The tank mix adjuvant prepared in the above examples 1-2 was diluted 500-1000 times with deionized water, and the dynamic surface tension of the aqueous solution was measured directly with a dynamic surface tension meter without adding a pesticide, and the results are shown in tables 1-4.
Table 1 example 1 adjuvant dilution 500-fold

Table 4 example 2 adjuvant dilution 1000 fold
Figure BDA0003373080150000083
Figure BDA0003373080150000091
As can be seen from tables 1 to 4, the tank mix adjuvant prepared according to the present invention can largely reduce the surface tension in an extremely short time.
Using the tank mix adjuvant prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6, water (without adjuvant), commercially available vegetable oil and commercially available silicone as adjuvants, they were diluted 500 times, respectively, and their surface tensions and volume median particle diameters were measured, and the results are shown in Table 5.
In the art, the droplets larger than 400 microns are coarse droplets, the droplets between 200 and 400 microns are medium droplets, and the droplets between 100 and 200 microns are fine droplets. The large fog drops are unevenly covered on the surface of the target, the small fog drops are easy to lose in the falling process, and the medium fog drops are most adopted in the prevention and control of agricultural diseases, insect pests and weeds. The auxiliary agent can control the particle size of fog drops in a medium range, and is suitable for agricultural production.
TABLE 5
Figure BDA0003373080150000101
As can be seen from Table 5, the surface tension of water can be significantly reduced by the aid, and the median particle size is in a medium droplet range, so that on one hand, droplet drifting can be effectively prevented, and on the other hand, the problem that the droplets are too large and stay on the surface of a plant for a short time can be prevented.
And (3) measuring the deposition amount of the chemical solution: due to space limitation, the invention only takes the azoxystrobin as an example, and the maximum stable holding amount index of the azoxystrobin on the wheat leaves is measured.
Immersion viscosity assay: cutting off wheat leaves, putting the wheat leaves with the back face upward into a Canon 3000 scanner, leaving gaps among the leaves, setting the output resolution of scanning to be 150dpi, the width to be 21cm and the height to be 29.7cm, and scanning. Opening the scanned picture by using photoshop CS5, selecting the blade by using a magnetic lasso tool, checking the pixel number in a histogram, marking as D, and then obtaining the area S = 2D/(150/2.54) 2 cm 2 . The blade is weighed by a ten-thousandth balance and is marked as W 0 Clamping the blade by using tweezers, vertically putting the blade into a prepared sample aqueous solution, soaking for 5s, quickly pulling the blade out of the water surface, vertically suspending for 15s, weighing when no liquid drop flows, and recording as W 1 And then the maximum blade retention Rm =1000 (W) 1 -W 0 ) (ii) S in mg/cm 2 . The test sample was 200mg/L of 25% azoxystrobin suspension diluent, 1.0% of the tank mix adjuvant prepared in the above examples and comparative examples was added to the diluent to prepare a series of solutions, and the test results are shown in table 6.
TABLE 6
Figure BDA0003373080150000111
As can be seen from table 6, the tank mix adjuvant prepared according to the present invention can effectively increase the deposition amount of the chemical solution when added to the pesticide. The prepared auxiliary agent has remarkably reduced liquid medicine deposition amount no matter soybean lecithin (comparative example 1) or grease (comparative example 2) is omitted, or the ratio of fatty acid ester and refined mineral oil in the grease is adjusted (comparative example 3), because the lecithin and the grease with specific proportions have good adhesion on the surface of plants, and the liquid medicine deposition amount can be remarkably improved. Meanwhile, after the nonionic surfactant (comparative example 4) or the anionic surfactant (comparative example 5) in the surfactant is omitted or the proportional relation of the nonionic surfactant and the anionic surfactant is adjusted (comparative example 6), the prepared auxiliary agent has a remarkably reduced pesticide deposition amount, because the specific type and proportion of the surfactant can improve the dispersion performance of lecithin and grease, reduce the surface tension with the surface of a plant and improve the adhesion performance.
And (3) field efficacy test: application of lecithin-containing auxiliary agent in cotton defoliant to evaluate field test sites: the Hai lake district of Beijing;
test agents: 54% thidiazuron diuron suspension concentrate and 40% ethylene Li Shuiji;
test subject conditions: the cotton plants are about 1.2m high and are relatively regular, the planting density is 4000 plants/mu, and the boll opening rate of cotton bolls is about 30%;
the application method comprises the following steps: spraying with a manual sprayer, wherein the water consumption per mu is 30L; the auxiliary agents prepared in the above examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were added to the spray tank in a tank-mix manner before spraying, and were mixed with the pesticide uniformly, the mass percentage of the auxiliary agent in the mixture was 0.8%, and the spraying was completed within 24 hours.
20-30 cotton plants were treated each and 5 plants were randomly selected for investigation. The specific amounts of the ingredients are shown in Table 7.
TABLE 7
Figure BDA0003373080150000121
Figure BDA0003373080150000131
The pesticide components were formulated according to table 7 and then cotton was treated, wherein the results for cotton defoliation rate are shown in table 8 and cotton boll opening rate are shown in table 9.
TABLE 8
Figure BDA0003373080150000132
TABLE 9 survey of boll opening rate of cotton bolls
Figure BDA0003373080150000133
Figure BDA0003373080150000141
As can be seen from tables 8-9, in the cotton defoliation test, after the lecithin-containing auxiliary is added, the defoliation rate and the bolling rate of the cotton are both obviously improved compared with the blank control without the addition of the auxiliary; meanwhile, compared with the vegetable oil type auxiliary agent, the defoliation rate and the boll opening rate are also improved after 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after the application. After the addition of the auxiliary agent in the comparative example, the defoliation rate and the boll opening rate of cotton are reduced compared with the example, because the lecithin-containing auxiliary agent has a synergistic effect on the cotton defoliating agent and can promote boll opening.
In conclusion, the invention improves the deposition amount of the liquid medicine on one hand and the lecithin can transfer the liquid medicine adhered to the surfaces of crops into the inside through the combined action of the lecithin, the grease, the specific nonionic surfactant and the anionic surfactant in a specific ratio, and has obvious synergistic action.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
