in other examples, waterproof second scanners are respectively installed in the side walls of the two sides, lenses of the second scanners can rotate relative to the side walls, the second scanners are existing laser scanners (the laser scanners process captured pictures into black and white, whether pollution places exist or not is judged through black or gray shades and areas), vehicles can be scanned, pollution areas on the vehicle body are distinguished through colors, the pollution areas are sent to a control unit, the control unit can obtain pollution conditions of the vehicle body, water quantity of the second spray heads can be adjusted through a water quantity regulator, and the effects of cleaning heavy pollution areas and cleaning non-pollution areas in a micro-cleaning mode are achieved.
In some examples, after the vehicle is cleaned, the second scanner is operated again to see if there is a contaminated area, and if so, the area is cleaned again or the second sprayer is turned on to clean the vehicle again.
In order to clean the tail of the muck truck, the cleaning system further comprises a tail cleaning unit 4, referring to FIG. 3, the tail cleaning unit 4 comprises a second pipeline 4-1, the second pipeline 4-1 is vertically arranged on the outer side of the side wall in a normal state, the second pipeline 4-1 is connected with a water conveying pipeline 4-4, a plurality of third spray heads 4-3 are arranged below the second pipeline 4-1, and a set distance is arranged between every two adjacent third spray heads; the third spray heads 4-2 are connected through water pipelines, the second pipeline 4-1 is provided with a set distance from the tail of the parked vehicle, and the third spray heads 4-2 are obliquely arranged relative to the horizontal plane after being unfolded so that the water spraying ends of the third spray heads face the tail of the vehicle.
In some examples, the second pipeline 4-1 is 6m long, 30cm wide and 30cm high, 8-10 third spray heads can be arranged between every two adjacent third spray heads at a distance of 0.5m, the included angle between each third spray head and the horizontal plane is 15-30 degrees, and the spraying ends of the third spray heads face.
Moreover, the surface of the third spray head of the second pipeline is connected with the rotating shaft 4-3, the rotating shaft 4-3 is connected with the vertical section of the side wall on one side, the rotating motor is arranged on the side wall, and the rotating motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the second pipeline reaches a horizontal state, and the second pipeline rotates 90 degrees clockwise without working and returns to the outer side of the side wall, and therefore the tail of the dregs car can be directionally cleaned under the condition that the upper space of a cleaning system is not occupied.
It should be explained that the first nozzle, the second nozzle, the third nozzle and the fourth nozzle are all in the prior art, wherein the second nozzle is a rotary nozzle, and the other nozzles are directional nozzles.
A method of operating a muck car cleaning system, as shown in reference to fig. 8, comprising the following:
the control unit inputs the model of the dregs car to be cleaned, and the control unit acquires the model and adjusts the cleaning system;
the license plate number information of the vehicle is identified through the identification unit and transmitted to the control unit;
the driver drives the vehicle into the cleaning system and detects whether the vehicle completely enters the cleaning system through the obstacle detecting component;
after the vehicle completely enters the cleaning system, the vehicle tires are supported by the rollers, and the pressure sensor of the bottom plate acquires the weight of the vehicle and sends information to the control unit;
the pre-cleaning unit starts to work, and water and cleaning agent are sprayed to the vehicle body;
the control unit controls the second spray head to start working in a proper range of the side wall, the tail cleaning unit rotates to the upper part of the vehicle tail, the third spray head starts working, and the fourth spray head starts working;
after the remaining cleaning time is zeroed, a driver can drive the vehicle to drive out of the cleaning system;
the sewage draining unit drains sewage into the drainage pipeline.
If the license plate recognition is unsuccessful or the license plate vehicle is not recorded into the cleaning system, the scanner, the pressure sensor, the rotating shaft, the pre-cleaning device and the tail cleaning system are in a static state, and after the vehicle completely enters, all spray heads spray water at the same time.

the inner side of the side wall is provided with a plurality of second spray heads for cleaning the vehicle body, and the second spray heads can rotate relative to the side wall;
the side wall also supports a tail cleaning unit, and the tail cleaning unit comprises a second pipeline which is rotatably connected with the side wall, and a plurality of third spray heads are arranged on the second pipeline to clean the tail of the vehicle;
the chassis is provided with at least two concave parts, the concave parts are arranged along the width direction of the chassis, a plurality of rolling shafts are supported at each concave part to form a group of rolling shafts, the rolling shafts can rotate relative to the chassis, the end part of at least one rolling shaft of the chassis is provided with a sliding rail, the sliding rail is supported by the chassis, and the sliding rail is connected with a linear driving part to adjust the distance between two adjacent rolling shafts in each group of rolling shafts;
the chassis is provided with equipment boxes at two sides of the concave part respectively, the slide rail and the linear driving part are respectively arranged in the equipment boxes, a driving mechanism for driving part of rollers to rotate is also arranged in part of the equipment boxes, a shell of the driving mechanism is connected with the linear driving part, the driving mechanism is matched with the slide rail, and the equipment boxes are provided with cover plates;
the underframe is also provided with a drainage unit;
the drainage unit comprises a drainage pipeline which is arranged in the concave part, the drainage pipeline is obliquely arranged, the drainage pipeline is provided with an opening side, and a pushing plate for pushing dirt to the drainage pipeline is also arranged in the concave part;
the underframe is provided with a pressure sensor which is connected with the control unit;
the control unit is arranged on the side wall, is connected with the waterproof screen and is respectively and independently connected with the first spray head, the second spray head and the third spray head.
2. The slag car cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the second and third nozzles are each in communication with an external water source via a water conduit.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the second conduit is positioned outside the side wall, one side of the second conduit is rotatably connected to the side wall, and the second conduit is capable of reaching a horizontal position when the second conduit is extended.
4. A system for cleaning a clinker truck according to claim 1, wherein said pre-cleaning units are provided on both sides of said side walls.

The muck car cleaning system according to claim 1, further comprising an identification unit comprising a support frame fixed to the outside of the side wall, the top of the support frame supporting the camera, an obstacle detection member mounted to the inside of the support frame for identifying whether the car has completely entered the cleaning system;
the camera and the obstacle detection component are respectively connected with the control unit.
6. A method of operating a clinker car cleaning system according to any of claims 1 to 5 comprising the steps of:
inputting the model of the dregs car to be cleaned through a control unit;
after the vehicle completely enters the cleaning system, the pre-cleaning unit starts to work, and water and cleaning agent are sprayed to the vehicle body;
the control unit controls the second spray head in a proper range of the side wall to start working, and meanwhile, the tail cleaning unit rotates to the upper part of the vehicle tail, and the third spray head starts working;
after the cleaning is finished, the driver drives the vehicle to drive out of the cleaning system.
