The clothes sterilizing detergent provided by the invention selects at least two of the anionic surfactant, the nonionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant and the cationic surfactant to cooperate, has good detergency on various stains, has good foaming capacity, is easy to rinse, can condition clothes, prevents color from scurrying, and comprehensively improves the detergency of the clothes sterilizing detergent. Meanwhile, the surfactant also has a certain bactericidal effect, has the effects of inhibiting and removing common bacteria and can inhibit and remove mites. The additive can further improve the cleaning ability, the sterilizing ability, the color protection and the color retention of the clothes sterilizing detergent and simultaneously reduce the irritation.
The addition of the solvent can improve the wetting ability of the foam mousse, further enhance the wetting ability and improve the washing activity.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the surfactant is typically, but not limited to, at least two of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a cationic surfactant.
Optionally, the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 5% -10%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the anionic surfactant is typically present in the laundry germicidal detergent in an amount of, but not limited to, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% or 10% by weight.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 5% -15%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the nonionic surfactant is typically present in the laundry germicidal detergent at a level of, but not limited to, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12%, 13%, 14% or 15% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Preferably, the weight percentage of the amphoteric surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 1% -5%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the amphoteric surfactant is typically but not limited to 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the cationic surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 1% -5%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cationic surfactant is typically but not limited to 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Optionally, the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, and potassium fatty acid soap.
The anionic surfactant has high detergency to protein dirt and good foaming ability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, anionic surfactants are typically, but not limited to, sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, or potassium fatty acid soap.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant comprises at least one of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide.
The nonionic surfactant has good emulsifying capacity and compatibility, has high detergency to grease and solid particle dirt, is easy to rinse, and can generate good synergistic effect after being compounded with anions.
In some embodiments of the present invention, nonionic surfactants are typically, but not limited to, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers, alkyl glycosides, isomeric tridecanol ethoxylates, and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamides.
Preferably, the amphoteric surfactant comprises at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide, and cocamidopropyl amine oxide.
The amphoteric surfactant has good foaming capacity, can generate rich and fine foam when being compounded with other surfactants, is easy to rinse, can condition clothes, resist scurry color and improve comprehensive detergency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the amphoteric surfactant is typically, but not limited to, cocamidopropyl betaine, dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide, or cocamidopropyl amine oxide.
Preferably, the cationic surfactant comprises at least one of dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, bisdecyldimethylammonium chloride, and dodecyldipropylenetriamine.
The cationic surfactant can be compounded with various surfactants without antagonism, so that the product has the effects of inhibiting and removing common bacteria and inhibiting and removing mites.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cationic surfactant is typically, but not limited to, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, bis-decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, or dodecyl dipropylene triamine.
Optionally, the solvent comprises at least one of deodorized alcohol, isohexylene glycol, dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
In some embodiments of the invention, the solvent is typically, but not limited to, deodorized alcohol, isohexane glycol, or dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
Optionally, the additive comprises at least one of a preservative, a chelating agent, a detergency builder, a pH adjuster, a fragrance, and a pigment.
Preferably, the preservative comprises at least one of cason, kaempferon, and phenoxyethanol, which is less irritating upon contact with the skin.
The addition of a chelating agent prevents the laundry mousse from becoming less effective when washed with hard water and is effective in improving the stability of the system, particularly to small amounts of active agent.
Preferably, the chelating agent comprises at least one of EDTA-2Na, sodium citrate and sodium gluconate.
EDTA-2Na refers to disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate with chemical formula of C10H14N2Na2O8Molecular weight 336.206, it has six coordinating atoms, and the complex formed is called chelate.
Preferably, the decontamination synergist comprises a compound enzyme preparation and/or a dirt anti-deposition agent, the compound bio-enzyme preparation comprises three enzyme preparations of protease, cellulase and lipase, and a stabilizer is added, so that the detergent can still keep decomposition activity in a low-temperature washing and high-water environment, and the cleaning capability of the clothes sterilization detergent on various dirt is greatly improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the soil anti-settling agent is typically, but not limited to, cellulose or sodium polyacrylate.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent includes at least one of citric acid, ascorbic acid, triethanolamine.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent is typically, but not limited to, citric acid, ascorbic acid, or triethanolamine.
Preferably, the antiseptic accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the clothes sterilizing detergent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the preservative is typically but not limited to 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% or 0.5% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Preferably, the chelating agent accounts for 0.1-2% of the weight of the laundry bactericidal detergent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the chelating agent is typically but not limited to 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% or 2% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the decontamination synergist in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 0.1% -1%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the soil release enhancing agent is typically, but not limited to, 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9%, or 1% by weight of the laundry germicidal detergent.
Preferably, the weight percentage of the pH regulator in the clothes sterilizing detergent is 0.1-1%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the pH adjusting agent is typically but not limited to 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.7%, 0.8%, 0.9% or 1% by mass of the laundry germicidal detergent.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the laundry bactericidal detergent, wherein the laundry bactericidal detergent is obtained by uniformly mixing the surfactant, the solvent, the additive and the deionized water.
The preparation method of the clothes sterilizing detergent provided by the invention is simple, has high production efficiency, and saves manpower and material resources.
According to a third aspect of the present invention there is provided a laundry cleaning and disinfecting mousse comprising a laundry cleaning and disinfecting agent as defined in the first aspect and a propellant.
Preferably, the propellant comprises LPG.
By enclosing the laundry sanitizers in a closed container in the form of a mousse, the laundry sanitizers are protected from air, moisture, and light, reducing the potential for contamination and spoilage. The mousse can directly act on the washing and sterilizing part of clothes in the using process, the dosage is accurately controlled, and the using efficiency of the effective components in the mousse is improved. And the clothes cleaning bactericide can be made into different specifications according to the requirements, and is convenient to use and carry.
When the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse is used, only a small amount of mousse needs to be sprayed on dirt on the surface of clothing to be washed, the mousse is slightly kneaded after being wetted by water, and is washed away by water after a little waiting for a moment, and the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse can be cleaned without residue after being rinsed for 2 times. Because the aerosol can is spun, air and foamer have fully been sneaked into in the clothing cleaning germicide, make a small amount of clothing cleaning germicide can produce abundant foam, and the foam when rubbing and breaking on the clothing surface of being stained with, constantly contact and wait to wash the thing surface, and suspend the dirt in the middle of the foam, the deposit of dirt has been reduced, make its washing ability that has improved greatly to traditional washing mode, and the quantity of clothing cleaning germicide has been reduced by a wide margin, the laundry water has also been reduced to the advantage of easily rinsing, time saving and labor saving.
In addition, the mousse can be sprayed into a washbasin filled with water, stirred and mixed, then the clothes to be washed are placed into the basin to be soaked for several minutes, the cleaning, yellow removing and stain removing effects are obvious, and the mousse can also be used for machine washing only by spraying foam on clothes and placing the clothes into a washing machine for washing. The bottle of laundry mousse has multiple using methods, has the functions of cleaning, sterilizing and removing mites, and has practical value.
The propellant is a power source for forming mousse and can be used as a solvent or diluent of the clothes cleaning bactericide. The propellant has a boiling point at normal pressure lower than room temperature and a high vapor pressure. When the valve is opened, the pressure is suddenly reduced, the propellant is vaporized, and the clothes cleaning disinfectant in the aerosol can is sprayed out in a foam shape by the pressure of the propellant.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a process for the preparation of a retorted mousse comprising mixing a laundry detergent with a propellant to form a retorted mousse of the third aspect.
The preparation method of the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse can be finished by using simple equipment, is convenient to operate, accurate in metering and good in sealing air tightness, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Further, the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse is obtained by filling the clothing cleaning and sterilizing agent into an aerosol can, sealing the aerosol can and then inflating the aerosol can with propellant.
Further, the filling amount of the clothes cleaning bactericide is 60-90%.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laundry detergent bactericide is typically filled in an amount of, but not limited to, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, or 90%.
Preferably, the propellant is inflated by the material-gas ratio of 6-9: 4-1.
In some embodiments of the invention, the propellant charges a gas to fuel ratio of typically, but not limited to, 6:4, 7:3, 8:2, or 9: 1.
Preferably, the propellant charges with a gas-to-gas ratio of 9: 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the propellant charges with a gas-to-gas ratio of 9: 1.
The amount of propellant used can directly affect the sprayability and the size of the spray: the propellant has high dosage and strong spraying capability, and the formed mousse is larger; the propellant has low dosage and weak spraying capability, and the formed mousse is thin. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the propellant is selected in an amount of 10% to 40%, more preferably 10%.
The specifications and types of the raw materials used in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention are shown in the following table 1, and those who do not indicate specific conditions are performed according to the conventional conditions or conditions suggested by the manufacturer.

The embodiment provides a clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly stirring 6% of sodium alcohol ether sulphate, 5% of alkyl glycoside, 7% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 2% of cocamidopropyl amine oxide, 3% of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of Kethon, 1.5% of isohexane glycol, 0.15% of EDTA-2Na, 0.3% of complex enzyme preparation, 0.005% of pigment, 0.1% of essence and the balance of deionized water to obtain the clothes cleaning bactericide;
(2) filling the clothes cleaning and sterilizing agent obtained in the step 1 by using an aerosol can, wherein the filling amount is 80%, and sealing by using a valve to obtain a semi-finished product of the clothes cleaning and sterilizing mousse;
(3) and (3) using LPG as a propellant for the semi-finished product of the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse obtained in the step (2), wherein the material-gas ratio is 8:2, inflating, and installing a matched spray nozzle and a bottle cap to obtain the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which is different from embodiment 1 in that the mousse comprises 6% of fatty acid methyl ester sodium sulfonate, 5% of alkyl glycoside, 7% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, 3% of tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide, 3% of bisdecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of kaempon, 1.5% of isohexanediol, 0.15% of sodium citrate, 0.3% of complex enzyme preparation, 0.1% of essence, 0.005% of pigment and the balance of deionized water, and the rest steps are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are not repeated herein.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that 6% of fatty acid potassium soap, 5% of alkyl glycoside, 7% of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 3% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 3% of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of kaempon, 1.5% of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.15% of sodium citrate, 0.3% of complex enzyme preparation, 0.1% of essence, 0.005% of pigment and the balance of deionized water are adopted, and the rest steps are the same as the embodiment 1, so that the rest steps are not repeated.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a clothes cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that 10% of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 6% of alkyl glycoside, 5% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 5% of cocamidopropyl amine oxide are adopted, and the rest of raw materials and steps are the same as those in the embodiment 1, and are not repeated.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a clothes cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that 8% of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 2% of alkyl glycoside, 3% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 1% of cocamidopropyl amine oxide are adopted, and the rest of raw materials and steps are the same as those in the embodiment 1, and are not repeated.
Example 6
This example provides a laundry cleaning and disinfecting mousse, which is different from example 3 in that 10% of potassium fatty acid soap, 8% of alkyl glycoside, 7% of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 5% of cocamidopropyl betaine are adopted, and the rest of the raw materials and steps are the same as those in example 3 and are not repeated herein.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides a clothes cleaning and sterilizing mousse, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that 21% of sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, 2% of sodium polyacrylate, 0.1% of kaempon, 1.5% of isohexanediol, 0.15% of sodium citrate, 0.03% of complex enzyme preparation, 0.1% of essence, 0.005% of pigment and the balance of deionized water are the same as the embodiment 1, and the rest steps are the same as the embodiment 1 and are not repeated.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a commercial super-clean fresh phosphorus-free stain-removing washing powder which mainly comprises K12, AOS, sodium carbonate, anhydrous sodium sulphate, fluorescent whitening agent and the like.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a commercially available laundry detergent, the product name of which is lavender antibacterial laundry detergent, and the laundry detergent mainly comprises the following components: anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, chelating agent, essence, pigment, etc.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example provides a commercially available laundry gel, product name laundry degerming fragrance-retaining gel, which comprises the following main ingredients: propylene glycol, surfactant, film forming assistant, microcapsule essence, bactericide, etc.
Comparative example 5
This comparative example provides a commercial laundry soap, product name is strong stain removal laundry soap, its main ingredients are: soap granules, chelating agent, enzyme and essence pigment.
Comparative example 6
This comparative example provides a commercial laundry mousse, product name laundry cleaning mousse, having as main ingredients: surfactant, solvent, hard water softener and deionized water.
Test examples
The test examples perform performance tests on the laundry products provided in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 6, and the test contents include antibacterial tests and detergency effect tests.
The antibacterial detection is carried out by QB/T2738-2012 evaluation method for antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects of daily chemical products.
The soil-release effect was measured with reference to GB13174/T-2003 "measurement of soil-release ability and soil redeposition resistance of laundry detergents".
The data obtained in the test examples are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse provided by the invention has good cleaning and sterilizing effects, reasonable preparation of the components of the clothing cleaning and sterilizing mousse, low preparation cost and outstanding cleaning and sterilizing effects, can be used after being sprayed, is easy to rinse and is time-saving and labor-saving.

Claims (10)

1. The clothes sterilization detergent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5% -30% of a surfactant; 1% -5% of a solvent; 0.4 to 5 percent of additive; the balance of deionized water;
the surfactant includes at least two of an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, and a cationic surfactant.
2. The laundry bactericidal detergent as set forth in claim 1, characterized in that the anionic surfactant accounts for 5-10% of the laundry bactericidal detergent by mass;
preferably, the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 5% -15%;
preferably, the weight percentage of the amphoteric surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 1% -5%;
preferably, the mass ratio of the cationic surfactant in the laundry bactericidal detergent is 1% -5%.
3. The laundry bactericidal detergent of claim 1, wherein the anionic surfactant comprises at least one of sodium fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, and potassium fatty acid soap;
preferably, the nonionic surfactant comprises at least one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl glycoside, isomeric tridecanol-polyoxyethylene ether and coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide;
preferably, the amphoteric surfactant comprises at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, dodecyl dimethyl amine oxide, tetradecyl dimethyl amine oxide, and cocamidopropyl amine oxide;
preferably, the cationic surfactant comprises at least one of dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, bisdecyldimethylammonium chloride, and dodecyldipropylenetriamine.
4. The laundry bactericidal detergent of claim 1, wherein the solvent includes at least one of deodorized alcohol, isohexylene glycol, dipropylene glycol butyl ether.
5. The laundry bactericidal detergent of claim 1, wherein the additive includes at least one of a preservative, a chelating agent, a detergency builder, a pH adjuster, a fragrance, and a pigment;
preferably, the preservative accounts for 0.1-0.5% of the weight of the laundry bactericidal detergent;
preferably, the mass ratio of the chelating agent in the clothing sterilization cleaning agent is 0.1-2%;
preferably, the mass ratio of the decontamination synergist in the clothes sterilization cleaning agent is 0.1-1%;
preferably, the weight percentage of the pH regulator in the clothes sterilizing detergent is 0.1-1%.
6. The method for preparing the laundry detergent according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the laundry detergent is obtained by uniformly mixing the surfactant, the solvent, the additive and the deionized water.
7. A laundry antiseptic cleaning mousse comprising the laundry antiseptic cleaning agent of any one of claims 1-5 and a propellant;
preferably, the propellant comprises LPG.
8. The method for preparing a bactericidal clothing cleaning mousse according to claim 7, wherein the bactericidal clothing cleaning agent is mixed with a propellant to obtain the bactericidal clothing cleaning mousse.
9. The method for preparing the sterilized and cleaned mousse according to claim 8, wherein the sterilized and cleaned mousse is obtained by filling the sterilized and cleaned mousse into an aerosol can, sealing the can, and then inflating the can with propellant.
10. The method for preparing a sterilized cleaning mousse according to claim 9, wherein the filling amount of the sterilized cleaning agent for clothes is 60-90%;
preferably, the propellant is inflated by the material-gas ratio of 6-9: 4-1;
preferably, the propellant is inflated by a gas-to-liquid ratio of 9: 1.
