of the washing machine is based on the drum, the utilization rate of the internal space of the washing machine is low, and the washing capacity of the washing machine cannot be expanded on the existing basis.
Therefore, the washing machine is provided to integrate the inner drum and the outer drum, so that the drum is set to be a sealed container, water and clothes can be contained, and the washing machine can rotate to beat and wash the clothes, thereby becoming a research and development hotspot.
After the drum is set as a sealed container, the drum often cannot be lifted to a high rotation speed due to the fact that the eccentricity exceeds a preset range, so that the washing machine cannot normally operate a dehydration program.
Meanwhile, because the drum of the washing machine is a sealed container without holes, when the washing machine executes a dehydration procedure, a large amount of free water in a free state can be reserved in the drum, so that the total amount of the drum is large, the rotating speed is not easy to increase, and a large amount of energy is consumed.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a control method of a washing machine, so as to achieve the purpose of smoothly starting a dehydration program of a washing machine with a non-porous inner barrel.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides a control method of a washing machine, which executes a free water discharging step after the eccentricity of a drum of the washing machine exceeds a set value when the washing machine executes a dehydration program, and discharges the free water in the drum.
Further, the initial stage of the dehydration procedure is a drum rotating speed increasing process;
during the course of raising drum rotation speed, the eccentricity of the drum of the washing machine is detected, and after the detected eccentricity value exceeds the set value M1 and the drum rotation speed cannot be raised to the dewatering rotation speed v2, the free water discharging step is executed.
Further, after the eccentric detection value of the roller exceeds a set value M1, a leveling step is firstly executed; then, running the roller rotating speed increasing process again until the roller rotating speed is increased to the dehydration rotating speed v 2;
when the rotating speed of the roller cannot be increased to the dewatering rotating speed v2 due to the fact that the eccentricity detection value exceeds the set value M1 for N times continuously, the free water discharging step is started;
preferably, the leveling step is to control the roller to rotate at the low speed set value v0 for a set time, so that the clothes in the roller are uniformly distributed.
Further, the free water discharging step is that the roller is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed v1, the centrifugal valve at the water discharging port of the roller is opened under the action of centrifugal force, and the free water in the roller is discharged from the water discharging port.
Further, when the eccentric detection value of the drum exceeds the set value M1 and is lower than the set value M2 while the washing machine performs the free water discharging step, the drum continues to rotate at the set rotation speed v1, and the free water in the drum is discharged from the opened water discharge port.
Further, after the free water discharging step is finished, the rotating speed of the roller is controlled to be increased to the dehydration rotating speed v2, and water on the clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged out through a water outlet opened by a centrifugal valve.
Further, after the free water discharging step is executed, controlling the roller to execute a leveling step, reducing the rotating speed of the roller, and enabling the clothes in the roller to fall and be distributed; then, the rotating speed of the roller is increased to a dewatering rotating speed v2, and water on the clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged out through a water outlet opened by a centrifugal valve.
Further, when the rotation speed of the roller reaches a set value v, the roller centrifugal valve opens the water outlet; when the rotation speed of the roller is lower than a set value v, the roller centrifugal valve closes the water outlet;
the dehydration rotation speed v2 is greater than the set rotation speed v1, and the set rotation speed v1 is greater than or equal to the set value v.
Further, the washing machine control method includes the steps of,
step S1, executing a dehydration program;
step S2, increasing the rotating speed of the roller in the rotating speed increasing process;
detecting the eccentricity of the roller, and executing step S3 when the detected value of the eccentricity is larger than a set value M1; otherwise, the rotating speed of the drum is continuously increased until reaching the dehydrating rotating speed v2, and the step S6 is executed;
step S3, adding 1 to the accumulated value, and judging whether the accumulated value reaches a set value N; if yes, go to step S5; if not, go to step S4;
step S4, executing a leveling step, controlling the roller to rotate for a set time at a low-speed set value v0, uniformly distributing clothes in the roller, and then executing step S2;
step S5, starting to execute the free water discharging step, wherein the roller rotates at the rotating speed v1, the centrifugal valve opens the water outlet under the action of centrifugal force, and the free water in the roller is discharged from the water outlet;
in this process, when the detected value of the eccentricity of the drum is greater than the set value M2, the step S7 is executed; otherwise, the drum continuously performs the free water discharging step until reaching the set time t1 and then performs the subsequent step S2;
s6, the roller continuously rotates at a dehydration rotation speed V2, water on the clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged outside through a water discharge port opened by a centrifugal valve, and a dehydration program is completed;
and step S7, stopping the rotation of the roller, stopping the execution of the dehydration program and sending an alarm prompt.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
by the control method, after the free water in the drum of the washing machine is discharged outside, the drum is rotated at a high speed to dewater the clothes, so that the total amount of the drum is reduced, and the effects of smoothly executing a dewatering program and reducing energy consumption of the washing machine are achieved; simultaneously, in the outer discharge process of free water, utilize outer drainage to make the interior load of cylinder evenly distributed once more to promote the equilibrium of cylinder, further reach the effect that reduces the cylinder offset.
The present invention also provides a washing machine comprising a drum constituting a water container when a washing process is performed, the drum being provided with a drain port, the drum being provided with a centrifugal valve for opening or closing the drain port by a rotating centrifugal force, characterized in that any of the above-described control methods is employed.

Meanwhile, a cover which can be opened outwards is installed at the front end of the washing machine shell 100; an openable/closable door 300 is provided at the drum outlet of the drum for the purpose of closing the drum inlet 101 after closing the door 300 and throwing laundry into the drum 1 from the drum inlet 101 after opening the door 300. The door 300 may be integrated with the cover or may be separate cover structures.
In the embodiment of the invention, the rear end of the drum 1 is installed in the washing machine shell 100 through the drum support member 200, the drum support member 200 is formed by bending the upper and lower ends towards the front end mouth of the drum 1 respectively, the bent part extends to at least the middle part of the drum 1, and the upper and lower bent parts are connected with the washing machine shell 100 through the damping suspension spring and the damping support rod respectively, so as to achieve the purpose that the drum support member 200 can be installed in the washing machine shell 100 in a vibrating manner; meanwhile, the center of the drum base 102 is coaxially disposed with a motor shaft of the driving motor 400 of the washing machine to drive the drum 1 to rotate, and both the drum 1 and the driving motor 400 are fixedly mounted on the drum support 200. Preferably, the drum bottom 102 and the driving motor 400 are respectively disposed at two sides of the drum supporting member 200, the driving motor 400 is fixedly connected to the drum supporting member 200, a motor shaft of the driving motor 400 passes through the drum supporting member 200 via a bearing and is coaxially and fixedly connected to the drum bottom 102, and a motor shaft of the driving motor 400 can rotate relative to the drum supporting member 200, so as to achieve the purpose that the drum 1 and the driving motor 400 are mounted on the drum supporting member 200, and the drum 1 can rotate independently under the action of the driving motor 400 to wash the internal laundry. Preferably, the motor shaft of the driving motor 400 directly forms the drum shaft, and the drum shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the drum bottom 102 of the drum 1.
Of course, the drum support 200 in the embodiment of the present invention may be directly configured as a common outer drum of a washing machine, and the drum 1 without the normally open dehydration holes is sleeved inside the outer drum, so as to achieve the effects of supporting the drum, collecting and discharging water.
In addition, the washing machine in the embodiment of the invention can be any washing machine in the prior art, which is provided with a door cover to close the opening of the drum and then the drum forms a sealed container, so that when the washing machine executes a dehydration program, the drum is controlled to rotate at a high speed, water flow separated from clothes in the drum is smoothly discharged out of the drum, and the aim of normally executing the dehydration program on the imperforate drum washing machine is further achieved. Therefore, the washing machine in the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the structure shown in the drawings, for example: the existing common washing machine is adopted, and only the washing machine roller 1 is set to be a washing machine which does not have a dehydration hole and forms a sealed container after a roller opening 101 is closed by a door cover.
Meanwhile, the roller is arranged to be a sealed container after the door cover is buckled and when the washing machine washes clothes, so that the clothes only contact with washing water in the sealed roller in the washing process, the phenomenon that the washing water between the inner roller and the outer roller flows into the roller to pollute the clothes is avoided, the washing cleanliness of the washing machine is greatly improved, and the phenomenon that the washing machine washes the clothes incompletely due to the pollution of the washing water between the inner roller and the outer roller is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to discharge water flow after clothes in the roller 1 of the washing machine are separated and realize that the roller 1 is sealed and filled with water to carry out normal washing in the working process of the washing machine, the following settings are carried out:
in the embodiment of the present invention, in order to realize the dewatering and draining functions of the drum constituting the sealed container, any conventional dewatering and draining structure may be provided on the drum 1, for example: the drum side wall 103 is provided with a water outlet 4, and a centrifugal valve 500 is correspondingly arranged at the water outlet so as to open a valve core of the centrifugal valve under the action of centrifugal force when the drum 1 rotates at high speed and close the water outlet under the action of braking force of the centrifugal valve and/or a resetting device when the drum rotates at low speed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the centrifugal valve 500 may be any one of the existing structures, for example: the inner wall of the drum of the washing machine is provided with a valve plug column, the end part of the valve plug column is hinged with a weight and other counterweight parts, so that when the rotating speed of the drum reaches a set value v, the counterweight parts pry the valve plug column to ascend under the action of the rotating centrifugal force of the drum to open a water outlet; and when the rotating speed of the roller is lower than a set value v, the valve plug column correspondingly plugs and closes the water outlet under the action of the elastic piece and the self gravity. Meanwhile, in order to further improve the drainage smoothness in the drum of the washing machine, the drum sidewall 103 may be a tapered drum with a diameter expanding toward the drainage outlet, so as to ensure that the water in the drum can converge and flow toward the drainage outlet under the action of centrifugal force, thereby improving the drainage smoothness.
The embodiment of the invention introduces a control method applied to the washing machine, and the washing machine can execute a dehydration program; the dehydration procedure comprises a free water discharge step; and the free water discharging step is that the roller is controlled to rotate at a rotating speed v1, a centrifugal valve at the water outlet of the roller is opened under the action of centrifugal force, and the free water in the roller is discharged from the water outlet.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the washing machine executes the dehydration program, the eccentricity of the drum of the washing machine is detected, and after the detected eccentricity value exceeds the set value M1, the free water discharging step is executed. Through the mode, the roller eccentricity exceeds the set range, the rotating speed of the roller cannot be increased to the set value, and then the free water in the roller is discharged outwards, so that the total load in the roller is reduced, the uniform load in the roller is driven by the drainage water flow, and the effects of reducing the roller eccentricity and smoothly executing a dehydration program are achieved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the washing machine is provided with a detection device capable of detecting the eccentricity of the drum in real time, and the detection device can be any one of the existing structures, such as: vibration sensors provided on the drum support, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the initial stage of the dehydration procedure is the process of increasing the rotating speed of the roller; in the process of increasing the rotating speed of the drum, the washing machine increases the rotating speed of the drum to a dehydration rotating speed v2 in the existing modes of increasing, linear, nonlinear and the like, wherein the dehydration rotating speed v2 is a preset value of the washing machine; the spin-drying rotation speed v2 may have a plurality of different set values, and the set values are called and executed when the washing machine executes spin-drying procedures of different weights, different materials and different modes.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the washing machine executes a dehydration program and is in the process of increasing the rotating speed of the drum, the eccentricity of the drum of the washing machine is detected, and after the eccentricity detection value exceeds a set value M1 and the rotating speed of the drum cannot be increased to the dehydration rotating speed v2, the step of discharging free water is executed.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to avoid misjudgment and simplify the control logic, the control method of the washing machine is set as follows:
after the eccentric detection value of the drum of the washing machine exceeds a set value M1, firstly, a leveling step is executed, the drum is controlled to rotate for a set time at a low-speed set value v0, and clothes in the drum are uniformly distributed; after that, the drum rotation speed is raised again until the dehydration rotation speed v 2. During each process of increasing the rotating speed of the roller, the eccentricity of the roller is detected, so that after the detected value exceeds a set value M1, the process of increasing the rotating speed of the roller is interrupted again, and the leveling step is executed. Preferably, the low speed set value v0 is the rotation speed of the drum when the washing program is executed.
When the drum can not reach the dewatering rotating speed v2 for N times continuously because the eccentricity detection value exceeds the set value M1, the free water discharging step is started to ensure that the drum has the eccentricity which can not be changed by utilizing the rotating speed of the drum to be leveled when the free water discharging step is executed, and the effects that the rotating speed of the drum is smoothly increased to reach the dewatering rotating speed and the washing machine smoothly executes the dewatering program are achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to implement the control logic that the drum cannot reach the dehydration rotation speed v2 due to the eccentricity detection value exceeding the set value M1 for N consecutive times, the free water discharging step is executed, specifically, the following steps may be adopted:
step S101, in the process of increasing the rotating speed of the roller, increasing the rotating speed of the roller; synchronously detecting the roller eccentricity value, and executing step S102 when the roller eccentricity detection value exceeds a set value M1; otherwise, go to step S105;
step S102, adding 1 to the accumulated value, and judging whether the accumulated value reaches a set value N; if yes, go to step S104; if not, executing step S103;
step S103, executing a leveling step, controlling the rotation speed of the roller to be reduced, rotating for a set time by a minimum set value, and executing step S105;
step S104, the washing machine executes a free water discharging step, controls the drum to rotate at a set rotating speed v1, discharges the free water in the drum from the opened water outlet, and executes step S105;
step S105, whether the rotating speed of the roller reaches the set value dehydration rotating speed v2 or not; if yes, continuing to rotate by v2 to start dewatering the clothes in the roller, and discharging the dewatered water from the discharge water opened by the centrifugal valve; if not, the step S101 is continued.
Lifting, speed of rotation lifting process
Judging whether the accumulated value reaches a set value N; if yes, executing a free water discharging step and clearing the accumulated value; if not, the rotating speed of the roller is controlled to be reduced to the minimum set value, and then the rotating speed is increased again.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the eccentric detection value of the drum exceeds the set value M1 and is lower than the set value M2 when the washing machine executes the free water discharging step, the drum still rotates at the set rotating speed v1, and the free water in the drum is discharged from the opened water discharging opening. In the embodiment of the invention, the set value M1 of the eccentric amount is lower than the set value M2 of the eccentric amount; preferably, the eccentric amount set value M2 is a limit eccentric amount for ensuring the normal operation of the drum.
The eccentric amount setting range in the free water discharging step is expanded to force the drum to rotate, so that the free water in the drum can be discharged smoothly, and the normal operation of a dewatering program of the washing machine is ensured; meanwhile, the set range is expanded to the limit set value so as to prevent the conditions that the eccentric of the roller is too large and the machine is unbalanced and the like in the process of discharging the free water.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the free water discharging step is finished, the rotating speed of the roller is controlled to be increased and increased to the dehydration rotating speed v2, and water on clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged through the water outlet opened by the centrifugal valve.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the rotating speed of the roller reaches a set value v, the centrifugal valve of the roller opens the water outlet; when the rotation speed of the roller is lower than a set value v, the roller centrifugal valve closes the water outlet; the set value dehydration rotating speed v2 is greater than the set value v1, and the set value v1 is greater than or equal to the set value v.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control method of the washing machine specifically includes the following steps,
step S1, executing a dehydration program;
step S2, increasing the rotating speed of the roller in the rotating speed increasing process;
detecting the eccentricity of the roller, and executing step S3 when the detected value of the eccentricity is larger than a set value M1; otherwise, the rotating speed of the drum is continuously increased until reaching the dehydrating rotating speed v2, and the step S6 is executed;
step S3, adding 1 to the accumulated value, and judging whether the accumulated value reaches a set value N; if yes, go to step S5; if not, go to step S4;
step S4, executing a leveling step, controlling the roller to rotate for a set time at a low-speed set value v0, uniformly distributing clothes in the roller, and then executing step S2;
step S5, starting to execute the free water discharging step, wherein the roller rotates at the rotating speed v1, the centrifugal valve opens the water outlet under the action of centrifugal force, and the free water in the roller is discharged from the water outlet;
in this process, when the detected value of the eccentricity of the drum is greater than the set value M2, the step S7 is executed; otherwise, the drum continuously performs the free water discharging step until reaching the set time t1 and then performs the subsequent step S2;
s6, the roller continuously rotates at a dehydration rotation speed V2, water on the clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged outside through a water discharge port opened by a centrifugal valve, and a dehydration program is completed;
and step S7, stopping the rotation of the roller, stopping the execution of the dehydration program and sending an alarm prompt.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the effect of preventing the eccentricity of the drum of the washing machine, after the free water discharging step is performed and before the step S6 is performed, the following method may be adopted:
controlling the roller to execute the leveling step again, reducing the rotating speed of the roller, and enabling the clothes in the roller to fall off; then, the rotating speed of the roller is increased again until reaching the dehydrating rotating speed v2, and water on the clothes in the roller is separated by centrifugal force and is discharged outside through a water outlet opened by a centrifugal valve. Therefore, the rotating speed of the drum can be increased after the drum is leveled, the eccentricity is further reduced, and the smoothness of the operation process of the washing machine is improved.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
