That is, the control circuit 18 energizes the second electromagnet 147, and the second electromagnet 147 is energized to drive the latch 145 to disengage from the notch 1411, i.e., to unlock the friction member 141 from the latch 145. After the locking rod 145 is disengaged from the notch 1411, the first pressing spring 143 presses the friction member 141 to the first position, that is, the friction member 141 is driven to move to the first position, so that the friction member 141 contacts the core 13, and the friction member 141 reduces the rotation speed of the core 13 through friction force, that is, the speed reduction device 14 reduces the speed of the core 13. And the jamming rod 145 is disengaged from the notch 1411, the second electromagnet 147 is not energized, i.e., the second electromagnet 147 is energized for a certain time, so that the jamming rod 145 is disengaged from the notch 1411. When the ball core 13 decelerates below the predetermined value, the detecting device 15 detects that the rotating speed of the ball core 13 is less than the predetermined value, so as to send a third signal to the control circuit 18, and the control circuit 18 receives the third signal and switches the decelerating device 14 to the second state. That is, the control circuit 18 energizes the first electromagnet 144, and the first electromagnet 144 is energized to generate magnetism, so as to attract the rod 142, that is, to drive the rod 142 to approach the first electromagnet 144. The rod 142 moves to drive the friction member 141 to move, thereby driving the friction member 141 to the second position, i.e., driving the friction member 141 to the second position.
The string 17 is at least partially in a ring shape, and the ring part of the string 17 can be sleeved on the wrist of the human body, so that the safety of the human body when the wrist power ball 100 is used is improved. When the user uses the wrist ball 100, the wrist ball 100 is far away from the hand after the wrist ball 100 is released from the hand, and the rope 17 is sleeved on the wrist, so that the wrist ball 100 is far away from the rope 17, and the rope 17 is subjected to strong tension to trigger the sensing device 16.

the speed reducer is arranged on a chassis in the shell and comprises a friction piece, a rod, a first electromagnet and a first elastic piece, the friction piece can move between a first position and a second position, the friction piece is located at the first position and contacts with the ball core, the friction piece is located at the second position and is far away from the ball core, the rod is connected to the friction piece and can attract the rod, the first electromagnet is arranged in the shell, the first electromagnet is electrified to drive the friction piece to the second position by attracting the rod, one end of the first elastic piece is connected with the friction piece, the other end of the first elastic piece is connected in the shell, the first elastic piece drives the friction piece to the first position, and the speed reducer can be switched between the first state and the second state, the speed reducer slows down the rotation speed of the ball core in the first state, and the speed reducer does not influence the rotation speed of the ball core in the second state;
a detection device capable of measuring the rotational speed of the core;
